From the first experience walking in its like walking into a family house they welcome you with open arm and love. I had a appointment for deep cleaning and wisdom teeth removal the staff makes sure youre comfortable and relaxed, they truly care about your well-being. Dr. SIMMONS by far one hell of a guy he does his job with passion and love. He makes sure youre at your best before working. If you want a family vibe and a clean atmosphere this is the place. I like this dentist office a lot. As a child, I used to have a terrible fear of the dentist for years, but this offices atmosphere is very calming, and the dentists are very friendly and patient; they helped me get over the fear even if I still get a little anxious from time to time, and I look forward to the appointments now. They do a great job at providing a streamlined experience in terms of checking in and having your appointment, I highly recommend.

I really like Nova Family Dental. My 6yo has been going there since she was 3. Today she had to have 2 cavities filled. She did so good! Not once did she cry. The staff is always professional and very friendly to both of us! That means a lot to me!!

Nova Dental has a excellent staff and Dentists my grandchildren has been going to them for some years now and I have no complaints wait I do have one they dont take my insurance. The staff was kind & I was comfortable with Dr. Simmons. He explained my dental plan in detail with a couple of options. The office was tidy & I was completely comfortable despite COVID-19, which was one of my initial concerns. I’ve found a new dental home!

Unbelievable attention to detail! On a holiday weekend everyone stayed to make sure my dental work was above even my own standards. I haven’t seen my mouth look this good since I was a kid!

So grateful for Nova Family Dental. My daughter had a broken tooth that was causing her lots of pain. I took her to another dentist that refused to give her immediate treatment after scheduling two appointments for her. I called and asked Nova if they would be willing to help. My daughter was seen later that day and left with her tooth crowned and out of pain. Thank you so much to Nova Family Dental for hearing a mother’s concern and getting my daughter out of pain. Would give you 10 stars if I could.

I love Nova Family Dental! Ive been coming to this clinic for the last several years. The staff is very friendly and professional. The facility is very clean. The hours that work for my schedule. And the dentists are very skilled. I can attest to this because I have an extensive background is dentistry, having been in the field for over 20 years with the military. So, if they were doing anything outside of standard work and procedure, I would notice and call them out on it. The accept a wide range of insurances, too. I highly recommend this dental clinic!

They have great down to earth staff. The dentist are great..and the pricing is awesome. I have had root canal, fillings and, extraction at the location and veneers. Good pricing. But unfortunately, I will not be retuning or recommending anyone moving forward. They are nice, but did not help out in the way that I had expected. No problems, but with the lack of availability of appts...makes it hard...to get what you want done. Also after beginning a great business relationship , I was told that I could not be billed 300 after giving them thousands already. No problems with the work..Just will not be returning to complete the rest of my work, once my veneers are set.

Best dental office in town! Front desk is very nice and explains everything. Dr. Simmons is the best dentist! My son’s 1st visit and he loved the tv on the ceiling. He was very comfortable watching tv while getting his treatment done. I also love how they have a clean waiting room with a movie theater for kids.

My children saw Dr. Simmons. His bedside manner was great and personable. My kids did awesome with Dr. Simmons and his assistant!I was initially concerned about my 5 kids not being entertained enough so to speak... I had no problems. There is an awesome theatre setup for kids and a game room as well. We had no wait time and the office staff was friendly and courteous.I have high anxiety and during our visit I was actually able to relax and leave the rest to the professionals. Myself and kids love this place and we will for sure be back! I recommend giving this office and their staff a try!

I love this place! I was in pain due to a toothache, I called in the morning and was able to be seen the same day. I was greeted by a friendly staff, its a nice facility and hardly any wait time. I was seen by Dr. Simmons, he is very down to earth and professional bedside manner. Its affordable dentistry and they dont nickel and dime you for every little thing. Unable to accommodate college Kids needs especially when transition to new life without ripping off parents doubled payments. Dentist charging for work they made error on and are still charging and have not scheduled to complete. Dishonest, was suppose to be done with treatments a year ago and now still going but their not scheduling appointments!

Had an extraction and it was the best experience ever. The dr calmed my nerves and was very fast. Got a cleaning and 2 extractions done in less than an hour! Best dentist around.

I have been taking my two small children to this practice for the last two years. As I had a bad experience with my first dentist as a small child, and a lot of anxiety with dentists as a result, it was important to me that my children have a good experience. I cannot recommend Nova Dental enough. Both of my children look forward to their dentist visits. The technicians and dentist are very kind and considerate and make a conscious effort to make the parents and children comfortable. My only complaint is the long waits. The last time I had both children scheduled for the same time, and though we were called back to the exam room quickly, I had to wait with them for twenty minutes.

This place is by far outstanding and thats to say the least my self and my two young boys have been there. Dr. Simmons is amazing with adults and children, hes real and has a sense of humor with a good heart. Also great bed side manor! Not to mention his amazing staff we have been treated by multiple rdas that just make you feel right at home. The office personnel made us feel like we were family it wasnt just straight to business and about money, they actually care! I took my husband in today who has always had great teeth that had only been worked on by his aunt who is an RDA out in california. Unfortunately he been suffering with on again off again dental pain. Ive worked in a dental office for 5 years before so I know a thing or two and my sister is an RDA. We werent able to make it to nova dental for availability the first time and made the mistake of going to the dental office that I used to work at because he couldnt stand the pain. BIGGEST MISTAKE! After a week and still in pain with no help from the other dental office I wont mention I called Nova dental back and got my husband in same day no issues. That dental office is like no other dental office I have ever been to, they are a team! Like a family and went above and beyond to help get my husband out of pain in minutes! Thank you Nova dental to the Doctor, rdas and office personnel you all deserve a raise, keep smiling and thank you for all that you do. We wont be going to any other dentist from now on! Best dentist team around! 🤩
