We experienced poor customer service with this counseling center with regard to insurance and billing. They did not communicate well, dropped our insurance carrier and did not tell us we needed pre-authorization for out of network claims, and on two occasions charged our account for full balances owed first then emailed after the fact to tell us what they had done with no opportunity for conversation. They took their money and expected us to re-coup that money from our insurance company. They are no longer taking our calls. Very poor customer relations and customer service; we will no longer be using their counseling services.

Ive been here a couple times over the course of a like 5 years and the first counselor I worked with obviously got offended with a comment I made and then obviously was pretty inexperienced because after that she obviously didnt want me there and didnt even want to try working with me.. the second lady I worked with at the start was fine but then later obviously got frustrated because I dont open up to counselors very easily and obviously got upset and frustrated working with me.. she even blew up at me and basically demanded that I start talking..she straight up told me how she intentionally did that with me to force me to talk to her.. which made it even worse and harder for me to want to talk to her.. after that I didnt want to ever see her or anyone there.

David Cartwright was our marriage counselor. Not only did he get the situation all wrong and made assumptions, when asked point blank questions that defend Christian values, he chose the opposite. His counseling created more of a wedge between us and no progress or attempted progress was made. After talking with other counselors, they said he ought to lose his license and had no idea what he was doing in the situation at hand.

I am a former client and they are wonderful. I worked with Joyce and she showed me me more about myself than I could imagine. I give them my highest rating.
