Bill Swanson was recommended to me by my contractor. They have been in the process of repairing my siding and replacing some windows. They noticed some structure concerns that they wanted to get addressed by a structure engineer.Bill came out on June 21 after a few weeks of waiting for his availability. He completed a full house inspection and informed me that he would be sending me a report shortly. I called him and the contractor and kept getting informed that he was behind on his work.I texted him on AUG01 on the status of my report. He responded by calling me Diana which is not my name and stating he was behind on his projects but I was on his list. It is now SEPT21 and how not heard from him.My contractor is no longer referring him to customers. If I could put zero stars I would. This is horrible business, all my siding work was placed on hold for him and he didnt even have the courtesy to remember my name or tell me to look for another structure engineer if he was too busy to work on mine.
