Great professional service. I was able to get most competitive insurance quote same day. David Deacon did great job and helped me to meet all mortgage lender requirements in regards to building insurance.

Keith did extensive research to find the perfect policy for us. He was very diligent in explaining the various aspects of the policy and followed up on all further requests made by us. He closed with offering further assistance if ever needed. Together he helped to determine the best policy appropriate for our needs.

I was a customer of a Brightway agency that was purchased by the Landers agency. Over the first year, Kandie was very responsive and helpful. However, each year the service progressively got worse. The only time I got a response was when I was trying to add a new policy. I was always trying to chase Landers agency down when it came to renewal time, shopping for a better policy, or servicing an existing policy. My homeowners insurance would have lapsed 2 years in a row if it wasnt for me calling the general Brightway customer service line and spearheading the process. Most recently my homeowner insurer dropped my property. Not ONCE did I get a call, or email from Landers agency to find another policy. I even got burned twice by referring colleagues to Kandie. Their experience was similar to mine. Several policies were also unnecessarily over insured meaning higher premiums and more $$ for agency. If I had a dollar for every time Kandie or a team member said oops your email went to my junk folder as an excuse for not responding. My suggestion, just call the Brightway general customer service if you need anything. If you wait on Kandie and her team, you will be left floating in the wind.
