Never had a problem with the store or employees. We rushed to arrive before 3:30pm on a Saturday as Google has posted, only to find out the store closed at 3:00pm. You should update Google maps with the correct hours of operation to save your customers time.

We came in with 14 boxes. Some were packaged and others needed to be packed and shipped. TJ was a big help. He provided the boxes we needed and helped us get everything weighed and measured. Unfortunately, the store was pretty busy when we were there and the other guy that was there helped about 100 customers while TJ focused on getting us taken care of. It was good teamwork and they were both working really hard to take care of everyone that came in, including us. Thank you for all your help!

I paid $288.83 to ship a box to Florida from this store. When it arrived the side was completely crushed and contents were hanging out. Neither UPS or this store did anything about it after contacting both. I would post pics but this review won’t let me paste them here. These guys are TERRIBLE. Use Fed Ex

I have read the reviews here an am kinda shocked. I have been to this store for Amazon returns, my fingerprints done and mailing my own stuff to send. And they have always been very professional and nice. Not over talkative but when they have customers waiting that is what they are suppose to do! I will keep going back to them.Sue

The owner of this location has zero customer service skills...rude and unprofessional explains it all. After being ignored on a few occasions, I was so pleased to speak to the owner at first but he was just as unhelpful as the others. Perfect example of poor tone at the top. Would drive out of my way to not have to deal we this treatment.

I bought a king size bed in box from Amazon. It was horrible. Amazon issued me a return with drop off at UPS. I called this Forest Lake UPS store ahead of time, explained my situation, and asked if they would accept this mattress. The girl on the phone checked with the owner. She came back, told me I could roll the bed up, wrap it in plastic, as long as it was less than 9 feet long, they would accept it. Then I spent hours and about $30 in materials doing just that. When I arrived at the Forest Lake UPS store with this huge mattress roll over my shoulder the girl at the counter went in the back. She came back and informed me they could not accept it. I asked who she had asked in back. It was the owner. I asked if the owner could come out and inform me what dimensions they would accept as I had just spent my entire morning wrestling this into the roll I had in front of them. The girl at the counter told me the owner was currently out to lunch but would probably be back soon, then she and the other employee began pointedly doing other things obviously ignoring me. SO they wasted my time and they would not give me the dimensions they would accept. After wasting my morning the owner was too busy eating a sandwich in the back to come out and talk with me. Luckily for me when I called Amazon (from the UPS store parking lot) they issued me a refund and told me to bring the bed to the dump. If the UPS store had told me they wouldnt accept the bed when I had called the day before I could have save both the packaging materials and the time/effort to roll this thing up. Then they were unapologetic and rude when I was there with the mattress on top of it. The owner refused to come out of the back and tell me why they wouldnt accept it or to give me dimensions of what packages they do accept. The front desk staff apparently lacked this information as they could not tell me either. Thanks guys! Way to go! What a stellar operation there.

I googled the hours and it said they open at 8, got there and it was 9:00.... told the employee, Alyssa I think it was, and she didn’t seem to care much, in fact said nothing at all, just glared at me....No “ oh sorry for the confusion, or sorry we didn’t update our hours during Covid, online ” guess it doesnt matter that I had to kill an hour because I drove 24 miles...in addition after waiting outside in my car, they opened four minutes late. Oh well.... got done what I needed to I guess...That counts for something. Frustrations costs though. Posted this as an FYI , if anything. Call before coming...,

Watch out for their scales! After processing five packages (out of about 30) of a small book I was mailing to schools, I left because it seemed unreasonably expensive. Went to the post office, and the same packages weighed half of what UPS was saying. They would’ve overcharged me by $100 or more! Will only be using the post office from now on.

The owner of the store was very childish unprofessional.I had an Amazon return today that came broken from UPS. I do know they are not the same company but when I was told I would have to pay to tape the end of the box that I didnt open i was confused. Ive returned item to through the UPS store in White Bear Lake and have never had an issue. The bottom line is a little customer service goes a long way. I told the owner I would not be paying for a piece of tape the cost nothing when UPS delivered that way. He pgrabs the box and sets it out side like an 8 year old throwing a temper tantrum. When I asked for the label that the young lady had already printed to go to White Bear he grabbed it out of her hand and tore it into 5 pieces again like an 8 year old.Not to mention the gentleman in front if me had an Amazon box for return that was not taped and was never asked to pay for a piece of TAPE.

The staff here have always been friendly. I frequent this location a lot to pick up packages and the process is fast and easy. Sometimes the place can be a little small for the busy rush times where there isnt much space to wait in line, but other than that Ive had no major issues/complaints with this location and will continue to have my packages sent here. Thank you for all you do!

Jeff was very kind and knowledgeable and you could tell he knew what he was doing and thats what was best to keep my package shipped safely and my satisfaction at a 10/10. Unfortunately he was the only reason this visit was worth a five star rating. The management came over and remeasured my package and told him to bring over a box he already tested my item in, and before he even had a chance to say that it was too small, she cut him off and very condescendingly told him to just go get the box. After trying the box that was clearly too small for the second time, she said it was fine even though there was no room for padding around it on the top and bottom. I ended up leaving with clearly the wrong packaging materials being used, just hoping that if my package gets damaged she doesnt find some way to blame him for it.

This is your all around one stop shop! They do so much more than meets the eye. I went in to simply ship a package, come to find out they have a full range of printing services. I needed a huge sign printed for my sons birthday, they assisted me in accomplishing this from start to finish! Highly recommended for your all your shipping and printing needs!

I have had great experiences working with the graphic designers at this store. They have provided my business with fantastic professional brochures, business cards, stationary as well as beautiful canvas photo printing for gifts! This shop does it all and they do it well!

Terrible place - cost me a fortune shipping to canada because the prepped the order incorrectly. Owner wouldnt refund my money even though his employee had confirmed it was their fault. Check your packaging and fees VERY carefully. Cost me over $100 to ship a $15 item!!!!

I like shopping with UPS because of theyre reliability. Prices are a little steep, but thats anywhere. The staff here is really great or really rude. Lines are either really long or I can walk just in. Overall, not a bad place to ship.

Ive been here for a few different things. The first time was for a t-shirt order and the second time was to send a package. I had my shirts within a few days and was out of the store within a few minutes after shipping my return off. The staff on both occasions was extremely helpful and made sure that what I needed was handled as quickly and efficiently as possible. Id go back to this store again in the future. You guys rock!!

I have been a mailbox customer for 2 years. I recently had an unusual package issue that was such a headache. The store manager and the other employees helped me track down this package and get it returned to me. They took such a complicated issue for me and made it easier than I would have thought. They went above and beyond to be sure this issue was settled, I highly recommend them to anyone because I always get superior customer service!

Just came from store. I needed something notarized. It was 4:57 I was informed that your notary had just clocked out. I never even saw that person and they never even asked to see the document. It was a very simple document. Ill be trying a different store....p.s. advertise your notary hours.

I had a horrible experience at this location. Horrible rude staff. I complained & was told there would be a staff meeting. I did return to give it a second try. Absolutely no change. The staff member was talking on her cell phone as she was helping a customer at the register. She was complaining about another customer & a store situation. She had no true interest in helping me. She told me to email the store. I will never go back to location! It truly makes me wonder management & their training standards. UGH!

There was a typo in the template they created for me. The typo went unnoticed until that night, I went back the next day to ask what they could do to fix it. Possibly a refund for my paper that they printed the template on, or at the very least a free reprint with the typo fixed. The owner of the store talked down to me. Telling me it was my problem, and he was not going to give me a refund or a reprint. When I told him I wouldnt bring my business there anymore he told me he didnt care. When I said I was going to call the franchise and complain he said good luck with that. Throughout our conversation he raised his voice at me, and talked over me. He was not only mean but using threatening tones with me. Terrible customer service by the owner!

Excellent customer service. We had several large packages that needed to be delivered overnight with a saturday delivery. The store was closing at 6, but the manager stayed until 6:30 to receive the packages and then drove them himself on his way home to the airport so that they would still ship out the same day. It was expensive, but the packages went 2500 miles in less than 17 hours! Id say the manager went above and beyond in this case.

Seriously....learn some customer service. All of your employees are extraordinarily rude and gang up on customers. I just watched an interaction between them and a customer and I was floored, if I was that customer I would have flipped out. And instead of the employee finishing my transaction she was more concerned with helping make this customer feel like crap. Ive worked retail for a really long time and Id fire every single employee there and start from scratch...

TERRIBLE customer service and far worse management!!!! I needed to have urgent medical supplies shipped over night, I was assured they would be there. they were not. when a manager was involved he took zero responsibility and put all the blame on his new employee and then proceeded to tell me, and I quote Im certainly not going to use MY Money to have it couriered!!!! Needless to say I ended up paying triple to make sure the product got where it needed.

I had some items that needed to be printed. The employees there were very kind and friendly. I had issues with the printing, some of them werent printed correctly, charges I was not made aware of. When talking to the owner, he was very rude, just plain unfriendly. I would definitely take my business to Forest Lake printing next time.

I would never recommend using the Forest Lake UPS Store. I was Extremely dissatisfied with the product that I ordered through their on-line system. Employees had indicated most online orders do not process accurately. The management was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no effort to resolve the situation.
