Had a service done a while back and never got around to writing the review of this service.Came to my home on time and performed work asked. However, they were certain to charge me for the apprentice ($25 hourly) as well as the plumber ($70-80 hourly). When asked, I was told That was standard by the billing over the phone. My issue was this was the honesty, I was a college student at the time who bought his first house and told that the rate would be 70-80 hourly and then off course the service call fee. Not upfront about the additional apprentice that it would be closer to $105-$110 hourly with apprentice onsite for a pretty obvious one person job.1 month of using my downstairs bathroom faucet it became loose and started falling off due to not being tightened fully. Id pass on this service and look elsewhere.

They are not welcome back at my home. They did exactly opposite of what I asked and charged me up the ***on the spot! Their costumer service, the woman answering the phone, was the worst I’ve received since moving to Fort. Terrible!

A very nice guy who came highly recommended and gave a reasonable quote after an excrutiatingly long wait. I first contacted them in mid April, got a quote in mid May and found out in early June that they cannot do work until late August. He was one of the few plumbers to even call back, so it may not be unusual in the area, but it is very disappointing.

Best plumber in town by far. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Mark first. Hes professional, courteous, and friendly. He has the answer to all of your plumbing problems.
