This UPS Store is inside the AR-EX Pharmacy. They have a separate section inside for the UPS store and it is clearly visible once you step in.I wanted to return an Amazon package and this store was listed on the website. They have proper boards and signs inside and the store is pretty big. They have quite a few isles with products for oral hygiene, cough and cold and so on. The isles are properly marked so it is easy to navigate around and find what you need.My drop off process was smooth. I had a couple of labels to be printed and the entire process took hardly a few minutes.

If I could, Ill give this store and its employees 0 rate instead of 1. Even one is a lot for this storeI’ve sent a gift to Australia for my best friend, one and a half months ago.The value of my package was lss than 200$ and about two kg.I’ve paid 286$ for the shipping. Still they didnt ship my package.We are receiving email from post office that you need to pay an extra 300$ to intern your package to Australia!!!! 300$ more!??????? + 286$ I already paid for a gift with a hundred value?!!!Doesnt make sense.Do you know why this happened?!! Because the store staff put a wrong amount of 2000 dollars on my package.Know you tell me what to do?!!!

I’ve gone to a lot of UPS stores around this area and usually they just watch me lift things and don’t even attempt to help. Whenever I come here whether it’s a make or female I always get someone very sweet and helpful. I don’t know if it’s their policy to help a customer or not but the people that work here are humans and have empathy for customers and I wish them all well. Thank you so much Guys! I really appreciate the help and courteousness every time I come. Even when there’s only one person she at least says I’m sorry I can’t leave here to help you. They’re actual humans!! Lol thanks!!

Usually I wouldn’t review a store like this but I wanted to say thank you to the associate that helped me yesterday with my UPS drop offs. This woman was sweet, kind and patient. I needed a good day and she gave it to me. The store has great little gifts for last minute ideas and all the staff was very friendly. I’ll be using this pharmacy and UPS From now on. Thank you 😊

Tatwa was great, I came with a bunch of drop offs after they closed and he still helped me out! Have been coming here for my shipping needs for the last few weeks and definitely recommend anybody to come here, very friendly staff and just as helpful!

Good place, but when i went there the old gentleman refuse to give me two or more next day air envelopes, which are free to public. I know other ups give out more. I felt embarrassed, in front of other customers there. This is not Acceptable.
