Very disappointed. Went there for the first time this weekend for a dip powder manicure. I always get this mani at my local place but wanted to try Bom after seeing good reviews. A day later, my dip had already begun to chip off on multiple fingers after doing normal activity like making my bed. As the day went on, I notice more and more chips. The dip powder was just disintegrating. I’m so upset. Paid more here than at my local salon. Also did not get any cuticle oil at the end so my fingers were so dry. Did not get the quick neck massage all places do at the end either. I’m not impressed with their service and won’t be returning.

First time there but my last, everything went fine at the beginning, the staff was friendly but my nail color came out terrible in the end. They were full of air pockets/bumps - Every single nail on my hand and my feet not any different even though it was two different people doing them. My mani was done first and was highly disappointing that they did not offer by themselves to correct the polish. They must of noticed me during the entire pedicure just looking and touching over my manicure. I went during my lunch break and could not loose more time so I did not point it out to them.

Worst pedicure experience ever. Against my better judgement, I took my daughter here for a special treat. We usually go elsewhere, but she requested this salon. First, they charged $42.00 for a childs pedicure because she wanted polka dots. Fine, I caved in to make her happy. But the worst part is that the guy doing my pedicure huffed and rolled his eyes at me and proceeded to complain to the technician doing my daughters pedicure because I wanted to move my seat back to be a little more comfortable. So humiliating and such terrible customer service. Never again.

The guy who was doing my manicure was very rushed and was tossing my one hand he was working one to grab the other. He was not just gently letting go, he was tossing them as if it was some object. I guess he was doing me a favor for agreeing to do my manicure. Other customers had more decent people working on their nails and were getting a soft shoulder massage while drying their nails. Well, this guy was hitting my shoulders, pushed me and said OK and left. When he left another guy came who was smiling and bowing to say goodbye I guess. I do not recommend this place. They dont care about your business. It was a terrible experience.

I tried it out since my sister in law raves about this place and the massages. I wasnt that impressed with the services. The salon itself has a nice vibe and its really clean. The color selection was pretty extensive too which is always a nice option but a lot of the same types of colors. The pedicure however was just OK (mind you I got a spa pedicure....hate to see what a regular one is like). The massage was adequate (little to no pressure) and the reflexology was about the same. Also I noticed (after I left of course) that the polish isnt to the toe line - so basically theres already a grow out line (um duh why would anyone do this). All in all I dont think I would go back again.

Not coming here to get my eyebrows waxed anymore. Its a lovely salon but I question how clean the place is - the last 6 times I have gotten my eyebrows waxed here, I have broken out in giant pimples all around my eyebrows! I know that happens once in a blue moon due to the nature of waxing, but to have it happen every time tells me they arent properly sanitizing their tools and/or post-wax lotions and creams. They also NEVER pull out the hygenic paper sheet and expect me to lay directly on their filthy waxing beds - the plastic bed covers are visibly grimy and disgusting, they clearly never clean them or even wipe them down with a wet paper towel. I have to tell them every single time to pull out the hygenic sheet and they act like its a hassle. Theyve also gotten sloppy, leaving lots of hair at the points of my eyebrows; not happy to spend $13 with tip to have it look this unprofessional. Some of the staff here are friendly, and the owner is a very nice man, but until they do better to maintain a sanitary environment I wont be returning.

Came here with high expectations. I did a pedicure and David applied a gel manicure, both done the day before I went on vacation. All looked good when I walked out, but within 48 hours, most of the polish on my nails had peeled off. This is unheard of with gel manicures, especially since I hadn’t even washed a dish since the manicure had been done. I would run my fingers through my hair, and the strands would get stuck between the polish and nailbed. Within 72 hours, all of my nails had peeled off.I’m not sure if it’s the quality of nail polish used, or David’s application, but that gel manicure was a huge waste of money. I’ve had Sally Hansen nail polish that has lasted longer! I don’t plan on returning here again.

Very safe and clean also nice workers

Place is nice, but the man doing my pedicure was terrible, forced my legs into uncomfortable positions, couldnt speak a word of English so when I asked for a pic on my big toe he was clueless and most of the other staff was as well. My daughters mani was terrible and the girl doing her nails got nail polish on her fingers and did not even bother to clean it. We will not be back.

I definately reccommend this place if youre looking for a nail salon, come here! David did a great job of doing my nails, he took his time working and didnt hesitate.
