We had a new variable speed pump installed by Chris. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The installation went without a hitch and he explained the system very well and answered all our questions. The motor he recommended is exceptionally quiet, making our outdoor space so peaceful.FNS is definitely our new pool service. Chris is easy to talk with, and gets the job done efficiently!

Lacking basics of running a business, he will talk to you as if he is doing you a favor. you can use some communications courses plus a recertification that teaches you how to be professional and humble... edits: winter freeze has nothing to do with how you talk to clients.

Every time I have had FNS pool service come out they do a wonderful job. I had another pool service that was coming out on a weekly basis and wasn’t doing their job. The other company wasn’t fixing the leaks with the equipment or putting in proper amounts of chemicals. I tried FNS pools and they came out they fixed the plumbing issues that I had with my pool and explained the equipment and the repairs that was needed and didn’t charge an arm and leg. They are always professional and on time and are very thorough. If you want the job done right and someone you can trust go with this company. There are a ton of pool companies out there and it’s hard to know which one is right for you so trust me when I say you can trust and depend on these guys.

Chris is amazing to work with. My Jandy pool pump failed and I needed a replacement quick, got a super good deal for the replacement. The pump was replaced within 8 business hours of when I got in touch with Chris. I did so my homework on what pump I wanted and I wanted to go with the Pentair VSF, Chris also highly recommended that pump and was able to get me back up and running fast. Throughout the replacement, Chris explained features of the pump, best practices and how to get optimal performance for my size of pool from the pump. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else other than Chris for the amazing job he did!

What a home run of a company! I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with Chris Welch owner of FNS Pool Service and Repair.I had a unique situation and needed an urgent appointment because my home is on the market for sale. My situation would require someone who knowledgeable enough to trouble shoot & confident they could resolve it. I called in the morning and WOW, people actually still answer their phones! Chris answered, I explained my situation to make sure it was something he felt if he would know how to repair. He said he yes and fit me in and came out same day. The problem circled back to an electric panel repair an Electrician just repaired and Chris was even knowledgeable on what to do to resolve the wiring in the electric panel that was done incorrectly causing the issue for the pool pump not turning on. He even had extra wiring on his truck that was needed to correct the issue. Most pool companies would not go the extra mile to touch an electric panel or even know what to do to what Chris easily did. He fixed it quick and was done within an hour.I will be paying it forward for sure. I am a Realtor and FNS Pool Service and Repair owned by Chris Welch has my highest recommendation and will be on my vendor book that I give to all my buyers for sure!Thank you Chris Welch for a great job!

I have had Chris come out for repairs a couple of different times. The first was on a Sunday when we had a pump issue and were leaving town the next morning. He was willing to come over within a couple hours on a Sunday and quickly identified and resolved the issue for a very reasonable price. He was also great to come remedy a failed attempt at repair and also took care of a wiring mess we created and again was very reasonable in price.

Bottom filter housing burst and Chris was out same day to replace and is very knowledgeable on pool equipment. Highly recommend using his service.

Consistent and Dependable. I use them for weekly cleanings and pool equipment repairs. Unlike other places with high turnover, this company must care about its employees and treat them right because we always have the same person come every time.
