Wade and his team are extremely honest, great at communicating, and reliable. Ive taken my vehicle there for a few years now for routine maintenance, as well as unexpected issues and the service has been exceptional. Wade and his team consistently takes the time to explain what is going on with my vehicle in laymans terms so I could fully understand the issue, as well as my options. Most recently, Wade went above and beyond to help me purchase a new vehicle. He took an experience that is typically stressful and made it easy. Throughout the buying process Wade made sure I fully understand my options and was never a pushy car salesman. I cannot say enough good things about this business. Highly recommend.

Very happy at TenPin. I have a full time job and haul a ton of kids during my time off so waiting around or dropping off my car is a huge hassle for an oil change. TenPin was able to pick my car up while I was at work and drop it off an hour later. Makes my life so much easier! I was very happy with their service.

Great experience-- friendly and accommodating! Was recommended by a friend and was not disappointed. Had a flat tire and even though they were extremely busy, the owner made an effort to check it out himself. Found the leaks right away, showed us the different problem areas along the way and got it fixed up quick. Definitely would recommend and plan on coming back in the future!

We chose to work with Wade and TenPin Motors because of his business philosophy, integrity and transparency, and great communication. Wade is a man you can trust, and you know that throughout the entire process. He will show you all his notes and justification for an offer on a trade-in (his offer was about 1k higher than CarMax) and will make sure you know exactly what youre paying before you sign paperwork. He also will offer additional services and warranties but will never push you or try to convince you that you need them; its all your decision. Another dealership offered to beat Wades price (Wades price was definitely a fair price, by the way, and it was provided upfront without needing a lengthy negotiation process that ends up leaving you wondering if you got a good deal or not) for a similar vehicle after we called them to cancel a meeting there, but we quickly chose to say no and stick with Wade because we knew his business was one we wanted to support. Hes a stand-up guy with a great mission and business, and we will likely purchase all future vehicles from him. Looking forward to picking up our new truck this afternoon!

They say what they do and Do what they say ! Had noise in my car that sounded like a rear wheel bearing. Was getting an oil change and asked if they could diagnose what the noise was. Rear wheel bearing was bad and made another appt. to get repaired. Brought car back and also needed tires changed when they started on the wheel bearing they had suspicions that the other one was bad also. The Ten Pin crew are easy to work with and have the knowledge and equipment to get the job done RIGHT. Thank-you again.

Excellent service. My Jeeps radiator went kaput so I contacted TenPin Motors for help. At first they said they were fully booked, and they wouldnt be able to get to it until almost a week later. However, with a bit of pleading, they rearranged things and I had a new radiator installed the very next day. Extremely satisfied with the service and most importantly, the cost of the repair.

I highly recommend this place for their professionalism, honesty, and integrity--and I didnt even get the work done there! I took my Mini Cooper in for an alignment and after 40 minutes up on their state-of-the-art alignment rack, the owner personally took me back into the work bay to show me the process and explain how they couldnt finish the alignment because they needed a special tool for Mini Coopers. He didnt even charge me anything because they couldnt properly finish the job. I will happily go back for other work!

To say that Wade and the guys are honest is an understatement. I wanted new brakes and Wade refused to do it because my brakes did not need replacing. Other places would have just done what I asked even if the brakes were fine. I will only go to Ten Pin for any repairs.

Ive known the owner Wade outside of Ten Pin motors from bowling. Hes an awesome person and always nice. Those aspects shine even brighter in his business. I had to get four new tires put on my car. Admittedly I went too long before buying new ones. He was able to get them ordered (after 6pm) and delivered overnight and we were able to find time the next day to get them put on my car.The entire staff there treats you like a friend and doesnt try to swindle you into buying something that you dont need. You always walk away feeling like you made the right decision.If you dont believe me head in for yourself and get some work done!

Wade sold me a truck about a year ago. The truck is still running great. He was very easy to talk to and also gave me an above average offer on my trade which made me happy. I am always checking the website to see what kind of vehicles are available. It is very likely I will be coming back for my next one.

This is probably going to me the most honest repair shop and dealer you will ever encounter. My truck wouldnt start for my wife. I had it towed to tenpin motors @4pm and by 5:30 parts were ordered and was finished by 10 am the next morning. They truly care about there customers and truly treat your vehicle like its theres and they give many options and opinions when recommending repairs. Will forever be a customer.

A year ago I bought my car from Ten Pin motors. They were courteous, and explained everything. I would recommend them for a used car. I currently, and will continue to drive over 30 miles for an oil change, and maintenance on my car.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS W THIS COMPANY!! They are car salesmen true to the reputation used car salesmen have. It’s amateur hour when it comes to any mechanical work provided by TenPin Motors. We took our 05 Corolla to this garage complaining of a heavy vibration in drivetrain and loss of overall power from motor. We dropped our vehicle off, then we received a call a few hours later where the garage stated it’s ready for pick up. The diagnosis they offered us was a small leak in power steering pump and transmission lines are old and need replacing. The bill was over $90.00 and we paid reluctantly as I knew that’s not what was causing the afore mentioned problems we stated upon drop off. We drove car home and did not drive car after that and parked it as we knew something was seriously wrong w the car and it’s ability to be safe. Took the car to another mechanics about 5 weeks later when we had enough moneywhere the certified mechanic diagnosed car and called us immediately. The car had two bad calipers as one was frozen to rotor, rotors were shot due to calipers, brake pads were ruined as well, and the front right bearing needed replacing as well as the hub. TenPin put this car back on the road because of pure incompetence. I called back the day furious after I picked up vehicle from new mechanic, where I seen the ruined parts and seized caliper frozen to rotor. Furious with the level of pure incompetence and stupidity. They’re scammers and liars so consumer be aware. I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, Consumer Protection, as well as complaint department w several News affiliates.

Ok this is going to be a long one. I was introduced to Tenpin when I moved to Wisconsin and received a welcome to the neighborhood free oil change voucher in my mailbox. We took my wifes van for an oil change and she showed Wade (owner) a quote from Meineke for some repairs on my car and it shocked him. He said he could do it for less than half of their quote. Fast forward to a month later. I decided to buy a new vehicle instead of fixing my old one. Wade asked what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and he started searching. He even let me borrow a car so my wife could have the van to pick up our kids from school. I found a car at another dealership. Wade went and picked it up and did a thorough safety inspection on it before I bought it from him. We are also going to be getting some work done on my wifes van. Knowing my wife is a stay at home mom, they are going to come pick up the van, fix it, and return it so my wife doesnt have to sit around their shop with 2 of our kids. This is hands down the most positive car buying experience Ive ever had. They have a customer for life.
