The staff and services offer are wonderful! Melissa is always a friendly face! We do weekly services, and Melissa always makes sure all of our things are accommodated for. I have never had to return anything!I also had two bridesmaid dresses hemmed & altered recently. Both are perfect! He was attentive to detail!Thank you!!!!

Im astounded by the high ratings of this place. My wifes post has full details. Long story short they lost our stuff, insulting attempts at making it right. Horrible customer service except Melissa. ***Ha, and it appears as though they deleted her post.

My daughters both had their prom dresses altered here. The workmanship on both dresses was impeccable. This was the first time that my daughters ever had any clothing altered for them, so it was fun for them to see how dresses off the rack could be fit so beautifully and perfectly to them.

Melissa has been a great help over the past couple of weeks as I had a number of items that were dropped off for cleaning/pressing. The first set of items were not scanned in accurately (% off was not applied), she was able to quickly resolve the issue and correct the bill. Secondly, when a garment bag was not returned with the second order, she used great problem solving skills at pick up and was able to track down the missing item to be returned promptly on the next business day. Thank you very much Melissa (Forest Lake) for all your help!

They may be great at cleaning but not at customer service. They lost one of my shirts and the offsite manager would not contact me back. When I was finally able to talk with someone she said I’m was to busy to call you back. They ended up doing nothing for the loss. I gave them my bag back and now support the local cleaners.

St. Croix Cleaners is the only place Ill use for my dry cleaning... Great prices and friendly service. I love that they pay attention to the details and fix loose buttons - even if I forget to mention them.

This location is very conveniently located in regard to where I work, but the prices are pretty steep. As I understand, they dont clean on site, but take clothing to another location farther into the metro. So this means that the cleaning takes longer and costs more. But I havent had trouble with them losing anything.

I highly recommend St. Croix Cleaners in Forest Lake! They have a very talented seamstress on staff. My items have come back perfect every time.

I decided to try them out and wont go back. Brought in two ties with stains. One came clean the other didnt. The person working said she didnt know what to do about it and said she might be able to get me a discount next time. Well, there wont be a next time.

My alterations were perfect and dry cleaning was as expected. I rated 2 star because I have been sent texts for over a week asking for a review. I called and left a voicemail asking to take me off of the list and i wasnt. Didnt even get a call back. You cant stop the requests either.Edit: Received MORE review requests exactly 4 months later. Multiples per day. Ridiculous. I shouldnt have to block a business like a crazy ex girlfriend.

I have consistently received prompt and extremely cordial assistance from the staff of this business. The service is exemplary in that the clothes come back looking as good as anyone could expect and everyone is so solicitous and kind. I would make special mention of Diana and Nicole. Thank you all.

Love this dry cleaners! Fast, friendly & has a drive-thru service even! My clothes look great! Super convenient and theres a seamstress,(Patty) right there in the store-she does quality work!

Great place for cleaning & repairs. The drive thru to drop off & pick is a nice service! I dont even have to get out of the car. My shirts & pants look and smell great! The tailor there did nice job fixing my coat zipper. Nice, friendly staff too!

I have not been here yet, but hear great things. My question to all is how is the dry cleaning? I hear good things. But anyway ive had my dress for my wedding for a couble months and my wedding is in august. I went to look at it and some dust got on the shoulder strap. Is that something your drycleaning will get out?

Poor experience-way overpriced for mens clothing-mixed up my order and had to go back numerous times to collect ties and dress slacks-did not have my ready suit at their projected timeline- overall just a poor experience. I will be looking elsewhere, for service.
