NGB Property Group reached to me about my aunts house which I thought was already taken away by the city. They assisted me through the whole time and were very nice to me. The gentleman that called me his name was Ben. He was patient and understanding of the whole family mess we had because it involved 9 family members and was able to help us figure out how to put the sale together. The only frustrating thing was that it took some time to finalize the sale since the title insurance company kept asking us for paperwork to prove that everyone is a family member. But thank the lord we closed the deal last week and all I have to say that I am finally relieved and happy this is done.I highly recommend NGB Property Group to everyone! Parents passed away and I inherited the home with a lot of property tax debt on the home. Mike Sezan reaches out to me and let’s me know that he wants to buy it. At first I had trouble letting the home go since I had a lot of memories in there but Mike was very persistent and financially he made me realize that it was no longer worth holding on to because I was dipping into my savings to pay the never ending debt. Investment company primarily targeting distressed properties. They want properties in foreclosure or where owners have filed bankruptcy. People fail to realize that they are better off listng their home with a Real Estate agent than selling to investors because they offer way less than you would normally get if you were to list the property yourself. Also, sometimes you can get a loan modification via the court. Settlement conferences for foreclosure cases are part of the foreclose process in New York. Look at all of your options before selling to an investor. They are not seeking to help you but to help themselves to your property at bottom basement prices then flip them for a profit. Dont fall for it.

I am very happy with the work these guys did. My uncles property was left abandoned by my cousins for a good amount of years. They were supposed to take care of it and just left it neglected. These guys reached out to me and told me what was going on with the taxes and I was not surprised since I knew who my cousins were. I decided to take matters into my hands and sell the property.Ngb did everything from A to Z.
