I just moved to Camden Las Olas in June. I looked at several apartments online, and I am so happy with my decision! The excellent amenities, beautiful landscaping, and location were all my top reasons for moving here. I love to walk, so being able to go to the River Walk is a huge plus. The River Walk is one block away. I can also walk within four blocks and do most of my errands. Their pet policy is awesome and rare. We can have up to three dogs.Lauren and the entire leasing staff know real hospitality. Even the maintenance, housekeeping,and concierge staff are top-notch! My apartment is so nice, and the industrial-style kitchen is a chef’s dream! Since I’m a chef, I should know.Don’t believe some of the negative reviews that you may see. Some people just like to complain. My experience has been wonderful so far.

I’ve been going to Camden for quite a while now. Not only is it a great atmosphere, but the staff including Lauren have always been very friendly and respectful. The gym is amazing with all the equipment you need to get the job done. The outdoor grills are clutch as well. Very nice and a organized set up. For family and friends to visit and enjoy a nice cookout. Love this place

Ive been living here for a couple of months now and I honestly love it! Just like any other person, I checked Camdens reviews along with other neighboring buildings to compare before making a decision. To be honest, all buildings around the Las Olas area had the same complaints (delayed maintenance issues, poor management, dog feces, etc), so I went with the one closest to the strip and that had all of the amenities I needed. I am very glad I chose Camden despite the reviews I read. Let me tell you something, the maintenance team is AMAZING. Their turnaround time is less than 12 hours for anything. On top of that, they are super nice and great at their jobs. Chris and JP are the best! I dont know if there was a different team years ago or if the people that wrote the reviews were just total Karens, but theres nothing to complain about maintenance now. The security is top notch. You cant get in or out of the building without a fob or someone from the building letting you in/out - LOVE this. It can be a little extra when you have friends coming to visit, but Id rather have the extra security in this area than none at all. Yes, they are strict about guest passes and parking spots, so dont be lazy and get one a the lobby for your guest to avoid any issues. I havent had to deal with management since I moved in, so I think that speaks for itself. They were courteous when I moved in and they send monthly email reminders to pay your rent - which you should probably do autopay like any other bill to avoid late fees. It can get noisy with construction sometimes and we all probably heard it more through the pandemic since a bunch of us have been working from home, but nothing crazy. We live in a hot spot thats continuously growing so if you dont like construction noise or traffic, youre probably looking in the wrong area. Regarding dog feces - yes, sometimes you will see some around the outside of the building, dog park, etc. But honestly, pets have accidents and dirty people are everywhere, so theres that. I do continuously see and hear the cleaning crew in the hallways so I know they are doing their jobs to keep this place as clean as possible. All residents Ive encountered are friendly, the gym and pool are always clean, the front desk staff are kind and helpful, literally no complaints. This place serves its purpose and checks off all the important boxes. Anyway, I know this is a long review and I did wait a bit to post one because I wanted to make sure I lived here long enough to know what Im talking about. I hope others find this review helpful when choosing their next spot!

Honestly if I could give this place zero stars I would. Their staff is unfriendly and seems completely unknowledgeable. I have been living in this apartment complex for less than 6 months and have had more problems with their staff and their lack of communication than any other place I’ve lived. My roommates and I had a late fee that we did not know was there, when we asked Camden to reverse it out of courtesy, since we ALWAYS pay rent on time and give no problems to them or any of our neighbors, not only were did they refuse, they were incredibly rude. On top of the fact this isn’t an inexpensive late fee… it’s over $300. When we did see the late fee we reached out to multiple different people for explanations and did not get anyone on the phone originally or to call us back. This is not the first time that my roommates and I have had issues when it comes to the lack of communication in this place. Anytime we need something or have questions, getting ahold of someone is simply impossible. There are many other apartment complexes in the area, and if you’re thinking of renting here, I highly recommend going elsewhere.

I have visited my friend from college here through the years and have consistently held Camden in the highest regard. I frequently travel with my job. I can only ever remember positive experiences. I love the staff, abundance of guest parking, and the happy residents I have met along the way. If I were to ever move to the area, Camden Las Olas would be my first choice!

I wanted to take the time to thank Samantha. Honestly, it was a rough first couple of months. Samantha took the time to listen to me and within the matter of hours, she fixed my problem. I would like to thank Jean Paul, Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, for his recent service in my unit. He was professional and efficient, and also very kind to both me and my dog. Camden Las Olas is surely lucky to have Jean Paul on their staff!

Living here wasnt terrible, but nothing to really standout either. Just sort of average with more of a party hearty crowd of residents compared to other places in the area. My biggest problem with this property was all of the excess charges after move out. I feel like I am subsidizing their renovation as I am being forced to pay for a full repaint of the unit based on normal wear and tear. I also had to pay to replace the bedroom window shades that they refused to fix while I was living there. I have lived in other Camden properties and left this unit in a similar condition as the others in the past. When I questioned the new assistant manager over these unorthodox policies, she told me that because South Florida has a higher cost of living than most places that they subsidize their budget by having tenants pay for a full repaint of the unit. I had previously lived at a Camden in Orlando and had zero issues on move out. So...you most definitely get what you pay for and I would highly recommend skipping over this property in your search.

I’ve had a good experience at Camden ! The property manager Ernesto really cares about his residents and follows up on what he says he’s going to do. Many residents at the building really wanted a Stairmaster for the gym and so Ernesto followed up by getting one. I needed to get a new toilet for my apartment and he followed up on that as well and got maintain every to replace mine. Often at these large apartment buildings people who work in management are really difficult to get a hold of. However Ernesto is not and I am very appreciative for that.

I am a realtor, and constantly view properties. Yes, Camden is a beautiful place, and it is a great value, but this review is also about their customer service. I just want to thank Jessica and Ernesto at The Leasing Office. They are super professionals, and the tour was the best one of my career. To a point, all questions answered immediately, extremely accommodating, and definitely know their craft. I am often my clients eyes as many of them are not from Florida, and I feel that I can give the best presentation to them as I got to know Camden with Jessicas and Ernestos help. I will highly recommend this property to seekers and I am very impressed with its team. Thank you, guys!

Ive lived at Camden for about 6 months now and only have very minor complaints. They were doing construction on the balconies which was annoying, but necessary. They need to do a better job of managing who parks in guest parking and cleaning up the bike cage. Besides that everything else has been great. Gym is awesome, pool/ grill area is well kept, maintenance crew is extremely responsive, and you cannot beat the location. It is the least expensive apartment you can find that close to las olas.

Im not one to write reviews nor do I take other reviews into account all that much. Unfortunately, my experience at Camden Las Olas, to date, has been dreadful. After being in the apartment for one week Ive discovered: 1. both toilets clog easily by simply just flushing the water in the toilet bowl. 2. The master bathroom sink is somehow connected to the garbage disposal in the kitchen and after using the latter, the former became blocked!. 3. The master bath tub has been leaking since Day 1.After the work was started on the master bathroom on Thursday February 4, 2021, it should have been completed on Friday February 5. Instead, no one showed up, the office could not provide any information and, on Saturday February 6, 2021, a cleaning crew showed up to clean the bathroom THEY THOUGHT WAS COMPLETED. I am now into a second week without a bathroom and, at the time of writing this email, the master bathroom remains unfinished (February 8, 2021).My experience in this apartment has been terrible to date and its most unfortunate that management appears to respond to negative reviews online more-so than a tenant calling in to make a complaint.

The maintenance team is amazing! Beyond helpful and very friendly. Anytime I have an issue they are there in a timely manner to resolve the issue.Also, Jessica & Kim in the office are great! Such sweet girls!

I am very happy with living in these apartments, starting with the maintenance staff Christian Morales, I had a problem in my apartment and he came immediately and solved my problem, very attentive and friendly. I recommend them 100%.

Lady work concierge was no help while trying to deliver groceries to a resident, had no mask on, not friendly whatsoever. Couldn’t give clear directions as to get to residence condo. Her phone seemed more important than anything else.

Specifically, this morning, JP and Juan very quickly responded to our AC issue. Quickly fixed and back to cooling. If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. Moving in and moving out was a nightmare because of the lack of organization from management and elevators constantly being out of service.The cleanliness of the building was the biggest reoccurring issue living here. Residents treat it like a frat house and management does nothing to take control of this property. In addition, management has done little to no effort to hold residents accountable for wearing masks. They said a friendly e-mail and when confronted they do nothing to improve this sanitation, even during a pandemic lockdown.Management is lazy and lock the offices so no visitors can enter to deflect having to deal with concerns of residents. I would recommend looking at other complexes in the area which offer more for your money.

We lived there for four years. Our last year they wanted us to change apartments or move since they wanted to renovate our apartment. We ended up moving and left the place with everything patched up and clean. They are now charging us $1000 to “paint and drywall” ... which they will do anyways because they’re renovating. They basically want to charge us to renovate their apartment. We sent a letter saying that these charges were unfair and they sent us to collections. Especially at a time right now that most people are out of a job, Camden management is being completely unfair and terrible. Not to mention, we couldn’t use the pool for almost a year almost due to “renovations”. The elevators were broken half the time. Parking is always an issue with permits and not enough visitor parking. There are PLENTY of other nice apartments in the area, don’t move there! They’re literally heartless thieves.

Ive been living here for almost two years and I absolutely love it. Office and front desk staff are amazing especially Michelle. Maintenance team is also on top of their game all the time. There are a few things that have needed maintenance and the guys have been unbelievable!!! So friendly and also eager to do whatever is needed. I want to commend Camden Las Olas on their humanity and chivalry. We all recently went through Hurricane Irma and many of us lost power, water, and in some cases even homes. I was displaced from my home and was fortunate enough to have friends at Camden. They took me and I felt I was in the safest place I could be during a hurricane. The infrastructure is like a fortress and all their windows are impact resistant. The best part was the building never lost power! The Las Olas maintenance team and office team were visible before, during, and after the hurricane making sure the building was safe and secured for its residents. I was so impressed with their level of service. I was witness to constant communication from the office on building procedures and they had a plan at every step of the way. Once the storm was over, the Camden team was graceful enough to let me use their wifi in their beautiful new lobby to work. I was lucky enough not to have any home damage, but my power was out and my office was down. Once again, I want to say thank you to the team at Camden Las Olas for their hospitality. Your residents are very fortunate to have you.

Cant beat the location. Only 1 block from Las Olas Blvd. Places to eat, fairs, food trucks, social lounges. I got a newly remodeled unit with wood plank and quartz countertops. Looks great and my view was facing towards downtown. The staff is top notch from management to the maintenance team. My maintenance requests were always completed within 24 hours. The management accommodated me as much as possible whenever I had other requests. They were extremely responsive during last years storms and especially during the hurricanes. The residents are mostly nice. Some pet owners are lazy with taking care of their pets so the building cleaning staff constantly have to clean up, which I appreciated. Garage parking was ample and always available. The building is secure with access at entry points and at amenities. I recommend this community if you are looking to move downtown and want to be in the heart of the city.

Camden was an amazing place to live. The staff is amazing, the maintenance team is amazing (JP, and Carlos and everyone else!) and the building is beautiful. I cant recommend this place enough. The leasing office (Joyce!) is prompt, and attentive. If your looking for a nice place in Fort Lauderdale it will not get better then Camden! 5/5 stars

Fell in love with this place! Set an appointment to meet with their leasing office and the next day - they were able to meet with me. Showed me various units throughout the property. Was pleasantly surprised with how friendly everyone was - front desk, staff, and even residents! Kim was very professional and thorough. I really liked working with her! Did not pressure me to sign anything - but once she showed me my now future unit, I knew it was perfect and proceeded with the application process. Got approved the same day & was sent numerous emails explaining everything preparing me for move in day. Everything seems so great and I CANNOT wait to move in.

Love it!!!! Excellent location and community areas. Very nice pool area with grills and a lot of activities for residents around it. Two floors gym, wifi, near the beach and a lot of restaurants around. We was living in when hurricane Irma and never lost power and hear the winds because the high impact windows. Staff was working so hard for all the residents emergencies. Apartments are nice, walking closets. Excellent service from office leasing, front desk and maintenance

Absolutely love living here! From the day we moved in, I knew it would be the perfect place to call Home. It is so close to everything around Downtown/Las Olas, it’s pet friendly, and most of all - CLEAN! The grounds and maintenance staff are professional and courteous and I’ve never had a problem with them. The elevators smell fresh and clean every morning, and the grounds always have attention. I recently had a small concern with something regarding my unit and the Assistant Manager Joyce along with the Manager Jaclene both were amazing to work with, ensuring we were nothing short of happy. I have never had such a strong attention to detail and an immense feeling of compassion from staff when an issue arose. They have gone above and beyond. Thank you again, Joyce, and the Camden team. I am happy to call this place Home every day, and you are a huge part of that!

My company, Karmic Ice Cream was hired by Camden Las Olas to give out ice cream to their residents. When the residents came home on Friday night, they were treated to a delicious ice cream served from our beautiful 1935 Ford Hot Rod Ice Cream Truck as a thank you from the management of Camden Las Olas Apartments! Needless-to-say, I had the pleasure of meeting many of the residents who were very friendly and gracious not only to us but to one another. Camden Las Olas is in the perfect location - downtown Ft. Lauderdale close to Las Olas, and is beautiful, clean, with great amenities. If you are looking to live in a great place in downtown Ft. Lauderdale, you must check out Camden Las Olas Apartments!

My experiences during my 4 years living at Camden have been very positive. The staff are always very professional.

The building itself is actually a great place to live, very nice and comfortable. However Id like to comment on the people the work in the office, in particular Jason: worst person ever, do never trust what he says.We extended our stay 2 extra days and agreed to pay 2 days prorated at the month-to-month rate. Obviously moving somewhere else, we lost access to the online system and couldnt make the payment online. On the moving date we gave the office our new address, so that they could send us an invoice. First: They never sent us an invoice by mail (or email). Second. they charged us a $475 late fee.... ridiculous. Third: I called the office and Jason and after fighting with him on why they should waive the late fee cause they didnt invoice us, he told me dont you know how to write a check? ..... wow.... great customer service. Camden, you cant promise great customer service and have people that respond that way. The phone call was recorded and I already notified the corporate office of his behavior. For all future residents, dont ever deal with him.... assuming he will still be there....

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I moved in October of 2018 and was not informed that the pool would be closed from December 2018 to July 2019. We recently went two full days without hot water, had a full day with no AC, dogs pee everywhere in the building, management takes a week to respond to you and you have to be the one to reach out the second time. So you end up paying of luxury and basically get mediocre living. The location is great if you want to be close to Las Olas, but lets be realistic - Flagler Village has way more conveniences (grocery store, affordable restaurants, better bars) and those apartment buildings dont lie and dont have as many issues. Ive lived in apartment buildings in NC and Chicago and this is the worst experience Ive ever been subjected to. I promise you, the location is absolutely not worth it - stay far far away!

Wow!!! Awesome place to visit!! Now I want to live there! I was there for the 4th of July and there was a party going on...families together having a great time by the pool. Also the older crowd had their own thing going onThere was music playing..just a great atmosphere all around. Oh!! And that pool...just beautiful with a waterfall too!

Camden is an amazing place to live. I moved in about two weeks ago and I could not have asked for anything better. The people and staff are so friendly. Tyonna is seriously the best. She helped us tremendously and made us feel right at home.

Camden Las Olas is the perfect location! I am within walking distance to all the best bars and restaurants. Not to mention, the beach is less than 2 miles away! I can shop, work, live and play. Ive had a lot of success with the maintenance and concierge services. While handling guest parking can be frustrating at times, its amazing to have a secure, covered parking lot.

Hi everybody. I moved here over 5 years ago,after living in several other properties in south fl. I never did expect how ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL living in CAMDEN LAS OLAS would be. I was waiting for another disappointment, but it never came. the building is immaculate. there are no bugs. the 24 concierge in the lobby is sooo helpful, from admitting guests to accepting packages on your behalf. need a repair? just request it online and it is promptly taken care of. we even pay rent on online if we wish. I did not know before moving in that the owners CAMDEN were true professionals-they own hundreds of CLASS A rentals, and all receive superb reviews throughout the entire country. AND THATS THE REASON. you see other properties are managed for some outoftown investors whose sole interest is $$$. here at CAMDEN LAS OLAS the owners want you to be happy here, and they want you to recommend them to your friends, as I have done on 2 occasions. its hard to explain-its something one has to experience, but I FOUND A HOME! its WONDERFUL. and with CARLOS now 2+ years, LIFE IS GOOD. health & happiness to all.

I moved out of about 6 months ago. And this place is dirty and filthy. Worst place to live on Las Olas. Management is horrible. I ask to make a complaint and all I could do is send an email to the same management I wanted to complain about. If you move here you will regret it.

Nice place, similar to the one I live in San Diego. High end apartment complex with great workout room and a nice pool on the 4th floor. Time has taken its toll on the place and the smell of animal urine fills the nostrils in the parking structure. Also some smokers discard their butts freely on the floor.The apartment walls are so thin that youll be a be to listen to your neighbors talking, almost like that scene in Office Space, if you know what I mean, and youll hear every step your upstairs neighbors take. Overall its a nice complex, but kind of pricey.

After moving from France, I was looking for a place close to Las Olas Boulevard and I found the perfect one. This place is perfectly located, very secure, the staff and especially Lindl of the front desk are really great. For the price which never stops increase (it will become too much if it goes up !!!) you have access to a large variety of services : parking, gym, pool, etc...

The only reason I enjoyed living here was due to the location. The maintenance staff is also great. Management here is absolutely horrible. We had reported flooding twice after big rainstorms and management did nothing. We tried to ask for them to fix our balcony that caused the flooding before hurricane Irma and they told us that they never had been notified we had flooding issues which is not true ( I had screenshots of the maintenance requests we put in prior). After the hurricane it took almost a month to get our balcony fixed causing mold issues in my roommate’s room. Andy ( the manager) continued to ignore us when we sought some sort of settlement. Eventually he gave us a $300 off of rent for a month. After move out we were never billed for anything. My roommate emailed Jon and never got an answer. A little over a month later I received mail from a debt collector for what we owed Camden. Ridiculous! I don’t know if this is a Camden issue or a Camden Las Olas issue. What I can tell you is the management staff at this particular building is absolutely horrible and unprofessional. I have rented 5 apartments over the last 7 years and never had a management staff as bad as this.

The office staff is great here. Even though they are always super busy they work so hard to get things done. Andy, Nadeen and Marissa have been amazing. The maintenance guys Jean Paul and Miguel have been the best at taking care of all my maintenance issues. Those two are are amazing as well.

I had the pleasure of staying at Camden Las Olas for the weekend with my sisters. We had an amazing time. The apartment building was very quiet throughout the halls and this was on a Saturday night when things normally can get pretty loud and rowdy in some buildings. The apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous with modern appliances and beautiful laminate floors throughout. We stayed in a two bedroom two bathroom unit with a split floorplan which was very spacious and private. The next morning we took a short walk to have brunch at a fabulous restaurant called Big City Tavern (you must try this restaurant if you are in the area). Then afterwards we walked up and down Las Olas admiring all the little shops and restaurants in the area before we returned to the apartment. This area is phenomenal especially for young people and/or young families. Im from North Carolina but I hope to stay at Camden Las Olas again in the future.

My Camden Lodge review is solely based from the point of view of being a visitor, not a renter.If youre interested in downtown luxury living definitely consider Camden Lodge. My sister lives here loves it. Itss nice.But visiting is a pain in the butt due to parking. They have a few SMALL parking spots on the ground floor which ALL say future resident parking. If these spots are full, you need to put on your hazard lights and go in the lobby to be granted permission to park on the other side of the gate. Once you get inside, drive through the garage carefully because the resident drive like morons. you cannot go up to the floor that your friends/family lives on...they have to come down with their pass and get you.

The office and maintenance staff are so helpful and friendly! Even with the construction this place is still an amazing place to be from the location to the residents, Camden Las Olas does not disappoint!

There is always something broken in the building. Today none of the elevators worked on the west side of the property. The elevators have been broken for months and management/ownership refuses to fix anything. Do not recommended living here. Always have a problem.

Jean Paul Rojas came to our apartment very quick fixed one of the closets doors and found out a leak from the A/C of the apartment above. He fixed it in minutes!

Ive been here for about a month, and love it so far. I had read a number of reviews complaining about noise in the building, but Ive barely heard a thing. I can barely even hear my roommate 15 feet away. The walls definitely keep sound out.Camden is in the middle of EVERYTHING. About a half-mile from both Las Olas and Himmarshee, so youre close to all of the nightlife.If I had a complaint, its that a couple appliances have already broken and required repairs. On the plus side, theyve all been repaired within 36 hours of my requests.

With any kind of issue or problem we had at the Camden Tyonna was super helpful and attentive. From getting renovations sped up so we could move in on time, to making sure our move out process went smoothly Tyonna was super dependable, friendly, and all-around awesome!

Ive being living @Camden Las Olas for 6 years and I will not change that apartment for nothing. I feel relax, front desk is amazing with me and the office personal, everytime that I have a concern they help me 100%, and I am not saying this because I need to impress anybody, just because is true and my experience there is being excellent for all this years.Things needs to improve:Garbage in the parking lotand elevator spaces......not big deal..........
