I had the pleasure of working with Phylis and Diana for purchasing a commercial property. This was no ordinary task to search for an ideal property in a price range that was really hard to find, when one is found it has to meet the criteria I was expecting. They were relentless in the search and ensured only the highest of the standards are met before pursuing the property. They pored over several hours of their day and weekend time on due diligence of the property. A week did not go by if I have not talked to them at least two or three times. I should say they have lots of patience to answer the numerous questions I had. :) Overall I was very pleased to have worked with them. I do not typically write reviews unless the service is superlative. They met this highest standard. :)

Great places to eat and visit! You have choices from Chicago subs, tex-mex and Italian food. Yum yum. Highly recommend the Chicago pepperoni pizza sub and the meatballs sub! Both were delicious 🤤

Im so sorry to write this but I had a conversation with Ms. Garcia today and I was kind of surprised at her reaction to me.I inquired after the 3 retail spaces available in Parker square. I cannot describe the whole conversation, but suffice to say, from the first moment I started talking I felt as if Ms Garcia was discouraging me from even asking about rental space.When I mentioned that my business would be a cafe, her reaction was even more dismissive. She even said we have quite a few restaurant type businesses right now which made me feel as if my business is not wanted and she was doing me a favor for even talking to me about it.Out of the 3 spaces I was interested in 2 were too large but even though the 3rd would have been an appropriate size, she basically told me it would not be possible to transform into a restaurant type business.The thing is I drove around Parker square and there are quite a few vacancies there right now but I wouldnt know whether or not they would be available or suitable because Ms. Garcia didnt offer to talk to me about it at any length, didnt ask me any questions other than what business I have and how long Ive been looking and never offered any ideas for a possible different place in the square.At one point she offered to take my # in case one of the existing spaces with restaurant type business becomes available again. I asked her if she could tell me a ballpark price point per square foot and whether or not these spaces were NNN but she said she couldnt do that because prices chance and it wouldnt apply Then, while I was still trying to get more information, Ms. Garcia became impatient and dismissed me saying, well thank you for calling us without making any attempt to take down my information and ph # as she had said she would do.Apparently, the fact that I am a potential client, was not important to Ms. Garcia because she didnt seem to care whether I was ready to rent right then and there or anything else.So my thought is that I did not sound important enough for Ms. Garcia.
