JSE Insurance is the best insurance place I have ever been to with this pandemic it’s really hard to keep up with my insurance but at JSE insurance they call you and let you know when your payment is due their also very kind especially Noel she is a sweetheart and helped me understand more about my insurance than anyone else I have been to plus they are keeping you safe by insuring mask for us clients and the workers their. So 5 stars and go their they take great care of your insurance they did mine from a satisfied customer 👍🏾❤️

My experience at JSE was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. Noel took the time to explain my coverage options thoroughly and I received very affordable coverage. I had been looking online and calling around to try to get insurance coverage for my new car which was getting frustrating. I am so glad I found JSE and I would recommend it to anyone.

Omg!!!! If you can, please go to another insurance place. I dont know where to start, but this place was and is a disaster. I should have known from the moment I walked in, that this place was not normal. 1st of all, upon walking into the building, 2 kids, aged at about 3 and 5 were crying to the top of their lungs. I initially thought they were customers children until I noticed a blanket and pillows on the floor for nap time. The 2 little girls were begging for their mom (Noel, the manager) to return and crying that they were hungry. Candace, the only worker there, pretended not to hear the little girls crying and proceeded to try and help me over their yelps, sniffles and screams. She was clearly annoyed and very robotic. I should have left. Candace proceeded to read through variuos quotes for me, barely made eye contact and every other second or so, screamed at the little girls to stop crying. Long story short, this was an insurance disaster of my life. They ripped me off. They created and canceled 3 policies before telling me they could not insure me. Candace only took my money but after that wanted nothing else to do with me. She was very lethargic and disconnected at the office. I had people leaving messages and calling me that I could barely understand. When I complained, they agreed that the guy had a heavy, barely audible accent. The building also wreaked of sewage on Sunrise. Im not sure what the hell is going on here. But if you need insurance, please go with someone else, you will be sorry shopping here. The manger walks around bare foot with her children running around in the office. Beware!! You have been warned.You will get what you pay for

Was looking for a insurance and decided to go online and search for an insurance company in fort lauderdale. Fortunately I found JSE Insurance, rates were good, but most importantly, they were able to explain to me the types of insurance available and what fit my needs.
