This place is more trash than the game fortnite i was washing my cloth with my mom and saw a rat washing with our clothing

I really like this laundromat compared to some others. Their machines actually work and do the job theyre meant to do. The only thing is a lot of times they have a lot of machines down that arent working. That can be discouraging when theres a lot of people. But the nice thing about this laundromat is every once in awhile I see signs posted for free laundry soap and discounted laundry for families on selected days. That makes this laundromat awesome!

Clean! Not busy on a Friday morning.

Ummmm....this place needs a good face lift. First off there are 13 washers out of order and 8 dryers out of order. I can see why NO ONE is around. Not even a mouse.Ummm...just seen a reply from owner from a pervious comment. Yeah, you did some investigating to the place as to why it looks like a DUMP!! NOT! and this comment was over a MONTH AGO! What a joke!

It has always been a great place to do laundry at. And Don that does the cleaning there has always been doing a good job and also very curtious

Very clean and washers didnt smell like mold. Inexpensive compared to other ones in the area.

This place is disgusting and dirty. Look in 4 washers before I found one that wasnt full of hair. Out of order tags on over half the washers and dryers. Only good thing about this place is the price to wash and dry.

I did like this laundromat, because the prices were cheap. But they are cheap for a reason. More than half of the machines are constantly broke, the place doesn’t get cleaned, there were animal feces on the floor, couldn’t use the bathroom because the door was locked with nobody inside, which is really inconvenient. Every time I wash my clothes in the machine that has the locking lid, they come out with some type of powdered detergent on them, and I don’t use powder. So I have to pay to wash them again. The dryers won’t dry my load completely, but my sweatpants and sweaters come out feeling like they’ve been way too close to fire, very scratchy and pretty much ruined. I’ve used this laundromat 3 times now, and EVERY TIME I’ve had a bad experience. I guess the first time I didn’t know, the two other times I had hope. Never again! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!! If I could give NO stars, I would!

Out of order machines arent being repaired. Machines, tables, Windows & overall interior of laundromat is FILTHY! I bring my own disinfecting wipes to wipe the folding table before I use it. I have also been cleaning up other messes that have been neglected for months. Place needs water softeners. Prices are right, however.

Prices are the best I have found in area. Seems to have constant issues with broken machines.Edit: Prices have nearly doubled or doubled and nothing changed except more cameras and more broken machines. Just went there and between broken machines and ones being used by people that had left, there were none to use. Not sure if Im going to bother going back.

Dont... even....bother. There were about 8 washers only without broken signs on them. The soap, bleach, and softener tanks in each washer are all moldy and disgusting like theyve never been cleaned. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. Not to mention the distinct smell of sewage permeating throughout. Dont listen to any responses from Owner, anyone with half a brain can tell that these reviews all address the same issues dating back a very long time. Update: Clearly management or tech and cleaning staff are made up terms for a slum-owner not wanting to lift a finger. Guess what youre in a great town, if you cleaned up your store and had a proper property manager, your sales and income would Im certain increase. Its like the wild west in there always, and all the locals now know why.

They seem to be improving a lot compared to a few months ago, the price is 2$ per Wash and 0.25$ Per 8-minutes Drying so keep that in mind. The place is easy for me to access and cheaper than the Washer and Dryer setup at my apartment by far.At the time of this review there is also a reoccurring discounted day (currently Tuesday) where its half-off per wash (turning a 2$ wash into a 1$ wash). Id say its worth it and while the place isnt perfectly spotless (a little dusty, maybe from lint) it feels far cleaner than Ive heard said in reviews in the past and the machines look like they are receiving a bit more attention then previously mentioned.Why did I rate a 3/5?: Not enough seats, its fine in the early morning hours when barely anyone is there but if others and even familys show up then those few seats are going to fill up leaving you only able to stand or sit in your car. The bathroom seemed a bit on the side of one I wouldnt use lightly and (as of this review) the Dryer I was using had its button face half missing (still usable).With that said I have seen far worse places, places I wouldnt trust a dogs cloths to, this isnt one of those places. There seems to be some care being taken with the image and hopefully that improves, Id be happy to give this a 4/5 or even 5/5 but Im a bit of a germaphobe so this might be my bias.

Filthy....I could not believe that I would be cleaning my clothing, but I felt the constant need to sanitize everything. I even went to the dispenser so that I could buy hand sanitizer. Alas! There was none.The dispensers where detergent is supposed to go looked molded over with gunk that came from the dinosaur age. I was disgusted. Im nervous that it dispensed my soap mixed with mold. bleh....Finally, it cost $6.25 per load on the large industrial machine. I washed about 7 full boxes of clothing for around $40 which is insane. Consider buying a machine because this place is filthy and not worth it. .25 cents for 10 minutes in the small dryer. .25 cents for 5 minutes in the industrial, large dryer (trust me, not worth it)Oh yes...and probably over half of the machines were out of order. They updated a few of them. I experienced 2 malfunctions and lost at least a dollar. I tried to fill out a card, but it was unclear as to where I should place the card.The quarter deposit was constantly malfunctioning. I had to shove the quarters in and spend minutes pushing the coin return and shoving them back in because they wouldnt receive the quarters...what a headache.That was a lot of money for a fowl experience. I will sooner drop $1,000 on a washer/dryer than return. I would sooner drive 40 mins. to watertown to use their wonderful laundromat which has a wonderful coffee shop. I would sooner drive to Whitewater to use their laundromat and grab a cup of coffee...maybe even tan in their tanning beds (even though I never tan). Because Id sooner tan, drive 40 minutes, drive 20 minutes, drop $1,000 than ever return.

I had to give it 1 star just to comment. This is the most Disgusting, Filthy, mold and mildew covered laundromat I have Ever been in. It reeks of mildew, the machines Never get cleaned..and the rest are out of order. My blankets came out Stinking. Had to go elsewhere to wash again. Everything you have to touch is covered in gunk. Not healthy at all.

All new machines, and a clean place!

This place was always clean in the past but now it’s very dirty. A lot of machines are out of order, filthy,widows are also dirty. It has been like this for while now.You need to get someone in there to clean it up.

I tried calling them to ask where they put my stuff that was left and they did not pick up people stole my stuff and my kids stuff and its not right Im so mad people do this to other people
