They were professional, skilled at their craft, responsive to our needs, courteous, prompt, and very personable. The quality of their work was excellent, and we felt it was a very good value. We will definitely hire them again, and will refer them to our friends and family.

The Cloute team that cleaned both the inside and outside window surfaces in my house were thoughtful, courteous, efficient, and professional in their work. They arrived on time, immediately changed the light in a halogen lamp hung above a staircase, grasped the extent of the window cleaning assignment quickly, and began washing.They were even patient with my curious indoor cat. They provided her with the best excuse for mental and physical exercise that she has had in a long time. Up and down the stairs she went while trying to keep track of their location and sometimes almost graceful use of their squeegees as they cleared the wash solution from the windows.I am most pleased with their work. When they left, I immediately called their headquarters to schedule them for next summer.

Two young men came to clean out my gutters. it was a really hot day. they did a good job. They did not remove all of the debris from my roof. I have many pine trees and it is important to get the roof as clean as possible. they also left a few clumps of debris from the gutters around my house. Not a big deal. I will have them back again as it is hard to find gutter cleaners.

We moved to the area a few years ago and have used this business a few times for gutter and window cleaning. Each year, we have been disappointed, so we have decided not to use this company anymore after this year. When the sales rep came and quoted our job, he said that they would vacuum out all our window tracks as part of the price of window cleaning. They know we live on a lake and have a lot of bugs every year, so they quoted a price accordingly. Well, they hire high school or college kids and the job done is equivalent with young kids who arent supervised. They have only vacuumed out our tracks once in 3 years. I have called back to complain, but nothing was done. One year, they didnt clean our garage windows, and they didnt send anyone out after we said something about it. They always leave bugs on our inside and outside windowsills that we have to clean up. They sent someone back last year to re-clean and there was still an issue with bugs left everywhere. This year, they charged almost as much as normal just to clean outside and there were bugs left all over the screens. It cost $250 to clean just gutters and outside windows (they were here 1.5 hours total with 2 guys). We wont be using them again. We also asked several times for a quote to pressure wash our deck and they never responded. We just did it ourselves today since we were sick of them putting us off. They obviously dont care about repeat business.

Cleaners are very nice. However their Housecleaning services are inconsistent and seem rushed - like theyre more focused on getting in and out on time than on what theyre doing while theyre on site. Ive had to re-clean. Im wondering if Management is forcing a strict allotment of time?

I recently had Tim Legge of Cloute Inc paint the entire upstairs of my house, and they did the most amazing job! It is beautiful! They did walls, ceilings, window frames, door frames, closets; they even took the stair railing and had it refinished! Everything was old, cracked, nicked, you name it (it is a 100 yr old house)- and they scraped and sanded and caulked and idk what else but it came out looking like a brand new house! Not only that, but I decided late that I needed it done for Christmas, and they totally MADE IT HAPPEN! Thank you so much for everything! I cant wait to get started on the main floor!

With all the rain we’ve been having, it was hard to find a time when the boys could get it all done in one visit. To accomplish the job they came to do just the inside and came back another day to do the outside.
