If I could do an infinite amount of stars I would. Kari was beyond helpful to me and really listened and understood my needs and what I was personally trying to accomplish. I would leave her place feeling free and happy, and that wasnt my normal mood. She is patient and kind and offers different ways to help you understand your thoughts and feelings, all of which are extremely helpful. She even offered recommendations on books to read or hobbies for me to try.
