We have worked with Advent Technologies for several years, and they have ALWAYS been there when we needed them. Recently (March 2015) our server failed to boot, which meant that we were a CPA firm that was dead in the water during tax season. Our Advent guy, Heath, was here in less than an hour, and got us running again. This is the rule, not the exception.
