Good service! Great communication when we had questions. Great price! Will use them again!

We had a dumpster delivered to our property on December 9, 2020 and gave them a check for $350. . We were finished loading the dumpster (Not even to the top) 3 days later and called them to pick it up. The check cleared the bank on December 14. Today is March 26th. My wife and I have called their office so many times we have lost count. We either get voicemail or someone telling us they will pick it up. Still have the dumpster sitting in our yard. Do yourself a favor, pay extra for Waste Management or another one of the real businesses that will give you the service you paid.

Had a dumpster in our yard for 5 almost 6 months and can’t get anyone to come pick it up no one ever answers the phones so you have no idea what’s going on ... If anyone can please tell them to come pick up there dumpster and I promise not to ever use them again ...

We are an asbestos abatement contractor out of Charleston, SC. Bushs has transported waste for us twice and most recently, helped us greatly during a period where we were crunched for time. They were able to schedule a waste can for us at the very last minute, were extremely helpful and pleasant, and made the experience so much easier. We appreciate their professionalism and communication, and look forward to doing business with them again in the future!

This is an absolutely horrible company, stay away. We attempted to rent several dumpsters from them we couldnt get them to pick them up, constantly gave us excuses and never once apologized for their mistakes

Not happy with service! They did not contact us before they dropped off the container. They bogged down in the back yard and then left the container in front of the WRONG home! It is almost a week later and have not come to move it, they keep telling us to do it ourselves, but this is their screw up and they still expect to get paid for it.We just want it moved today!

Always very friendly and helpful. I recycle cans for the Humane Society and they never hesitate to go out of their way to help with the load.
