We are SOOOOO happy with Fort Tax Service!! VERY attentive to the customer, very responsive to every question. I wish we had discovered Bare Fort Tax Service sooner. We got a bunch of run around from a different local tax service which made us switch. GREAT FIND!!!!!!!!!

From the wonderful and understanding receptionist to the tax professionals, these folks are amazing! Got myself into a really odd, and confusing to me, tax situation and they absolutely took care of me and put me at ease. I’m never trying to do my own taxes again, they just earned my business as long as I pay taxes (ie for life).

Since the owner has seen fit to delete all three of my posts on Facebook and has not replied to my email as to why I received a letter stating that she was dropping me as a client because the company wanted to reduce the number of people they serve, yet on their Facebook page they are actively seeking new clients so I cannot recommend this service. Additionally, Ms. Bare seldom answered my calls in a timely manner, did not provide me with information desperately needed for my divorce until she was told the judge would subpoena her to testify, and did not file form 8958 which was required in my situation. My advice is to go to an actual CPA or even H&R Block for better service.

My first time using an account to do my taxes. And I could not be any more thrilled with the service.

They did a great job on our taxes, and didnt charge us an arm and a leg to do them.

I worked here and they are all very concerned for the clients and really know taxes. They also really work hard to be up on all the security measures to protect clients.
