I have the biggest problem with your company right now. I was expecting a package today, just to be told a rep at your Forest Park location that the driver is not the regular weekday driver and they did not have the gate code to get through the gate at my property and they did not attempt to use the visitor gate box neither. So, basically the driver just showed up at my location and put it in your system that my location is closed even though I am a residential location. The rep that I spoke with is named Lakeisha and she was truly rude!!!!

We went to gather a package at 530pm. Told to return 730-745pm. Waited til 850pm, still no package. Was told by woman clerk after waiting so long that she didnt know where the truck was located. Told to return the next day. UPS is paid to deliver the package. Has refused delivery to said address and package STILL unavailable when forced to retrieve at the office. Why pay for package delivery with a company that gives you the runaround just to get your hand on the package. Shame on you UPS. VERY disappointed! You been paid to deliver and have NOT done so!

This helps you make sure your info is legible and accurate on package including address options to make sure address and zip code match. Package is supposed to be returning to me. Hasnt moved since 4/12. No one knows where it is. Very important documents in there. I paid for next day air and still havent received anything. Being organized matters!Update: I received an automatic reply after sending a message via social media like it was suggested. On 8-9-21 at 18:07 I received a call from Porsha at UPS hub# 3013. She stated my package will be at the hub by 19:30 no later than 20:00. I arrived at the hub at 18:55 and my package hadnt yet returned to the hub. I decided to wait in my vehicle. At 19:30 I went back into the lobby to see if my package arrived. At this point my package still hadnt arrived. So, I returned to my vehicle again. At 19:50 I went back into the lobby only to find out that the driver had returned and now my package had been placed on a trailer. Additionally, I was told Ill have to return to the next business. At that point I requested a manager or supervisor. Mrs. Geneva stated there werent any at the hub. Never was I disrespectful, imposed harm or threat to anyone however, I was threatened several times by Mrs. Geneva and Alfred Gaitin to have the police called on me. Finally, at 21:25 a supervisor (Ms. Porsha)came to the front lobby to assist me. At that time I informed Ms. Porsha of the rude customer service I was given, how I was threatened with the police being called, and most importantly how I came to pick up my package which she informed me would be ready to pick up hadnt been placed on will call/hold. I dont believe this is what UPS ethically represents. I dont recommend using this hub. Please see the youtube video titled UPS hub# 3013 threatened me with the police!

They lost my order from Hello Fresh! I’ve filed a claim, but they say they “can’t find it.” Why would you have a driver confirm they dropped it off if the package can’t be found? I saw the African American woman drop off my sister’s package because she handed it to my dad, but didn’t care to check the back of the truck for my package? Then why mark it as delivered? I have camera proof of the package never being delivered to my house and she didn’t stop at my neighbors house either. If your driver’s can’t read or double check before pulling off then they don’t deserve the job of delivering packages. I didn’t pay money for my package to magically disappear.

I am absolutely disappointed at the THREE deliveries Ive had to get refunded in the past TWO WEEKS. I have recently moved into a new subdivision and I havent received my Amazon packages that UPS has to deliver. The package delivery dates keep getting changed after they are not delivered before 8pm. When I lived in Cobb County I NEVER had this issue. I am leaving 1 star because thats the lowest it goes.

I recently relocated from Atlanta, GA to Tucson, Arizona. I shipped 9 boxes out of your Forest Park, GA facility on September 21, 2020. When all 9 boxes arrived to my apartment in Tucson Arizona on September 29, 2020, ALL of my belongings had been repackaged into UPS boxes without my consent! I don’t understand why I was not contacted and told, “we are re-packaging your items because...!” Upon opening the boxes, I discovered the majority of my kitchen items missing, items such as pots and pans, kitchen utensils, and an Apple TV remote, not to mention anything else I may not be aware of. When I called customer service I was forwarded from department to department (lost items, damaged items, customer service, etc) I was told to file a claim and complaint, then told that I was ineligible to file a claim because of a “UPS my choice“ account, which I was forced to open by UPS in order to change my delivery date. Upon shipping the items, I was told that each box was covered up to $100. I do not understand why that is no longer valid, although my items cost more than $100? My question to you is, how are you going to compensate me for my missing items? I shipped my items in good faith though UPS in boxes purchased by me from The Home Depot and did not authorize anyone to repackage my belongings.This is very bad customer service to someone who has used your services for decades. This is in no way excellence and value, which you stand by in your mission statement:Our Mission - What We Seek to AchieveWe serve the evolving distribution, logistics, and commerce needs of our customers worldwide, offering excellence and value in all we do. My fiancee ordered a Nintendo switch bundle, containing a console, zelda breath of the wild, and an sd card. The lable was cut, and placed on a dummy box containing only the SD card. They delivered it on a Friday at 7:50 pm. Doing their best to put me outside of office hours to make a claim. Ive been in this business before. Delivered expensive stuff. Never once stole. Even from a damaged package.I got some more switch stuff coming buddy, so enjoy 600 bucks worth stolen anniversary gifts.

I believe that someone at this location stole my package. I received a notification that my package was ready for pickup at this location but when I arrived, it was not in the building. When I then placed my package under investigation, they refused to give the company where I ordered form a solid answer as to where my package could be or where it could have been lost. Drive the extra miles to a better UPS location and if you can, dont use UPS at all.

Supervisor lied about having driver call about 20 prior to delivery, due to my handicap so I could meet them @ gate to retrieve my items. That wasnt done & my items were ultimately removed by an unknown person.I called UPS supposedly Corporate #, & got someone, Abbey in a foreign country who wasnt a good listener & spoke with a heavy accent & said ups didnt have a grievance department. His supervisor, Eric, said same thing.These companies want lots of business but cant handle it.Ive spent over 30 years working as a Mediator resolving issues/grievances/disputes.UPS service is in the toilet!!!!

Paid extra for one day air saver. Waited all day for my package that was marked as out for delivery since 9 am And was continuously told to wait and that package would be arriving soon only to be told at 10Pm that package would not be delivered today but on Monday. Now I have to wait 3 more days for my “expedited” package because someone forgot to stop at my home and do their job. Poor service, long wait time, no empathy, ridiculous expectations. I Will never use them again. Truly disappointed. I will be using Fedex from now on. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I waited ALL DAY for a package that NEVER ARRIVED and had to drive all the way from Covington to Forest Park to pick up two others because of how incompetent these drivers are. I was very afraid of coming here because of the 2.6 stars rating. I also couldnt get anyone from this location on the phone because their phone number is only for the general customer service line (kind of shady). I only arrived to pick up a package that was caught in limbo due to an issue that was the senders fault. My tracking information wasnt even updating properly to tell me when I could go to get my package.I did get my package, and the process of picking it up was easier than I thought. The women at the register were kind. My box wasnt beat up, and it seems as if nothing was stolen (if the sender gifted me something extra, then I would not have known- the box contained all that I ordered).I leave my rating at 3 stars because while I had no problems in person getting the package, figuring out what was going on before I went to see what was going on was impossible. I also see that this location has a lower rating, which influenced my rating.

I had to return a mattress I got off of Amazon. At first they were hesitant to help due to policy, but I got help after a few of the staff got involved and they were able to help me at last. The entrance is a bit hard to find, look for the manned security guard station. Keep that in mind before giving up and driving off.

I recently moved to the south Fulton area and as a business owner I get packages delivered to me almost every single day. The United States Postal Service, FedEx, DHL and even Amazon have no problem finding my address and delivering packages by the estimated time of arrival. UPS on the other hand has two packages of mine. One package they have had in transit and is still not available for pick up and there is no updated information for two weeks. My other package was supposed to arrive yesterday, and never arrived. I have not once received any delivery attempt notice so I cannot even change my delivery location because I do not have a info notice number. I really hate that certain companies still use them for shipping because they are NEVER my option.

I’m shocked by the other sub par reviews . I’ve dropped packages here , on average , 3 times a week for two years . Not only have I never had a single issue, but the ladies ( I usually drop close to closing ) are extremely kind & resourceful . Additionally , I’ve sometimes dropped outside in the box bc the line was a little long . Only one issue there in the past two years , so sure that package got there one day later . Trust me folks . Use them before the Marvin Miller hub!! Those people are so nice , but lots of mistakes . And don’t get new started on that newer facility just down the rows from there

This is uncivil and I will be writing a letter to corporate in the morning. 14 days and counting, no package on door, grass or roof. I want product now. I have always had the the worst experience with ups....they hold your package for days and it is virtual impossible to talk to a real customer service rep. fedx never disappointed me in such of a way..they give you a certain time expectation to receive your package, but it never arrive on that date or time..and sometime you are depending on it to be there, because certain packages are time sensitive....like birthdays, hoildays anniversaries:.. etc.. they do not care

I ordered a Cellphone through my Wireless Service on Wednesday, and UPS was the Delivery Service. I call Verizon Wireless and The Supervisor Marie call and the got a Representative from UPS by the name of Louisa. Louisa stated to the Supervisor and myself that my package was at UPS in Forest Park I could go in there and pick it up. Louisa gave me a reference 1-1587-511-76669 that instructed me what of what was said in this conversation we had. Marie and I both told her I was on my way to Forest Park to get the package, and she stated she was going to call them and make them aware that I was coming. I live in McDonough Georgia, so I drove 35 mins to get a package that I couldn’t get.The Supervisor Richard told me my package was on the truck and there was nothing he could down . All Richard kept saying was he understand, but at this point I feel my situation was handled very unprofessionally and him being a Supervisor he should have given me more options to help solve my problem since I drove 35 mins and still wasn’t able to retrieve my package. Instead he brushed me off and didn’t care.He was able to tell me the truck that was carrying my package was in a accident. I feel when situations like that happens the truck should be unloaded for people who were waiting on emergency packages like me. My 2 day delivery of my cellphone was a disaster. They told me I had to go the whole weekend without my cellphone and wait until Monday and I really needed my phone before Monday.

Order a rifle from south caroling which was 3 hours away. Everything was going perfect and was on schedule untill it got to this place which I knew was going to happen since anything and everything that comes here gets delayed. They recieved my rifle at 730am on the day it was supposed to be delivered to Covington GA. By 2pm they decide to update it saying its being delayed a day lol what a joke. They literally steal packages and never deliver. They will legitimately let your package be scanned a thousand times before they actually are sending it on it’s way to you . We need to boycott this ups area not sure if they’re playing with themselves on the shift or just f*in around but most of the time they’re deliveries get delayed because the driver can’t handle the entire load.

UPS across the board gets worse and worse. Delivery delayed, then missed. Customer service phone agent class I requested it to be held at center. I did not make that request.I was then told it would be delivered by 11pm? I knew that was not going to happen. No one could confirmy redelivery on the delivery that was never attempted. Then I was instructed to pick up from the center without be told it was closed from 1-4. Exactly what Ive come to expect from UPS.

I requested to hold my packages at the warehouse so I could pick them up, to guarantee them not being stolen from my front door. I went to retrieve them and they took 45 minutes to inform me they couldnt find it within the warehouse and I would have to do an investigation. Very disappointing not to get my Christmas gifts to my family.

I received a half open package with 5 bottles of pills missing from the package that was delivered on Wednesday afternoon. I was shocked and very disappointed. There was no damaged label on the package and the ups driver did not ring the bell like they usually do when they place a package at the door. I am convinced someone is stealing or not able to locate addresses. My package said “delivered” and never came. I was home the entire time, waited and waited, even looked outside a few times. UPS never came. I called about 45 mins later and UPS automated system sucks terribly. Took me too long to speak to someone. The lady told me to go to the neighbor house to look for my package. Then said they are going to do an investigation. I said it would be quicker to call the person who NEVER dropped my package off back out and fix the issue. Needless to say I am still waiting and still NEVER got my package. I’m very displeased and someone shouldn’t be working there.

I had a package held here for pickup, and I was able to pick it up on time without any problems. The employees were friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a line but the wait was not unreasonable at all. I saw there were a lot of bad reviews, so I thought I would share my experience. My driver lies and tells them that my business is closed on Black Friday so that he doesnt have to do as much work. Called UPS corporate on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and told them I was definitely open. I was assured that my packages would be delivered. Checked this morning and this branch has my business listed as closed. One of the worst companies in business today.

This Facility Is Terrible!!! I’d been awaiting for my package the entire day!!The delivery window was from 11:45a.m. -3:45 P.M. I finally received an alert on 3:57P.M. 🚩Stating That an attempt was made.... Complete Lie!! The attempt too was Not only made at my door step, But the “Attempt” wasn’t made at the residence office at community from I live. That was confirmed by my resident manager which saw the ups driver enter the premise and immediately exited ThERE WAS NO ATTEMPT!!! I called 4 times to report it But Nothing Happened. I am so disappointed with the service they provide at this UPS. My order should have been delivered three days ago. The updates said that the package was out for deliver for three consecutive days and now I will not have my package before Christmas because they dont open on the weekend. They a laughing and playing while the customers are in the lobby piled up because the lobby is the size of my garage. Customer service just googled same thing you can get yourself and barely speaks English.I understand things happen and every package can’t be delivered perfect every time but once something goes wrong I should be able to find my package or at least speak with someone who knows where it’s at.

My package arrived at this location at 1:00 am 12/13/17. Everyday it said it would be delivered by the end of the day. But then rescheduled to the following day every night. Tonight the delivery was changed to 12/18/17. I’m very mad. I have been waiting for his package and everyday it’s on the truck but never gets delivered. It doesn’t make since. Now I want to pick it up from the office but the office is closed on the weekend. What UPS closes on the weekend during Christmas? I wish someone would contact me

The worst service providers. They lost my package of worth $200 and whenever I call them, either they dont pick up the call or they say we cant do anything about it. No body on their site have a clue about my package and the status is still saying package will be delivered tonight. I wish I had an option to give Zero star and I hope someone who is managing this site look at these comments. There is a reason why you guys have only 2 stars over all..

Ground Hog Day again! My packages have been sitting either in a package car or at the UPS Forest Park dispatch location for over ten days. Everyday I receive an update that theyre out for delivery but they just never seem to show up. It seems to me that the driver assigned my route from this location is choosing to deliver packages at their convenience. I just moved to this zip code from my prior home that was serviced by the Doraville dispatch. At first packages were showing up, although they were frequently late. Then more recently the driver seems to have taken up the practice of leaving my packages out by the road near my mailbox instead of taking an extra 90 seconds to deliver them to my door. Now, this driver is choosing to altogether not deliver packages. I reached out to UPS corporate and was given a sob story about how busy they are from high volume. How is it that favorable business conditions are made to be my problem as a consumer? The response I was provided by UPS corporate in response to my inquiry on delayed packages was pathetic and this locations culture of half done service is a joke!

These guys do a terrible job at doing things right. I paid extra for Next Day Delivery and on the day of delivery, the delivery status changed from Out For Delivery to Monday...Three days later. I ordered the item on Thursday through Amazon, and if you know anything about Amazon, youd know that they typically have excellent customer service, so they were definitely not at fault with this transaction. They packed and shipped my order within hours of receiving my payment and the rest was left to good old UPS!I called the UPS Customer Service Center here in Forest Park and told them that my delivery status changed and they told me that it will still arrive that day. at around 4pm that afternoon, I got a notification that said that the packaged had arrived. I checked outside in my carport where they delivery guy noted, and there was nothing. I looked under the car, inside the car, in the mailbox...pretty much my entire yard. Nothing.I immediately called back the UPS Center and told them what happened and they lady said that the package was delivered, and someone probably stole it and I should call the shipper to see if I can get a refund or something. She sounded very rude and annoyed, and I felt that she didnt really care and wanted to get off the phone with me as fast as possible.So at this point, I call Amazon Customer Service and was connected almost immediately, and told the guy what happened. He seemed happy to help, and asked me to hold for a moment while he called UPS. About 3 minutes later, he got back to me, and even apologized for the long hold time. Get that, he apologized to me for waiting for 3 minutes. Wow.He told me that it seemed that the package wasnt exactly delivered yet and the the delivery guy probably marked it as Delivered to basically save his own butt from his managers cause he missed the delivery, and left it in the back of the truck till the next delivery date, and that it seemed that the people at the UPS Center kinda knew about this as well.He issued me a refund for the One Day Shipping and apologized again for the trouble and that the package should arrive on Monday. On the bright side at least the package wasnt stolen!Thanks Amazon for the reassurance! Screw you UPS!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!! The customer service is TERRIBLE and they cant find any packages, the excuse they are giving all the customers is the package is still on the trailer. Why does my shipment status say out for delivery then???? I truly wish when ordering online from companies we can choose who delivers our packages!!

This is the absolute worst location in ups history! It should not be up and running. My package has been m.i.a since December 16 it is now December 23rd and they basically told me I will be getting my package after Christmas!! They have ruined Christmas for myself & my family!!! And everyone else experiencing this. We have done it all! Contacted customer service ups and for us who ordered by amazon with two day free shipping. This has been a nightmare!!! Every single time my package goes to Forest Park, GA I know it will not be getting here until weeks later! Avoid your package from going here at all cost! It will save you the frustration and disappointment. No other ups locations have ever been like this! I’ve never had a problem prior to moving and dealing with my orders now arriving at this facility. UPS please listen to us we are not all wrong, we are all trying to tell you something here! Investigate this location. Something has to change!

They lie about having your package delivered. Choose Fed-Ex instead. This location needs some serious work! Corporate needs to come in and clean this up! Look at how many complaints they have! Just about everyone is saying the same thing! Why tell me it will definitely be delivered the next day but it wasn’t? Liars and cons.

I received a final notice for delivery on 11/04/19 because the package required a signature. The first day they came was 10/31 which was a lie because I was at home all day. The second time they came 11/2 the driver never got out of his truck. He turned around in the cul-de-sac and keep going. Im home every day except when I have doctors appointment. I dont feel I should have paid to have it redelivered when it was not my fault.

Its been almost two months since I have waited for a package to arrive. Unfreaken believable the poor customer service here. If you cant manage the business, get someone who can. Or at least fire the people who steal. $#@! I dont care to even go into details about the kind of headache and run around that I get from a place like this. Just get it together.

This place is a joke. Had my package out for delivery that never got delivered. I had been trying from day one to change my delivery option, because I would rather go pick my package up, wasnt able to do because it kept telling me theres a system error. Go back and check status, it say no one was home. Im how you figure that! No brown truck showed up. I called the sender and they said it was at a ACCESS PPINT(What ever the hell that is) and they CONTACTED me!! I told the sender if THEY CONTACTED me I wouldnt be on the phone with. Had to drive 20 minutes to this DISRESPECTFUL/NO CUSTOMER SERVICE having place to be told my package was sent back to the sender 3 days ago!!! I know I cant control how senders ship their items. For now on Im getting on the phone before I place an order and if they say the ship via UPS I will not purchase. This makes no sense what so ever!
