When my insurance adjuster sent me a few companies I could use for my water damage. I did my own research on each of those companies and was able to find some good reviews for ServiceMaster. I am so impressed by this company. I have never had to deal with water damage as extensive as this. They were very clear on what they were doing at all times. They were always on time. Every time they were going to do work, they were clear and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. They were very respectful of my home and cats that were always trying to be nosy. I would highly recommend this company!! Definitely FIVE STARS!!

Change your address and I’ll take this down. You don’t have permission to use my personal address and I’ve put up with it for 4 years. We get your mail, payments, random people coming asking for you, this is a residence not a business. I’ve reached out to you by phone several times and I’m always told it will be handled and it’s not. Maybe trolling will help.

This company was amazing. They responded to my call immediately and took action. They were able to get all the moisture from under my hardwood and saved me an incredible amount of grief. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. I would certainly hire them again if faced with another water dilemma.

We had a bit of a slow start because my call was routed to Lodi (!!) and they were going to send a team from there. But as soon as I got ahold of the team out of Diamond Springs (15 min from my house) we were good to go. James the owner called frequently to check on things. Caleb the mitigation team leader was intelligent, professional, a good communicator, timely, and efficient. The rest of the team was very respectful and professional as well. This was a good experience, even though the reason for our contact was unfortunate. (flooding) They got us cleaned up and certified mold-free as quickly as possible.HIGHLY recommend.

Fast and efficient.... Customer Service is what we appreciated the most. We lost use of our kitchen and where shocked they gave us $100 gift card for dinner. Will definitely thank our State Farm insurance agent for recommending them.

Service Master’s came out after we had a toilet overflow into the hallway and bedroom. Yikes! Service Masters responded very quickly and had things under control in a short period of time. We highly recommend them!

I had a small water damage that was a big pain to me!The technicians were clean, polite and uniformed. They were very clear on what needed to happen and took the time to explain everything that they needed to do in an easy clear way that I understood. They kept in communication with me every step of the way. Very fast response and honestly made a tough situation way easier giving us peace of mind that everything was done right.

After water damage in my kitchen, my insurance company recommended ServiceMaster and offered to contact them on my behalf. 45 minutes later they were there. The workers were courteous and worked efficiently. The crew foreman took the time to explain what I could expect to happen during the drying out process and beyond. The drying fans were in place and running 24/7 for 8 days and the damaged floor and cabinets removed.The contents of the cabinets were carefully packed and stored in another area for me. At the end, the President, James Johnson , took the time to explain what needed to happen after he completed his part of the restoration of my kitchen. That was a great help.

We had a great experience. Our insurer recommended we call and James helped us save on the cost of an after-hours service after assessing the situation of water leak from refrigerator. They came early am next day and got floor up and drying machines humming away. Caleb was very fast and good. They also did the pack out of the house when the floors were replaced and that was well done and efficient too. They really made a bad situation much easier to deal with by giving professional advice and working with a smile. Good job yall!

The inflow line to my toilet recently burst and totally unindated my bathroom and entryway foyer with a half an inch of water. My insurance agent routinely uses ServiceMaster Restore by Johnson and contacted them. They arrived within an hour and removed the carpet, vacuumed-up the water and setup fans and a dehumitifier to dry the area. I would strongly recommend SM By Johnson. They were very professional, quick to cleanup the damage and continually assured me the situation might look bad but there was a lot they could do. Over the next three days, both of the owners called me on two occasions to check how the area was drying and asked if their was anything else they could do. Great people that Ill call if ever needed again...hopefully not.

They arrived so promptly and guided us through what we needed to do in such a stressful situation. They calmly answered any/all our questions.
