My son has therapy here and they are great , very friendly and his therapist is excellent
Wow... unbelievable. My girlfriend is going through shiva for the passing of her mother. I called to find out what I could do, the process and what I could provide to the family to add comfort. I was told that I was going to be transferred to someone to help me. The person never answered their phone. When I hung up to speak with that representative again, they would not pick up the phone... I called 2x... No one would pick up. When I went to the general voicemail to complain the voice mail was full. When someone outside of the religion is doing their best to conform to comfort another it is astonishing that the person trying to do good would be shunned.... Thank God People dont equal religion. Because if that were the case I would believe in no God... born or not born.
I cant speak highly enough of this organization. They have always been professional and have worked with family members, even w/o insurance. Not only did they provide excellent counseling, they also helped my senior mom with some aspects of medicare, and with free home health aides through the Holocaust foundation. All companies have their dysfunctions. Try dealing with Wells Fargo!!! :-/
Weve been seeing one of the therapists at this site for months and they have been fantastic. You do have to wait a month or so to get into the schedule for the therapist but the wait at the JFS was a lot shorter than most therapist offices.
