Funtastic Inflatables Flint is wonderful. The prices are reasonable but most importantly, they have the best customer service. From the moment I called, I could tell that they are an honest and caring company. Theresa was so helpful in determining which option was the best for us. My event is tomorrow and the weather forecast has shown no rain all week. Yesterday it showed 41% for one hour. But this afternoon, it changed to 70% chance of rain for most of my event. Even though it was the day before my event, Theresa allowed me to cancel for a full refund. I know for a fact that other companies do not operate like this. I will always use them for my future events and highly recommend them!!

We used Funtastic for a birthday party. What a great experience, we will definitely use them again and would recommend them to all of our friends. The new owners were great to deal with and they have a great selection of bounce houses.

This place is amazing and I highly recommend them! Jamie was fantastic in helping me pick out the best water inflatables for our fun day and made the process super easy. The gentleman were on time to our house and super polite. The delivery was done smoothly and the guys knew exactly what they were doing. Best prices around by far for inflatables. The water slide did have some obvious wear and tear but that didnt stop any of us from going on it all day long. Highly suggest the inflatable water slide, it was a lot more fun than any of us thought. There were people on it from the moment it was dropped off to the time they were going to pick up. Cant wait to use them again in the future- maybe sooner rather than later!

They have excellent customer service, very fair pricing, timely set up/take down, and they always give us more time with the bounce house than we scheduled- which the kids appreciate. We have used Funtastic for our company picnics for years. They have always done a great job. This year, the staff was particularly exceptional. DJ Riley, Magic Steve, Darla and the gentlemen who set things up (I do not remember their names) were so friendly and made sure all our guests had a great experience.

Their not bad but the employees need to keep their thoughts about the competition to themselves! If your the best then show it!! Bad mouthing your competition is no better than a politician doing the same.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would but that wasnt a choice. Original order was incorrect date. Placed a hold on 2 for a back up because someone else was wanting the 1st bounce house I placed a request for a week before the party. The man I spoke with was to call me back by Th to confirm which one I was reviving and the contract. Party was Sat. He never called. Valley Rental saved me!!! Party was a success no thanks to this company who gave me a headache. Unprofessional.
