Hi. I’ve never had to order anything for a vehicle of mine before, so I wasn’t sure where to begin. Bryan at Waldoch completely, 100% blew me away with his customer service. He made countless calls to his Jeep reps inquiring about the material of the product I needed, he watched videos to make sure he was ordering me the right one, he always called me to keep me updated & he never tried to oversell anything which as a single mom I greatly appreciated. I give Bryan & Waldoch 5 + stars ⭐️’s! I’ll refer friends & family to Bryan from now on, thanks.

Unethical, Fraudulent, Bait and Switch by Waldoch/Freeway Ford at the Minnesota State Fair!I put a refundable cash down payment on a van. Told I was first in line and no one else had put down any money. First right of refusal. Told an hour later, while still at the fair, that now I needed $500 non-refundable to hold the van. Asking for more money and NON-Refundable seemed unethical. Texted later that the car was being taken off the lot and I could test drive and buy it on Thursday. Called Wednesday night, the car was sold to someone else. Now they are offering me another vehicle for $11,000 more money.I am very disappointed and wanted to warn other fair-goers to avoid unethical and illegal dealership practices.

We order trucks from Waldoch as a company. They build them out exactly how we want them, with employee names placed as graphics on the trucks. Looks really nice and professional. Our employees love it because they know it’s their truck. We spent a lot of time working with Waldoch to design what we wanted. They do great work and we order trucks from them constantly. No one else was able to do the amount of trucks we needed on the timeline needed, except Waldoch.

Great company to deal with. We are a retaliler of Waldoch Trucks and have nothing but great experiences. We sell approximately 2-3 per month and have had nothing but top notch experience. Alex is alway very attentive and quick to respond back with any questions or concerns!

Purchased a Waldoch Galaxy Van…..absolute Garbage!Van arrived with (among other things) a passenger window that was cracked from having a sheet rock screw driven through the frame and into the corner of the glass, a busted rear a/c vent (secondary factory installed a/c unit that I paid extra for) with the supply vent crushed behind the paneling , red carpet glue “over spray” all over seatbelt & handbrake, numerous uncapped and loose wires inside fuse box, scratches on exterior paint covered over with touch “up paint”, lose & misaligned wall panels, dirt & dust covered interior as well as scratches throughout the interior. I spent Thirty Six thousand dollars for my Galaxy build (not including the van) and got bargain basement electronics and an exterior paint job with drip marks and ripples. Poorly installed cheap vinyl linoleum, spray glued onto the vans flooring. The installed electronic equipment (TV set, DVD player, speakers) are second-rate, cheap bargain basement pseudo-name brand items that even Fingurhut would carry. Called Waldoch and spoke to Mr. Waldoch himself, extremely rude and obnoxious and couldn’t be bothered. Had to go through my insurance to have the passenger window replaced (who discovered the sheet rock screw through the frame). Waited one YEAR for my van (pandemic notwithstanding) and it was clear that the entire job was rushed. Despite the fact that Waldoch had it for SIX MONTHS.I should have read up on what former Waldoch employees had to say about the company on “Indeed” (very telling on how they operate) before I chose them as my upfitter (I urge everyone to read up on Indeed before considering Waldoch). Learned one should always vet companies carefully before making a purchase and always consider that “4 star reviews” arent always genuine. Painfully clear now that once Waldoch has your money that’s it, youre on your own. Don’t trust Waldoch, you’ll be sorry if you do.

I ordered a topper and rack for my truck from Waldoch’s. I was told that they would call me when the topper arrived. I waited until a week after I was told I would receive a call about the topper, and learned that it had been sitting there for over a week. The salesperson told me he had called and left me a message, but I never received any call or message. Then, they tried to push the install date much further out. I eventually got them to honor their word about installing the topper, only to learn that they had ordered to wrong rack. They again took much longer to get the rack I ordered, and again attempted to push the install date back. I eventually opted to install the rack myself, since the integral portion of the rack was built into the topper.Shortly after I began using the topper, I realized there was a problem with the T handle on the topper, and a piece of the skirting for the door was broken. I brought the truck back to Waldoch’s and showed it to two different salespeople, one of whom I dealt with during the original purchase. They photographed the serial number so they could order the parts, and honor the warranty on the topper. After several months of not hearing from them, I went back to them to find out why. The salesperson asked me if I had an invoice, and I informed him that he had not given me an invoice, but had told me he would take care of the problems I had with the topper. He issued me an invoice for future reference.After again not hearing from them for months, I went back. I was told the salesperson I originally dealt with had been reassigned back to the install area, but the person I spoke to said he would look into it and call me back. I showed him the invoice from the previous salesperson. He didn’t call as promised, so I went back to the dealership yet again, and he told me they no longer sold the topper I had purchased, and that he was having trouble getting parts. He said he would call me after doing some checking. He never called, and my topper remains un repaired, and the warranty was never honored. Suffice it to say, I will never buy another thing from these people, and would highly recommend that no one else does either. They simply don’t keep their word, or honor their warranties.

Full of misunderstanding... not professional

I think I’m going to give a fair feedback, I have a conversion van that looks really cool, however I’m having electronic issues at only 25,000 miles. While I can reach someone at the company on occasion I don’t get answers fast enough but the bigger issue is and hopefully they have fix this in 2020 they do not have wiring diagrams of the work that they did. I am a manufacturing consultant and something tells me they build the vans without really keeping good documentation of what was done. I base this on the fact that after a few weeks of asking for help I got a hand drawn high-level wiring diagram that was limited at best. A good organization would have an electronica engineer drawing out the wiring diagrams in a system where they can be maintained and updated at all times and keep this in a legacy system for past owners. I’ve been waiting now for two or three weeks for an answer to my latest electronic question which is the rear AC and heat will not turn off even after the vehicle is shut down, I now have to climb under the seat and pull a fuse at the end of my drive and reinstall the fuse for my next drive. But in their defense we do take a huge risk buying vehicles with lots of wires and electronics (This is why you never buy an old Lincoln LOL)So if you buy a vehicle for them ask for a detailed wiring diagram and make sure you store that in a safe place for future reference

The absolute worst costumer service EVER. I dont even think the company actually exist. Been calling for 2 weeks straight with no answer or return calls or emails.

I purchased a Waldoch van 3 months ago and it’s been one of our best decisions. My wife pushed me to look at them and I wasn’t interested in getting a van at first. We’ve had nothing but Ford SUVs and going to a van didn’t seem that appealing to me. We have 4 kids and we also shuttle their friends around a fair bit so having room was important. We looked at other vehicles, but nothing was a good fit. After looking at a Waldoch van, I was sold. Kid’s love it. Their friends love it. Wife enjoys driving it. I would rather drive it than the previous SUVs we’ve owned. There is nothing better than getting in our Waldoch Galaxy van and going on a road trip or going to the cabin up north. When we’re ready to buy another vehicle in the future we’ll be looking for another Waldoch van.

Waldoch is a step above the rest! I have had them take care of all my trucks. I buy a new truck every other year and Waldoch take care of all the add ons I need. I’ve never had and issue or complaint, it’s been completely seamless with them. I call them, let them know what I need, they handle the rest. I drop the truck off and the next day the truck is ready to pick up. And their staff is always great to work with! Thank you again!

I have been doing business with Waldoch for years! Always a 5 star rating for me. Sheila set me up with the perfect tonneau cover for my husbands birthday and the guys arranged to install it on a specific date and time so I could surprise him. The price was better than other places I had looked at too. Don and his team go above and beyond!

Had a chance to step inside the store and see all of the accessories they have here. They have some pretty cool trucks there and staff is super friendly.
