I called 12Tree because I have some big Red Oaks in the front of my house, and they were starting to get a little overgrown and near my roof and gutters. These guys came out and knocked out the job with zeal and cleaned it all up like it never happened. I highly recommend and will use them again for other tree jobs. Mark is very knowledgeable and a true arborist. He was a wealth of tree knowledge, I was impressed by him and his crew!

Responded quickly to request for quote. It was reasonable and they came out in a few days. The work was done better than expected.

This review is long over due. 1-2-Tree helped limb up trees, grind tree stumps and clear trees and invasive vegetation on our property over the winter of 2020 and 2021. They transformed our property completely, it feels more like an estate than a forest that is about to enshroud our house. We had one incident due to saturated ground conditions and deep tire tracks but they resolved the issue quickly and restored the ground, they would not even accept payment until we were satisfied. They listened to what our end goal was for the property and completed the work with that in mind, to the smallest of details. We have used at least five other Contractors for tree removal and do not plan to use any other. We were impressed with their professionalism and hope to have them back again when we plant native vegetation.

They were awesome, and will take care of our trees from now on.

They did 12+ trees in our yard and our yard has never looked better! We don’t even know the last time the trees were trimmed up. They also left our yard in immaculate condition, doing a superb job cleaning up the debris. They were also the cheapest quote we received. Can’t recommend them enough!!!

I had an estimator come give me a quote, which I didnt move forward with. A month later they show up to cut my trees and tell me I left them a voicemail to come perform the work. I did not agree to that and felt completely strong armed and uncomfortable. Luckily they did not start the work. Estimator seemed nice, but I will not be coming back to these guys. Poor communication within.

Outstanding service. Within 24 hours of reaching out for an estimate I not only had the quote which was very reasonable but also had service scheduled to be completed the coming week. Got a call later the same day saying they could actually do the job that afternoon. Before I knew it the work was completed to perfection and clean up done so well that you would never know they were there. Communication Breakdows will be the Achilles heel for this compamy. It all starts with the estimator. Not hard to see that he just doesnt care about the customer. Reminds me of a cheap haircut.

They did awesome work on some much needed limb and mistletoe removal.

We had to have a very large tree removed from our yard. It was planted in 1973 and was probably about 50 feet tall at the highest point. They arrived at 7:30 am and were done by 11:00 am. Stump grinding and all. They raked and swept our driveway, our neighbors and the alley. Except for some mulch where the tree was, you could not tell a tree had been cut down. The crew was very courteous and respectful. The price was MUCH less than the 3 other bids that we got. We are very satisfied customers.

The company as a whole did a great job. The price was totally reasonable and they were able to get me on the schedule pretty quick. When the day came to remove the tree I was not at the house but when I got home, besides the obvious tree being gone, you would not have known anything happened. There were not any debris of any kind and the stump was ground down and the area cleaned up. I will definitely use 12tree for my next tree services.

Got an estimate today, price was very reasonable, they sent a 4 man crew out 2 hrs. later. Large tree that was hanging over my house was trimmed, hauled off and my property was left very clean. Pros: Timelines. Showed up when promised.Cons: Substandard work. Flowerbeds were filled with loam and not enough compost. All plants planted died due to quality of soil . Another flower bed that was supposed to be an oval was much larger on one end compared to the other end. Pad for shed was crooked and not totally square. Base was more dirt than gravel. Did not bring the proper equipment to prepare a flower bed. In fact my personal tiller had to be used. I had to clean and get all of the grass off of the tiller. Great guys, but quality of work was lacking and inadequate. My recommendation to anyone who choose to us them , should get a very detailed proposal that outlines what work is to be done; cost for material with a clear explanation of what materials will be used and cost of labor. Maybe others had better luck, but I struck out twice with them. I did text the company but never received a reply.RETRACTION:I would like to post a retraction with a sincere apology for a review I made mistakenly. I changed it to five stars based on how this company responded to MY error. They appear to be very professional. I only wished they were here in the Austin area. Based on the reviews I read, this is a company with a great reputation based on their customer service and quality of services. Again, I apologize for my error. I used them twice. 1st time they removed a tree and trimmed two live oaks. I stayed home to oversee their work. Needless to say, I was very impressed. They sent a crew of seven. They brought equipment to shred the branches/trunk , as well as; to grind the stump. They all knew their tasks. They followed proper safety procedures /PPE. They were done in less than 3 hours. Price was very reasonable. The 2nd time they removed another tree. I did not even bothered to be at home. When I got home from work the tree was gone and the site was clean. I will highly recommend them. I am planning on using them on a regular basis to trim the trees.

Weve used 1-2-Tree service in Flower Mound several times, most recently to remove three 20+ year old Bradford pears. The estimate was competitive and they did a great job. Weve used 12tree about 3 times over the past 2 years. They are very knowledgeable about trees, and extra friendly! They know all the city codes so you dont have to! Our most recent visit was after a massive windstorm broke some of our trees and they became danger of falling into our neighbors yard! Despite of busy really busy with calls similar to ours, Mark managed to get out to our house and have an estimate the very same day. The cutting crew came out within 2 days and took care of everything very quickly. They did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards as well. I highly recommend 12tree and will certainly be using them in the future!

They have done a great work with the trees at my home. Looks like they have good experience and done professional work.Here are few good things they do:1. Cut bottom branches; this allows tree to go up. The tree looks great too.2. Cut the branches within trees. It really helps the tree to breath. It makes air to follow and sunlight to reach with the tree. Makes trees long living and allow sunlight reach the ground and make the lawn greener.3. They also remove the branches close to home.As a whole they really do good work.

A friend referred 12Tree to us. We have heard good things about them AND without witnessing their work, referred them to others! Well, my neighbor was one of those people I referred them to - and they did great work. While they were performing that work, I talked to the Manager who visited and got a quote. Told him to go ahead and do it - but since their truck was full of mulch, they would contact me in a couple of days when they were on their way. Well, it has been OVER a week and I have called them several times leaving messages - NO RESPONSE!!! WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM - EVER!!!!! Their customer service is NULL - You just HOPE to get a call back. Well, I will be contacting my trusty alternative now. I am sooooooo pissed off at the moment that all these years I have been referring 12Tree from Flower Mound. Will NOW make sure that I push referrals to other companies. Heard a lot of good reviews, so we called for a quote to do some minor trimming on 2 crepe myrtles and remove a dead Photinia. We agreed on a price for just trimming the crepe myrtles and not to remove the Photinia. When they showed up, they asked for the full original amount of the quote. It took a few minutes but it was straightened out. Then they sent us a bill, which I promptly paid by mailing a check; the checked cleared the bank on April 3. We then got a call on April 6 telling us they wanted to come to our home to collect payment on the work!It doesnt seem that they are very professional and the work performed was not bad, but no better than previous companies we used.
