I had rented an office for a day in Jan 2021.The local office team were very pleasant to work with, and helpful. The amenities are very good. Good views of the city, depending on where you are located. Office area is fairly quiet, and low-moderate people traffic through the corridors.

The offices are amazing, but what is better is the staff. Anything you need or want, they will do anything and everything to make sure you have what you need.The atmosphere is professional and the workspace is exactly what you want for a professional office.Even through Covid, the use of the facilities to run a trial or a meeting remotely are phenomenal.

Friendly and knowledgeable lawyers, made me feel secure during a tricky time.

Both Empire locations are beautiful, with staff that is beyond helpful. Without a doubt the best choice for executive office space and conference room time in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties. We use them frequently for lawsuit mediations, and could not be happier.

Lawyers and employees were very respectful and honest. They will be straight up with you and inform you of all options possible - worse and best scenarios. I never had to deal with any legal problems but I am glad that this is the first office I visited and gave me a great first impression that I will be helped and that I will be okay. The location in Fort Lauderdale is great, however what truly differentiates Empire from other office rentals is the exceptional staff that continuously go above and beyond and the amenities they provide. I want to start off by saying I have been renting a office space from this location since May 2019. This is partially my fault for allowing these discrepancies to go on for so long but the space is clean and works what what I need it to do. But where i draw the line is disrespect and discriminatory action. The regional manager Jannafer Belabin is biased and judgmental to people of color. The smaller issues me and my team have experienced was lack of central air accommodations on numerous occasions. When it first started I thought it was due to maintenance issues, but then we noticed a trend. Every time we had booked a space this would happen. We even requested a new room for better accommodations, and instead of Jannafer Belabin being proactive to resolve the issue at hand she would continue to tell me she would put in a maintenance request. Again, I blame myself for allowing this to continue for so long after spending time and money in this establishment. The last encounter that had me through the roof, was when I went to check in.. the new security guard advised he had no record of me booking the room. I understand mistakes happen so I just asked him to speak to his manager. His manager confirmed I am a regular and allowed me and my team to proceed to the room we pre-paid for. Well two weeks later I go to use the office space and to much of my amaze Jannafer Belabin has be on a “no access permitted” list. I was banned from the location indefinitely. How can A person be banned from a location with no notice? I also was not provided a refund for the unused booking time I paid for. The reason I feel Jannafer Belabin is racist is due to her tone and manner with me only. I have peers of different descents who she does not give the same treatment. But when I address her she gives off a different tone. I could be wrong, but how else do you explain it? Overall I would not recommend this space. Simply because of how management handles areas of concern from clientele. I would not recommend this office space to anyone who is young black and trying to do conduct professional business. I prefer to go places my money is valued.
