Nice clean facility, very courteous staff. On-site parking for big trucks is minimal little spot on the right and the left of the entry cant park on property not allowed to be on property until your proper time so needless to say no overnight parking either. They have an island between the warehouse and the entry they have the trucks park along that Island which makes it a little bit difficult for some trucks to get into the doors but it is manageable. Theres a couple truck stops the pilot which is to the South its a fuel only truck stop a Mr fuel has about 10 parking spots the TA to the South is closed down at this time being demolished. A TA truck stop to the north also it has roughly 30 spots theres also a rest area on the northbound side between the two

Kroger,this place is nice and clean waiting area,because they know drivers has to sit here all day for delivery so keep patient 2 hours to 5-6-7 for delivery ,depends on your luck. Good luck everyone.

Place was shockingly fast,I waited only few minutes for a door,i was unloaded within 30 min of backing in, good job to the workers who unloaded trucks in a safe professional manner.. wish they were all like that!!

Was hour early trucks everywhere. Hard to get into assigned door if truck is in the way

Employees got worst attitude if you ask them how long gonna take to get loaded they not tell you anything always so rude to you 4 hours to get loaded

Gotta say this is one of the best Food Distribution Ive been to in 20 yrs,clean,friendly and fast unloading, and guard was very friendly and polite at guard shack, this is one place I dont mind coming back to thanks Kroger!

They are nice..they are usually pretty busy but they seem to get to you pretty quick

Arrived Monday at 0245 for a 0730 delivery of Niagara water. Security said to come back at 0630. Went back at 0630 receiving said they didn’t have a door for me and that they would call me when they do. That only took 15 minutes to get. At 0900 they started unloading. 1000 finished. Everyone is very nice. Lots of trucks parked outside the gate in the shoulder no problems. Very clean facility. Had no lumper fee nor did I see any sign that they even use a lumper service thank god.

This should be the model distribution center for Kroger to follow at all their other warehouses. Have delivered here several times and have almost always been out of there before my appointment time !! Keep up the great work folks!!

A little slow loading but not the worst. Forget Rand McNally getting you there. It wont. Then the sign that says no truck turn around will cause you to turn right at the light when you need to go straight your first time in.Gate personell friendlier than most places. Pretty good operation when I went in.

Not bad to compare with other Kroger facilities.People are nice and professional.Got offloaded in 1 hour .Good luck drivers.
