The ACE Rep was very knowledgeable & helpful. She helped me resign back into the ACE service. Im very pleased with my visit. I really wish that I could remember her name.

Today almost ended badly until I visited the Forestville location. There I was assisted by Mrs. Durant (the Center Manager). I had just left the Penn Station location, where the service was horrible and wasnt helpful at all! I was told that she needed further verification to cash my check and sent me on my way. Just wasnt helpful at all. I left irritated because I usually dont even use this service and usually just deposit it into my account but I needed the funds today. After leaving the Penn Station location frustrated, I decided to try again at the Forestville location and glad I did! Mrs. Durant was working by herself but moving the line! When I got to the window, I explained to her about my previous experience at the other location. She listened and then attempted to cash it herself. She got the same response back about the check needing further verification, however she handled it totally different. She took the additional steps to call around to get a good number for verifying the check and when that didnt work, she then called her manager. Mrs. Durant explained the situation and really went above and beyond to try to help me. It worked because the next thing I know, my check was being cashed! I work in the banking/customer service industry and know personally what she deals with on a daily basis. Its not easy but with a professional and helping spirit that Mrs. Durant possess, she will go far and always be blessed! And her multi-tasking skills are amazing as well! Mrs. Durant, thank you for everything and I really appreciate you going the extra mile. I know if I ever need to visit an Ace again, I know where Im going :-).

On 11/18/20 I purchased a pair of Classic Clear Mini Uggs from the ugg website. My order was placed on Backorder which means my package wasnt going to come until 1/20/21. I was notified through email. I then decide to cancel my order on 12/02/20. And wait my 1-3 days for my refund, witch never was received back into my account. After making several calls better Ugg and Ace I have yet to get answers for this missing transaction. Speaking with ace it showed me that they we very unorganized due to that fact that my account numbers were completely different from there side of the screen. Amounts that were incorrect and just not added up together on the same end. I am still fighting to understand where when and why is this happening to me this Christmas time. I barely have money to get by.

Sondra,was very professional and helpful I just wished she had informed me of how soon they would take the 9.95 fee from my account. I had no idea that as soon as I loaded my card with money they would take the fee. I feel that policy is crazy you should at least have the account for 30 day before they start charging fees. Just my opinion

The guidelines for cashing a check when you are already in the system and have produced all of the required documentation should not be as strict. The overall process is cumbersome and laborious. I wont be returning.

The fee is to high I had a insurance check of $20,000 and the fee was $800 to cash wow
