I get pedicures here every month, sometimes even with my husband. They treat me very well and the facilities are very clean.

I got my nails done a week ago they still hurt I feel like the woman did it on purpose she drilled off all my real nails from the bottom ,all I wanted was my acrilc nails off , instead she left acrilic on top and drilled off all my real nails they hurt so bad in miserable Im just thankful they stopt bleeding

I was a first time customer at this salon. I called ahead to make an appointment for a gel manicure. I arrived at the designated time & I still had to wait! What’s the purpose of having customers make an appointment if you don’t adhere to the agreed upon time? I was quoted $25 on the phone for the service. Went I checked out I was told my total was $30 so I mentioned my conversation w/the gentleman on the phone to which the woman responded “no you had polish on so its $5.00 extra dollars”. Really? The man asked if I had a gel manicure before & I replied yes,all the time! No mention at all of then there’s an additional charge to remove the polish...Epic FAIL people, that’s part of the service! Future clients BEWARE. I will not be returning

This is the first time I am here and yet one of the best experience of mine with a nail salon. Their price is pretty much unbeatable considering the quality of products they use and quality of service they provide comparing to many other places around the area. The tech was very careful with my nails as she took her time to take care of every tiny detail. My nails looked fantastic with perfect shaping and length just how I like it. Clean and organized!

I have been to many different nail salons and this place has earned by business. I have been to a few places since going here and i keep finding myself coming back. They take great care and pride in their work, make you feel welcomed and provide consistent quality. I would definitely recommend their services.

Great service. My nail tech was wonderful. She did a great manicure in no time. Very affordable price too!

My first time there I was satisfied with my experience, but they were really busy and couldnt stay focused on what they were doing, which caused my nails to look mis colored and some longer than the others. Also I had asked for curved and they stated they did curved but my nails dont even look close to curved. I brought it to their attention and I got looked at like some kind of wacko. But I do like the style I left with. Just wish they paid more attention to what theyre doing.

NO STARS BEYOND ANGRY. Horrible service Horrible job on my gel nails and pedicure I asked to match the colors they are way different. I have gel polish all over my finger tips my cuticles and it looks so messy. The worst part is that I was charged $50 3 times because he kept telling me my card was declined. I knew there was no way my card was declined I just figured it was a problem with the chip reader because that has been happening a lot lately so I handed him an older card with no chip and it worked. I then went to review my accounts and it showed it in my chip card and the non childs card twice that makes $150 for a terrible gel manicure and pedicure. DO NOT GO HERE!! I tried to explain to the man that I was over charged and he yelled at me in front of customers and employees telling me no thats a credit. Why was he even crediting my account to begin with. Also its not Im not stupid theres a big - sign next to them all. Ughhh so angry.

Nice people. We enjoyed it and will be back soon!

I shouldnt have to tell someone how to do their job. I went there at 5pm yesterday with my daughter to get a full set done...my nails are uneven crooked you can see the grooves. I paid $40 for something I could have done it looks like someone needs to go back to school on nails. Now Ill be going back to my nail shop to pay them to fix this disasterous job.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars.I made an appointment & arrived on time, after picking out my color , sitting in his chair, the man proceede to tell me he has another appointment coming , so Ill have to wait 20 more minutes to be seen. I made an appointment as well, so theres no telling who should be seen first. After waiting, one worker just sat there on her phone not offering to help.He wasnt apologetic either, Ill never go back. Dont double book!

Had a gift card for a free set and they charged me $20 bucks still on top of that after he had already done them.

When I made the appointment I asked a gentleman if they did ombre and he said yes, so driving from Placerville to get the ombre when I got there I was told they DONT do ombre. Had to get the pedicure because it was in progress when they said the dont do ombre. Will not come back.

Absolutely terrible walked out in the middle of a pedicure! I am so aggravated will not go back there ever again!!!!

Soooo worth it here!!!
