Very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly when working with you. I have brought my friends bike in as well as my wifes bike and they have been accommodating.Always straight forward and will tell you what needs to be fixed to get back on the road and riding. I understand why they have the rating they do.

Great experience. I ordered two radpower bikes from the manufacturer and 2 Rivers was one of the options for having it professionally assembled and tuned. They had the bikes ready for me to pick up earlier than anticipated and also went over the bikes with me thoroughly. Everyone was very friendly.

I worked with not one, but 3 wonderful staff members while picking out my mountain bike and they were all patient, knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all my questions. Its so great to have such a friendly shop nearby and by the time I left with my new bike I felt like an old friend. We will absolutely be back in the future for bikes and maintenance.

I called very last minute on Labor Day Saturday with a flat tire, knowing they were closing in an hour. I live in Whitewater and Door County and normally use bike shops there, but I remembered hearing there was a shop in Fort Atkinson also. I was impressed by the appearance of the shop and the fact that even during this pandemic time, when stock in any bike shop is scarce to none, there was actually inventory. A very kind and speedy mechanic had my tire fixed in no time and took the time to remind me that before long I would need to have my tires replaced. He added me to the data base and also invited me on group rides. I love my bikes and my bike shops, and now I have Two Rivers to add to my collection of great bike shops. And thanks to Two Rivers, I got in 2 lovely Labor Day weekend bike rides that I would have missed without their help, because Im a great rider, but a terrible mechanic. I am grateful.

I was very fortunate to find the Trek bike I was seeking in the right frame size at 2 Rivers Bike Shop in Ft Atkinson. It was a bit of a hike for me, but well worth the trip. It felt like going back in time, to a family run bike shop where they did tune ups right behind the counter. They took the time to go through the new bike with me, as well as a quick derailleur adjustment and safety check on my vintage 1989 Trek bike before I left. I havent felt this good about a purchase in many years! It was such a treat to do business with them, and I hope to cross paths with them again!

My husband and I have had absolutely stellar experiences working with 2 Rivers Bicycle and Outdoor. Having not ridden on a bike for quite some time, on our first visit the team took a great deal of time answering our questions, explaining different features, and making sure we felt comfortable with our selection of Trek bikes to order. When we came to pick them up, Dale went above and beyond in helping us pick out a bike rack and helping install it so we could take the bikes home safely. All of the staff we interacted with were kind, caring, knowledgeable, and considerate. PLEASE READ REVIEW: I bought a trek verve 3 from 2 Rivers. My experience all around was a 10 star experience. I’d give more stars if I had the option. Mike was EXTREMELY helpful from beginning to end and so sweet. I felt like my sweet grandpa was helping me with the bike. I was so happy to buy from this place I could have spent my money at so many other places but If your going to pay for a bike at least you know your money is well spent here. Mike made sure I left knowing how my bike worked. But also that it was the right fit. It was already payed for so they could have just sent me away with the bike but they didn’t. Mikes knowledge of bikes is very extensive too! He taught me a lot about the gears. There were also other very nice gentlemen there who helped with the whole process. Excellent customer service. Because of the high demand they were out of stock of our daughters color and size bike, but fortunately her Trek came in, in just a few short weeks and the staff were such a pleasure to work with, and trying to get it near her birthday. We were helped right away at pick up.The sweet young man sized her for her bike then he even jumped in and helped load it for me in the back of my truck and made sure it was good to go.I am so pleased with this bike shop and our purchase!Thanks 2 Rivera Bicycle you made my birthday girl very happy! Went in because we needed to get a helmet for my sons rollerblading gym class, my son doesn’t know how to ride a bike, spoke to a very friendly sales person, he explained that the pedals and such could come off, so he could learn how to balance on a bike and since I was buying the bike there they would put the petals back on when it was time. So I ordered a bike, it took about two weeks for it to come in, And that’s OK because it was sooner than the projected time. However when I came in to pick up the bike, I felt very rushed and when I asked about the petals being put back on I was told that they were very busy this time of year and that my best bet was to do it myself and for a tuneup come back in the fall when they’re less busy. Also when we got home, and I had my son on the bike, I found his feet cannot touch the ground, I called bike shop and I was told what type of tool I need it to buy in order to lower the seat.

Great place to shop for any level of bike. They let you take them for a spin or order something if they dont have it in stock. They have been very helpful getting the right parts. I have used a few services and they are very reasonable compared to other shops I have visited. I bought a new bike there and they give free adjustments so anytime its a bit squeaky or something rattles they fix it quickly without an issue.

I drove from Illinois as it’s hard to find a bike! But great selection here, very nice and knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend purchasing a bike from 2 Rivers!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, took about 2 weeks to get my bike I ordered in and assembled and everything was set up correctly and ready to go. Definitely you get what you pay for, where if you have any problem there wont be any hassle to get it fixed. I was happy to find a bike within my budget and wasnt pressured to go for a more expensive one for just casual riding.

I own a business across the street and got into mountain biking this year. I was able to get a ton of gear and the staff have always been helpful.2020 was a crazy year for recreational products so their bike selection was low and some parts were hard to come by....but they still spent a lot of time helping me find a pair of pedals for my used bike. I later returned them wanting a different color (sorry) and they were still incredibly nice.Will continue to shop here instead of Amazon or other online retailers.

I would suggest 2 Rivers to anyone that is wanting to start getting into biking. They are so helpful and help you find a bike for exactly what you need it for. They helped me get fitted for the right bike and the right size as well as answering any questions I had. They even go through a checklist to make sure you are informed about your bike and how to give in the best care possible. They have that hometown feel that makes you feel so comfortable and at home in their shop. I am so excited to visit here more often for any and all of my biking needs!

I had an older Giant my son inherited that was in need of repair. The employee was asked if it was worth repairing or buying new and he recommended repairs. They were quick and my son said the bike is better than new after getting it back. Thanks again for the best service around!

I was beyond impressed with every interaction with this group! Brent walked me through some bikes and even watched the market for me and let me know how quickly bikes were moving! I just bought my first Trek from them.Their quality of service, their time they take with you, and the knowledge they had made the first bike purchase for me worth the 60+ mile drive.

We were in the market for a bike for my wife. Brent and company took the time to learn our style and where we might want to ride. They suited us up for a test ride for as long as we needed. I had a bike that was a phantom-shifting pain in the backside. The wrenches went way-beyond to try and resolve the issue. My wife bought a trainer for me for Christmas. I stopped on a Saturday and they walked me through the features...as long as this tech-ignorant old guy needed.

The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable; they also demonstrate an obvious passion for biking. Additionally, prices are very reasonable. Its rare to find a place where all of these traits meet.

Debbie was very patient and sweet as she helped my granddaughter pick out her new adult Trek bike. In spite of the fact that its spring, were in the midst of a pandemic, and theyre only open 2 hours a day right now, they had the bike ready to go in 3 days (which is like a month to a 12 yr old)! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, caring, giving above and beyond in service! Brent welcomed us in his store and quickly fit our entire family with new bikes. Since we were visiting out of town and needed to get the bikes 2 hours home we needed a hitch rack. We ran into a snag getting the hitch attached, but Brent and his staff took care of us until it was solved. We have found our bicycle shop away from home with 2 Rivers in Fort Atkinson. If you want high-quality bikes accompanied by high-quality staff members and facilities, head over to 2 Rivers.EDIT: One of our bikes had a defective part within less than a week. 2 Rivers was gracious and offered to pay for the defective part that we had to get replaced at a local bike shop near our home. This happened in June. We were told a reimbursement would be made and while Brent tried to help us out, the general manager Ben has not communicated with us nor reimbursed us. It is now going on well over a month since we were last contacted. I had to reach out for that contact. Sent email on August 22, other emails were answered promptly...24 hours later we have heard nothing. :(EDIT 2: We want to extend a huge thank you to Brent at the Fort shop. He checked into the situation and was able to get to the bottom of what happened for us. Things happen and situations like ours are easy to overlook at times Im sure, but he made things right and we received the promised reimbursement on August 30.

Ive been to this store multiple times and havent had a bad experience. The customer service is awesome and they have everything I need for my races and rides as well. The prices are way better than Madison and their is no attitude like some of the other shops. I particularly like Jeremy, who is one of the main mechanics...he is a great guy and has helped me out with info and tips on riding and tips on how to keep my bike in top shape. 5+ stars!

Been here a few times looking for a bike, I know next to nothing about bikes but from the moment I started talking to the people here it didnt take long to find out that they knew more than enough and werent trying to push some expensive stuff that I didnt need on me.Each time I go in theyre more than happy to help me in any way possible, theyve set up bikes on the trainer for me, and let me take them out for test drives, and spent a good amount of time informing me on whats what. Theyre very knowledgeable staff were able to answer my questions in a very confident manner and were polite, patient and professional with me and all my noobish questions.I work retail and have for a while now and have met all kinds of sales folks, these people are just as happy to help you as they are to let you browse in peace then answer questions you need answered. Theyre not comission based, and always listen to what you want, need and expect out of a bike before making a recommendation. Im definitely getting a bike from this location and going to them for all my tune up and maintenance needs.

Great store! Ive used 2 Rivers for the past two years for yearly service and upgrading components. The staff is very knowledgeable and great to work with. I was looking to upgrade my XC race bike to a 1x11 speed but was not sure about what was compatible with my bike. Reo was able to help me and ensure everything was done right the first time.
