We just moved to the area, and finding a good tire shop is essential. I have a Jeep renegade and i wanted all terrain tires. Because of my wheel size, most places couldnt accommodate me unless i got my jeep lifted. Folsom Tire pros carried the perfect size, had them delivered in just a few days, and installed them very quickly. Communication was professional and the owners were pleasant. Id recommend highly.I just changed this to 5 star because they also do oil changes, free tire rotation and engine checks

Had a check engine light and another notice on the inboard computer of my 05 TL saying service needed soon B or something like that. The resolved both in a day, pricing was reasonable, huge load off my mind. Recommended.

I got a quote over phone (significantly cheaper than Chevy dealer), and scheduled for the very next day. I dropped my car off before they opened, and got a text before 9am that the work was already done! I was certain it was a mistake, but it wasnt. They had ordered and received the part overnight, and fixed it first thing. Highly recommend

Highly recommended for Tire Repairs. While most of the other places wanted me to replace all 4 tires (For BS Reasons), Eddie and his team took a closer look and helped me get more life out of my Tires. What’s even more amazing is that they not only fixed my Flat tire, they didn’t charge me a single penny for doing so. Highly recommended for Tire repairs in Folsom. 🥂

They didn’t actually do anything to the alignment aside from set my toe. They didn’t touch camber or caster, which is 99% of the actual alignment work. Basically did a “toe and go” job for me. $129 fo 35 minutes of work! I do not recommend this place. Will have to go to a real shop for proper alignment adjustments. What a waste of my money, I hate dishonest shops that basically steal ones hard earned money! I mean really $129 dollars at 35 minutes, I knew something wasn’t right, especially when he told me it would take 2 hrs. 👎🏻

Tire Pros seem to be very honest and easy to work with. Good pricing, they’re not trying to take the bank for every service. Most of all they’re just really nice people.

Folsom Tire Pros is my go to shop for tires and regular maintenance. Eddie and his team are great to work with and have taken care of my vehicles for 15 years.

The workers at Folsom Tire Pros were super courteous and helpful. I was nervous to go in by myself to a new shop being a woman and all, but they didnt price gouge me and they took the time to explain what they were doing and answer all of my questions without being condescending in the least bit. They also fixed a couple of minor issues that the dealership caused without charging for labor and gave me a fair price for the air and cabin filters. I will definitely be coming back here for all of my vehicles automotive needs. My car is running so much better now.

The best repair shop Ive ever dealt with. I spent 3 days and 12 hours sitting waiting for my truck to be repaired. Over that time I got to watch how they employees worked with customers. In a word, Professional. They displayed courtesy to everyone that came in or called over the 3 days. They were honest and helpful to everyone. They never tried to pressure or upsell services and treated each vehicle they worked on as if it was their own. I dont live here, just passing through, but If I did , Tire Pros would be where Id want to take my car for any repairs. Try them once and I guarantee youll youll be impressed.

Eddie did what had to be done ON TIME! Prices are a lot lower than the toyota or lexus dealership service dept.

Went in for a wheel alignment at 2 pm at 3:30 they called to let me know my tie rod ends were bad and that they could replace them but probably wouldn’t be done till the next day. I received another call around 4:45 that the parts came in earlier then expected and my truck was ready. I’m very pleased with their customer service and a job well done. I will return.

Exceptionally nice people but I received a call 20 minutes before I was scheduled to pick up our car and informed they could not do the brakes because they did not have a special tool. I told them how I did it and they could not do it. I researched the tool and it is available for loan or sale at AutoZone for less than $30. Very disappointed! I really liked them and I want to support local businesses but sadly it doesn’t seem this is the place for me. As an avid car guy and host of car shows my search for an experienced and reliable local repair shop continues.

It was great as always, they were very bust but gave me a window when my vehicle would be ready.

I phoned Tire Pros, I got an appt for 30 min later. A lug bolt was striped on my wheel, and I need it replaced. They asked me if I knew how it broke. They took my car in and just after an hour passed, I received a text msg that my car was ready. There was no sales pitch that my tires need to be replaced, or I need a wheel alignment. Tire Pros fixed my car, handed me a bill and sent me on my way!The day before my car was at a competitors shop, where the tires were purchased. That shop had my car for 6 hrs, and didn’t phone me until 5:50 pm, to tell me my car ready for pick up. They said my tires need replacement, and wheel alignment. I said, I needed the bolt replaced. Do you change out that bolt? He said I need to schedule appointment. But you took my car in without telling me I needed the appointment, or I wouldn’t have left it. Then he said they needed authorization for the charge. I said i wanted that bolt replaced, that authorizing all you should have needed. Not going there again.

I went in for a brake inspection because I heard some squeaking from the back of the car. I went in and the staff was incredibly professional. They did the inspection and informed me that my brakes still had plenty of pads and didnt charge me a dime for the inspection. I will 100% go back to get all of my brake, alignment, and wheels done. I had 2 tires blow out from hitting a island curb that I didnt see on my way to work I was right next to a chain tire store that wanted me to set a appointment I really couldnt wait that long from what time slots were available and couldnt get someone there to help with their app rescheduling so i called next closest place where not only could they squeeze me in now even though when I got there they were noticeably busy but great and friendly and professional service and a price better than I found on the other stores website I would highly recommend this shop

I had my car towed here after it died on the freeway. They quickly ran a diagnostic test which determined my engie had seized. They went above and beyond by helping me find an open rental agency and they called an Uber driver for me. They even let me keep my car in their lot longer than expected without charging me storage fees. Great business!!

I called and was able to bring my car in immediately to fix a flat. I was later than expected because I thought the flat wasn’t too bad and I’d be able to drive the mile from my work but realized immediately that I needed to change to the donut. They still got me in and got the car done on the short end of the time range they gave me. They handed me the invoice and I was so confused to see $0. They don’t charge for flat repairs even though I didn’t get my tires here! How awesome is that? Really helped with the rough day I was having. They’re a full service shop and just earned a loyal customer from me.

Called them at 2:00 on a Saturday and asked if they could fit me in for a tire rotation they got me in within the hour, great service definitely would recommend.

Fantastic service. They managed to get my A/C system repaired and recharged the same day, and on a Saturday. Worked out perfectly as I was only in Folsom for one day taking my mom around to run errands. Dropped the car off at 8 and I was back on the road by 3pm. Clean waiting room, friendly and they have a shop dog too... every good shop must have a shop dog haha!

Took my 15 year old Chrysler 300 in for a front end alignment. Was told it needed over $2600 in repairs prior to an alignment. I purchased the parts elsewhere for 2/3 the quote for parts. My mechanic who works for Pepboys checked out the front end and told me none of the quoted work was necessary! Watch out for these guys.

I needed to swap tires and rims on my car. I set up an appointment and they had it done in less than an hour for no charge! They also put my old tires in plastic bags before putting back in my car. Good choice for tires needs and to support local company.

I just moved to Folsom and went into have my battery checked because I was experiencing start delays. They checked my battery, starter, alternator and even made sure all hoses were tightened. I will definitely return to them for other repairs!

This place is fantastic. Their service is impeccable, their prices on tires beats even Costco price. I was all set up for new tires at Costco and on a whim, on my way home just thought I would see what the same quality tire would cost me from here. I was pleasantly surprised to find a little better grade tire for about $100. less than Costco price. Costco had me scheduled for the following week. Tire Pro did the job the next day. They could have done my job the first day I was there if they would have had my tire in stock. They ordered my tires that first day and done the very next day. No added anything. Price and job went as said. I couldnt be happier.

Scheduled an appointment on a Wednesday for the following day. Got in there a few minutes early the day of, got a diagnostic and the repair done on my A/C in less than two hours for less than what I had budgeted in my mind. Couldn’t be more pleased with how quickly that happened with no pressure for any other services. Will be taking all future needs for my vehicles to this location.

Great place to get tires for your ride! Very friendly and courteous staff makes you feel very welcomed in their establishment.Took around an hour to have two tires installed on my C-230. Price included balancing, alignment; rotations and future flat repair for the life of the tires. It was suggested to call a day ahead to make sure they had my tires in stock.Much better and cheaper than Les Schwab. They don’t try and “up sell” you on your purchase. Which is appreciated.

Added 6 months later. They must have put my bearing in wrong because one day out of nowhere my wheel and hub almost feel off while driving. The only thing holding it on was the brake caliper which ruined it and my brake disk which was almost brand new. Im warning you guys if you want to stay safe on the road dont use these guys.A while back I went in to get my alignment done on my minivan and they told me my outer tie rod was going bad and said it needed to be replaced. They said the machine wouldnt even perform the test to check the alignment. I didnt really get how that worked since the tie rod is checked by raising the tires off the ground but I took their word for it and replaced them myself. They looked fine when I replaced them so I was not impressed to say the least. My next experience was at a different location when I needed my alignment done and the lady at the front desk tried to tell me that subarus (my new car) always come out of alignment and I would have to pay the whole price even though there is a six month warranty. I talked them into just checking it and telling how it looked. It was fine (I do understand it was a different store but still similar poor almost bully tactic customer service). My next experience was when I brought in my knuckle to have the bearings taken out and a new one pressed in. I walked in and one of the first things that happened at the front desk was they told me I picked a lousy bearing. I asked if they had a different one and they didnt. Look I made the decision on what bearing to buy and if you dont have a better one dont go telling me what a horrible option it is. It was the best of the few I had. Secondly I was told it would be done by closing and it wasnt done until the next day. This was frustrating since I had places to be that night and had to figure out other ride arrangements. I am grateful that they where able to press the bearing in but I choose my shops based on the feel I get from the mechanics and the front desk and I can tell you I wont be coming back. I would rather pay a little more and know Im getting an honest answer than save some money and get treated poorly.

This review is weeks overdue, but I have a lot going on to say it mildly.Had to run to Kaiser for an allergy test which was quick, we were out in about 20-25 mins.Car didnt start, would not even turn over. After a couple tried jumping it with no luck, i called AAA (45+ minute wait time) so I also posted my situation online, as I had my 4 children with me, one which is a baby. **this was after hours & businesses were closed**A woman sent her bf to help. He immediately saw that the battery was leaking all over the inside under the hood area, & said I need a new battery. He actually went to the store for me & installed a new battery while my children & I waited.I later found that this man, Woody works at Folsom Tire Pros, so after my court case is over, I will be taking my vehicles to this business, as their customer service FAR EXCEEDS the norm.Bottom line, take your vehicle here, as ANY business that employs people who go above & beyond when not on the clock, is the type of business we want to support!***short back history***: Im in a bitter court case with my ex who took my vehicles (he owns a used car dealership so he was smart when keeping MY cars in his dealers name, so he could retain ownership), hence having to wait for court, and our case has been rescheduled twice already.

We have been customers of Folsom’s Tire Pro on Clarksville Rd for years. They always treat us with respect and answer all our questions. We have found the staff to be honest. Now that our grandkids are driving and have cars, they go there too.

Loved it. They were honest and even saved me $1,200 from what the competitors quoted. Everyone Said it was something major and Tire Pros said that’s just what the Computer says, sometimes it’s just the senors are blocked and sure enough it was an oil blockage and their honesty saved me money! They called every step before they charged me anything else and STILL saved me money and explained it it was important now or could wait a few weeks, knowing I was a single mom. I am truly impressed!!!!I’d recommend them to anyone. They did not take advantage of the fact that I knew very little about cars and they did not take advantage of the fact that I was a single woman nor did they take advantage that I just got my tax refund. I loved their customer service and their integrity. I was able to pay other bills down, not just pay for my clunky car.

I bought a new battery for my car at COSTCO but needed it installed. While searching for a shop that would install a battery they did not sell, I called tire pros. No problem, and I was in and out real fast. I am new to the area but I think I found my go to tire store.

These guys are awesome, best price & service around the town. Eddie and Chris are very nice. Very fair, honest, no hidden costs, they suggest good stuff but they do not oversell stuff. I found them while I was trying lot of shops in town to fix my flat tire, only this shop said they can fix, all others asked me to replace tires, all 4 as mine is AWD. Thats when found them and Eddie got the flat tire fixed. Since then I go to them for all services. Very recently, I went to breaks replacement during, and they found engine oil needs top up, they did it complimentary. I strongly recommend this shop if you are looking for one.

I took my car in for an alignment and oil change. The gentleman whom I believe was the manager was great and gave me a great deal as they had specials going on both services and gave me the discount on both where other shops would have made me choose one or the other. We dropped it off, he said it would be ready by 3, we arrive to pick up the car about 3:30 and they had just started on it. I voiced my frustrations with the manager whom promised me the time and could see I was frustrated. I had to leave and come back but when I came back without me even say anything he told me due to my inconvenience he was doing it for no charge. There are so few shops out there that still truly care about customer service, and though I was grateful for him offering me to do it at no charge I had so much respect for the fact that I did not have to say a word, and that goes a long way with me and I insisted on still paying bit he would only let me pay for 1/2.I was married to a mechanic for a long time and know that there are so many shops out there that take advantage of you. This shop I will use for any services that they are able to do for my vehicle from here forward.My alignment was the best that has ever been done and drives like brand new.
