Great, reliable experience with Jeff! We had a super early flight which required a 4:30am pickup from the house. Jeff arrived a few minutes early and drove us safely to the airport. For pickup, our returning flight was late and Jeff had a great attitude: No problem, just text me when you land! and he picked us up right from the departure area of the airport around 12:30am. This is pricier than an Uber, but more comfortable and more convenient. Im about to make another reservation for a trip were going on next week!

These was the first time taking a airport Shuttle to the airport, I choose Elite Shuttle by the reviews I saw online and by their official web site information and services. I made the reservation through a person name Jeff, but to my astonishment a different company show up by my drive way, with the name call blue star tours, I had no knowledge of this company what so ever. The driver was on the phone talking while driving on the express way to the airport, someone on the left lane cut of in front of him to exit on the right lane to get off, the airport shuttle driver had to press on the brakes, in my opinion that is not safe driving, talking on the phone and driving dont mix. Jeff told me that they accept credit card payments, but the driver from blue star tours said he didnt accept credit card payments and somewhat disputed with me, but he had to accept my credit card payment because I didnt have $105.00 in cash in my purse to pay him for dropping me off at the airport. And to top it of I was not call or text before hand, to confirm my reservation, I was called the same morning of my trip an hour or so before my schedule pick up

Jeff provided transportation in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area for our group of 8-12 people for four different trips over 10 days and he was terrific. He was on time and reliable. The vehicle was clean and had plenty of room for our group, including a good amount of luggage. He was a very safe and efficient driver, getting us around some huge traffic messes. I would recommend him, and he was very accommodating if we needed to modify our plans.

Jeff picked my group of 9 up at our resort and brought us to the cruise terminal for our cruise... Upon return from our cruise, he picked us up to take us back to the airport. I would highly recommend South Florida Elite Shuttle. His van was very clean, had plenty of room, and used his trailer to accommodate all of our luggage. He was right on time, and when I called him from the ship, to say that we would be ready earlier, he came earlier to accomodate us. Rates were the best I found, and service was wonderful. Will definitely use again the next time we are in Fort Lauderdale, have his number stored in my phone .

I highly recommend for your transportation needs. We had 10 people going on a cruise and needed a shuttle service to pick us up from Boynton Beach and take us to Port Everglades. Jeff was our driver and he was excellent to work with. The pricing was fair and he was so reliable, I never worried for one second about him being there and being on time. I got a call from him the morning of the trip for him to confirm that he was on the way and I also got a call the morning we got back confirming what time to pick us up.They also provided an enclosed trailer for all of our luggage, and Jeff expertly packed all of our stuff (and believe me, it was a lot!).I also wanted to mention that he was extremely accommodating with car seats for my 2 and 4 year old. My wife preferred to use the car seats we owned as opposed to the ones that Elite Shuttle provided and Jeff kept the seats for us. They were in place and ready to go when he picked us up....and they did all that at no extra charge.If you need reliable transportation at a fair price, and with exceptional customer service then look no further than South Florida Elite Shuttle. Called for a shuttle the day before our flight arrived. Quick response and easy booking process. Jeff was early to pick us up and was in a perfect waiting spot once we got our luggage. Prices were competitive and fair. Only reason for 4 stars is van is a little old, but clean and comfortable.

We called about a ride to the airport for the next morning. The owner said he would email us a quote to sign and requested a valid credit card to do do. The quoted price was $95, which was extremely high, so I called him back to decline. When I asked why the price was so high, I was told the price include a surcharge of $10 per child, totaling $40. I told him we werent interested, and he said hed already charged our credit card even though I never signed or accepted the contract he sent. He said if we cancelled, he would charge us $25. I told him we never accepted the original contract. He said, he had to make money, and suggested charging us $10. Then said he could charge us whatever he wanted. The guy was a jerk and his price was more than double what we ended up paying another company. I can only imagine the people giving him good reviews arent shopping around.

Recently came back from a girls trip to Miami South Beach!!! I called Elite Shuttle and spoke with Jeff he scheduled our roundtrip from the airport to the hotel and departure with ease. We contracted SFES to transport our party of 14 from a hotel in Fort Lauderdale to the Cruise port. On the morning of our trip to the port, our driver Felix texted me and introduced himself. He arrived right on time and we had a short drive to the terminal. We were able to get on board early and get settled before the crowd boarded. Felix was the most courteous and engaging driver. On the morning we returned, there was a snafu on the ship. Part of our party got off on time, and part of us didnt. When we finally got off, Felix was a short distance away and got us back to the hotel. Even though he had another reservation shortly after ours, he still took the time to get us back to the hotel where our cars were parked safely and securely, and in a timely manner. There is no question I would use South Florida Elite Shuttle again should we ever use Port Everglades for a cruise. Thanks to Felix and Jeff for a great experience. Oh, I almost forgot. The van was perfect and all our bags fit. Great job guys.

August 2011 - - Jeff is friendly and professional. He provided transfers from FLL to hotel, hotel to cruise port, cruise port to FLL. I checked with several shuttle companies to inquire about rates and decided to go with this company. The lady quoted me a price on the phone and sent the reservation order to my email with the price on it and asked me to confirm all the details of the arrangement. I also signed a credit card receipt with the same price on it. So, how does anyone not know what they are paying for after all that? There was no add on charges, just the price I was quoted which was a very fair price for a private service. Personally I am very happy with the service we received from beginning to end. Prompt, courteous and friendly people. We will definitely use you folks again.

So disappointed to find that I was charged $200 for a ride that they normally charge $140 for from Fort Myers to Venice. I arranged the ride for friends by phone from Canada and paid in advance, and then the driver charged them too. But he didnt realized the special rate I had and only charged them $130!! I am embarrassed to be overcharged when I was trying to do something nice for friends... and embarrassed that they were charged for something that I arranged as a gift. Even though the driver was great, the administration was dishonest and ineffective. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone at all.

As I was driving trying to get on 595 One of these elite transportation driver cut me off made me slam on my brakes and almost hit my head then the driver continues to cut people off and speeding unsafe transportation system need to have better drivers ! I’m writing this review because I called the transportation company and when I spoke with the guy who answered the phone he act like he didn’t care about what I was saying at all ! They should care about how the drivers are driving !
