Met with Rodney to discuss our future plans and wrote him a 6,300 check as a 50% deposit to get started with the rest due on completion. We provided very accurate information and direction in the beginning and when I wanted to me in person to go everything I contacted him for over 2 weeks with no response which left me very nervous about the future of my project. We decided to put the project on hold and realized that he was not the right one for the job and per his contract requested a refund as no work has been completed. Its been over 2 months with very little communication and the only communication I have had has been lies so I am filing a breach of trust with the courts to get my money back. People if you want bad service, a bunch of lies, no communication and a person that will steal your money he is your guy, STAY AWAY!!!!!

We have had a terrible experience with this company. Plans were inaccurate, incomplete and rejected by the county. Rodney would not modify the plans after being written a check to him personally. We could not get Rodney to even communicate with us. After one month, we have had to contract with another company, who jumped in to assist and has done a tremendous job. Weve lost revenue due to delays, lost the crews we had lined up to perform constructions, and as a new start-up, thats tough. We have had to go to court to get our money back. Ugh.
