I have a weekly cleaning service with Poolwerx and I’m always pleased with their reliability and effectiveness. However today I had to leave a review because they were just exceptional. I’m having my first pool party since we’ve owned the pool, and when I mentioned this to the technicians they made a point of reassuring me the pool would be perfect, and they weren’t lying! When I came out later I could see how much care they put into my service this week. This is a company I’m proud to do business with.

I have lived in Highland Village for 6 years... and have gone through about 4 companies. Some shut down others didn’t care etc. we have 4 current properties here with pools. Nick came to my rescue!! Doesn’t matter what time of day or night he answers the phone!!! Has someone out immediately to address the issue!!! OMG 6 stars if possible!!! AMAZING!!

If you like talking with your sales rep while hes actively texting on his phone and making you feel stupid for asking a question about a product then pool works in highland village is the place for you.I would give zero stars if that was an option

Went in to learn about maintenance of chemicals as I am a new owner. The gentleman there was hell bent on selling me a monthly service, which I did not want. I asked several questions about Bromine vs Chlorine and the knowledge base was not there. The lack of professional help was a let down. People spoke highly of this place when it was Dolphin so I started there. Ended up at Leslies and the knowledge, experience, and service was at a much greater level.

Wonderful experience! No-pressure sales staff, especially Dustin, answered all the questions I could could up with each time I visited! After the “wet test” where I sampled various tubs in the store, I knew for certain which tub was right for me! Now that it’s been installed for over 6 months, we have had no issues and truly LOVE hot tubbing almost daily. I can’t tell you how much better my hips, knees, shoulders, back and body feel with hydro therapy that’s really fun! And mine came with drink holders!!

I shopped for my spa at The State Fair of Texas. I talked with a lot of salesmen and was just shopping at the time while building a house. Not very many were willing to help as I was not ready to buy. Justin was an awesome salesman. He was very informative and didnt mind giving me useful information on his product. He followed up with me over the following months and helped me with my purchase and financing options. I have recently contacted him 1 1/2 years later for some help and he was happy to help and remembered me like it was yesterday. Thanks Justin for your outstanding customer service. I have since recommended two other people that have purchased the same spa.

Dustin was an excellent resource in our recent hot tub purchase. He went out of his way to meet our changing schedule and made sure we had the ability to wet test the actually hot tub we were considering. No other store was able to provide a true wet test. I would certainly work with Dustin again.

The service is great. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I added the Endure product they recommended 2 years ago (even though I was skeptical) and havent had a hint of algae since. I highly recommend this store.

Dustin is the best! He listened to our needs and want list and got us an amazing deal. He actually touched base with us several times throughout the process which I did not expect. This personalized care made us feel special. Kenny and Larry and their crews were very prompt and professional. We couldnt have asked for more.

I needed to get a whole new.pool system (pump and filter). I shopped around tland these guys were a little more expensive but they certainly knew their stuff for the ordering process. The installer was very competent and got the work done quickly and cleaned up very well too. He took time to explain the whole system and made sure I was comfortable with it before leaving

Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Free water checks are great and informative. Prices are a little higher than other big box stores but they make up for it with customer service.

In an age where poor and even bad service is no longer the expection, but the new norm, we were pleasantly surprised and very pleased by the honesty, attentiveness and quick response of this sales team. That is until the tub arrived and were just blown away but the greatness of the installation team. They measured every nook and cranny and ensured the y otimized the location and position of the tub. They left everything better than they found it and their trainer marked and labeled all the chemicals to make it easier for us to follow the instructions. I give the sales team and A+ and the instalation team and AAA++++. Well done!

It was great but expensive when it was Dolphine pool supplies now that it was sold to Poolwerx the store is dull and poor looking.

This place is not trust worthy. Every time I go they give a new brand and new chemical. I followed suit only to see at the end to see very green pool. Yet again they are trying to sell a newer product.
