Ok so literally he cut me a bunch of times and i was bleeding. service was not worth $60.. i told him shorter like 10 times and he took off the tiniest sliver each time i asked so i just ended up giving up. all they do is scream in their language and it’s extremely noisy in there. very unorganized. literally asked the guests “who’s next” like we are supposed to know? it’s your job? they also talk so quietly to you and get mad when u don’t understand what they mean or what they’re saying. i will definitely not be going back.

Kevin did my acrylics and my pedicure and I love both of them!! I’ve been here a couple times and I never really loved my nails when I came here, thought I’d give them another shot and I’ll most definitely be back to get my nails done by Kevin!

My daughter took me here to be pampered with a mani/pedi before my baby shower. It was the 1st time Ive been in nearly 3 years. I loved the cleanliness, safety and sanitary measures, as well as the overall experience.I wouldve given a 5 star had my nail tech been a little gentler around my fingernail cuticles. It was definitely an accident, but it caused my pointy finger to continuously bleed aound the cuticles. OUCH! In addition, it showed around my pretty pink nail color, even hours later after frequent hand washes.Overall, I enjoyed myself and will definitely return.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They charged me 55 dollars for a FILL. Then he gave me the stubbiest thumb nail ever, and didnt file my edges straight.

They literally gave me some type fungus on all my toes NAILS. I’ve NEVER had anything wrong with my toes nails. I’ve been going to them for years and never had a problem but Kim has all these random new people there now and that’s who did my pedi, a new girl. I should call the health department to be honest

I just had my nails done by Max, Im usually very happy with the outcome of my nails when I leave, however today didnt go well! Im leaving very disappointed in how my nails look, I just left and it already looks like I need a fill, nails arent even and look horrible! I will never have Max do my nails again!

Got a full set done on Friday, two nails broke off by Monday, all nails have fallen off by Tuesday. Application was sloppy, done too quickly and the quality was extremely poor, $65.

I came in yesterday to get a soak off, manicure, and pedicure. They did an excellent job with my soak off and manicure. My pedicure was definitely rushed and wasn’t worth $35 at all. I would come back to get a soak/off and manicure again, but that’s it.

I came in for a pedicure and acrylic nails. I had Kevin today, who I never had before. He offered me a deluxe pedicure (not pushy either) which I’ve never been asked before there and it was amazing. Despite being busy he took his time and didn’t make me feel rushed. I’m extremely picky when it comes to my acrylics and he listened to my requests and they are perfect! Will be seeing him again next time. Great job!

I went here and my nails are completely different from what i told and showed him. so i had a picture that i showed him, in which he took my phone and went and looked for the colors. i noticed that the colors kinda looked off but i was hoping they would dry differently. i told him they weren’t the right shade and he just put the color on a different finger. it’s not a huge issue doesnt speak english, but it becomes a problem when we can’t communicate at all. me and my friend both left really upset. also me and my friend paid a lot for very simple stuff it j wasn’t a fun experience, waste of money.

She did an excellent job applying my eyelash extensions. The rate was reasonable. $100.00 including tip.t took about one hour.

Wasted 60 bucks on a full set of nails! Asked for round nails I got square. The nails were so thick it looked so disgusting! The girl that did them could not possibly have training in doing nails! She had a phone plugged into her ear the entire sitting. No wonder she did such an awful job. I went down the road and had my nails removed... that cost me another 60 bucks... what a friggin joke this place is. They must know that this girl that did my nails is a joke.

They don’t care about what the customer wants, only what they want or feel like doing to your nails. They over charge for their nails. They charged me $85 for some plan nails with 2 fingers with diamonds and wanted to charge $95 to put a few diamonds at the cuticle of one nail. I will never come back.

My friend and I went in there last minute. They weren’t gonna let me get the colors I wanted to I had to tell them twice. My nails are not painted the way I had hoped. He drilled a little too close to my cuticle and made me bleed. I thought it was very overpriced for what I got. I will not be going back.

Horrible and nasty tried using, used pedicure shoes and toe separators on my feet. I will never go back here, not worth the money. Very rude to customers. They didnt wipe down areas after each client. I had to clean and sanitize my own area.

Kim used to do my eyebrows she used to be a beast and did them so good and kept them THICK I came home to let her do them after letting them grow out for 2 months and she made them thin never going back smh

Terribly ran business. Unorganized. They had all employees doing pedicures except one person and multiple people were also waiting for a fill/manicure. So they focused on pedicures and left everyone else waiting for hours. When I brought it up to the manager she didn’t care and couldn’t give a valid reason for why it was being ran the way it was. I’ve been to multiple salons and none were ever ran this way. Trash.

Its supposed to open at 9:30am. No one showed till 9:45-9:50. There were several of us waiting to get our eyebrows waxed. So after she, the owner, got in at 10:30, which no one informed us, 2 of the ppl in from of me left so that made me the next person to be waited on. After she sat me in her chair (now at the hour mark of waiting) she asks EVERYONE(including me) who is getting waxed, to come back in the afternoon because she needs to do someones nails who had just walked in..... Bad business, very bad... I was truly disappointed in the professionalism and Ill never go back.

My sister went in and asked to make an appointment. She was told no she can’t make an appointment and was rudely told to “get out.” Why they won’t even let someone make an appointment is beyond me, being rude about it is just asking to lose business

Had my nails and my daughters nails filled in today and Max left my entire thumb nail incomplete. When I said something he got upset. If you want my money yoy better do the service right. I will never go here again and recommend yoy dont either.

Everytime i come noones here for for over an hour. After this last time I got my nails the stones fell off two days later in the feelings gone 4 days later I think Im going to look for another place this is just a disaster now.

Went there for a fill and a pedicure costed me 110. The price was NOT WORTH IT!!! MIMI did my nails and my nail beds are so bad. I have never had my nails look like this its still really sensitive and they have been off for over a month now would never go there again just a waste of money and now I cant cover my nails until they heal.

The place is so pretty on the inside. BUT THE STAFF is incredibly rude. Very impatient needless to say. And every single time I went they always felt to make a scene to get me to pay before I was even finished. My nails weren’t even dry and they made me mess them up to pay before they were done. This place is absolutely terrible they wasn’t on time and after sitting there for an hour the lady tells me she can’t do my lashes because my lashes are too curly,So then when I asked her about my eyebrows she said she doesn’t do them anymore however they have a sign on the door saying that they do...I was the first person there in still waited an hour..the mess they left on the floor from the day before was still there and they never cleaned it up

Max didn’t even cover my entire nail!!! I left there today after a full set and had to make an appointment somewhere else for a fill in THIS WEEK! said $55 at the table, my friend and I both heard him say $55, then at the cash register gonna say $65. Plus they DIRTY!!! Do NOT waste ur money!!!!

They were great with no wait time. Just make sure you know exactly what you want because he had a very hard time understanding me.

The younger guy that waited on me gave me a basic pedicure. I didnt get a massage with the orange scrub or softener for nails and rough skin. Cut nails crooked, left rough areas on toes and sides of feet. That all should have been taken care of with a baaic. Pulled all tools out of a box not out of package. They dont go by the up sheet list. They relied on everyone to keep tract of who came in first and whos next. Very dissatisfied

The staff was incredibly rude to a young lady sitting next to me. I WILL never return to this place because of the interaction. I will not spend my hard earned money on a business that would be openly rude and disrespectful. The owner sat and watched the interaction and not once stopped the guy from speaking to her in a rude and condescending tone. The salon is subpar and not a relaxing environment.

I went here to get acrylic nails for my first time. The guy that did my nails did an awful job. I showed him a picture and ended up with nails that looked like a five year old did them. Basically threw $60 in the trash. Let me also add when he filed my nails i was bleeding on three different fingers

Waited 30 minutes and was asked could we come back tomorrow. Said they were unable to serve us with an hour to go before they closed. Several people walked out because of poor customer service and complaints on how their nails were done. This place is terrible and will never get business from me again.

I was going to be in the area and I needed a pedicure. I made an appointment through the Google Maps message service quickly. We scheduled two pedicures and were taken to our chairs when we arrived. The pedicure I had lasted a long time, but it was done really well. The chairs are comfortable and the staff is friendly. I wouldnt mind going back if I was in the area.

Did not get what I asked for at all, they were not listening to me while I was requesting colors and I eventually just gave up. The only thing that turned out right was the shape. And they stiffed me on my change. my fault for not speaking up I just wanted to get the hell out of there.

Paid $110 for my nails and toes and it was a complete waste. Nails are too thick and when he was doing my nails by ginger was BURNING, once I told him all he did was spray it was whatever was in the bottle, and kept going. Argued with me cause I didn’t want what he was doing to my nails, even tho I was clear on the color and shape I wanted. To top it off, nail broke 3 DAYS after getting them done. WOULDNT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Came in for a full set for the first time in forever, it was an amazing experience. I got my nails done by Matt and took his recommendation on the dip powder, absolutely obsessed. He was super welcoming and nice. I’ll surely be coming back for him again.

Very unsanitary. Do not get your lashes done here; the glue is terrible and it was done incorrectly. They didnt even clean the supplies used and didnt wear gloves or wash their hands before hand. Will not be coming back here again.

Ive been coming here for awhile and genuinely liked the way they did my nails until the past two experiences. The first issue was spending 20 minutes arguing with the tech that my nails werent acrylic. He finally conceded that I had natural nails when all the polish was off. Not a huge deal, but annoying. The second issue: I came in on Sunday with no appointment so I knew Id have to wait. After waiting for an hour they called back a girl who had been there for 10 minutes... and she didnt have an appointment. What is the point of signing in if they dont call you in order?? I left. Went back in a few days later. No wait which was awesome, but again the arguing that I needed a fill. I have natural nails. Finally they gave me to some guy who had never done my nails before and was clearly still learning. He jacked my nails up. Couldnt do the color I picked out because it was beyond his skill level so I picked a different one... That color didnt come out like the display either. I said I wanted my nails trimmed, he cut almost half my length off. When he said he was done I had cotton stuck to 2 of my fingers, rough edges on every finger, polish missing on some of the sides, polish on some of my skin, and the top coat was bumpy and uneven. When I asked if he was going to clean it up he told me I was fine. You shouldnt have to file your nails and pick cotton and polish off of your skin and around your cuticles after leaving the salon and paying $35.

I didnt have to wait long. Within minutes of me signing in, I was brought to the back. Both me and my mom receive a pedicure. It was nice and relaxing. I also got a manicure. The price was good too.

Went here Friday June 26 to get full service My technician was a guy everything was good up until I asked him to fix a nail that he missed shaped (coffin). After that he was upset being extremely aggressive, and was clearly aggravated. He actually had the nerve to pop my hand like I was his child, NOT TAP but POP! I was very upset at this point. I will never visit this salon again. Most of the staff was rude, it was very few who was actually friendly.

I Would NOT Recommend Going To Tk Nails On Linden Rd. Their Service Is Not Right AT ALL! I Booked An Appointment For 5 O’Clock Today And Sat There For A Whole HOUR. They Kept Eyeing All Of The Black People Who Walked In. 3 White Women And A Child Walked In And They Took Them Back With No Hesitation Whereas I Had Been Patiently Waiting And When I Called The Man To Get His Attention He Look At Me, Took A Few Steps Toward Me And Turned Around. To Keep From Saying Anything Else I Just Left. I Will Never EVER Go There Again.

This is THEE worst nail salon I’ve been to since I’ve resided here! They give you different prices every time you come in. It gets higher and higher, they don’t do what you ask and they chipped my nails 4 of them to be exact by using a drill they shouldn’t be using when they should SOAK it off and then act like it’s your fault! Deluxe pedicure is a joke because they change what comes with it every time I get one. Don’t waste your time or money going to this place!!!

After being a customer for a little over 2 years the service is now disappointing. No appreciation of your business anymore. God forbid you have the incorrect color for a gel or acrylic fill in, you will get yelled at, shrugged shoulders and told sorry I cant do it. Very frustrating to be chastised and cut off when youre calmly trying to express yourself. Im just a laid back hardworking young lady looking for a nice nail spa with employees that treat you like they appreciate your business and want you to feel good about the service you receive.

Nails are hardy & have never had a problem with them. Sometimes the wait is a bit long but they usually have enough staff to get you in & out in timely fashion. I do recommend Jenny or Amy.

Im a regular there but after yesterday, not anymore. I went to a lady that never did my nails but I decided to give her a shot. I got my nails done and I asked for a cut down. She used a toe nail clipper to clip them off which was weird because they always used the drill and she clipped them off so fast I didnt see what she was doing, after I looked they were super short like kids nails. she was rushing because she was trying to get to a lady that came in wanting eyebrows. She kept looking back at the lady smiling and was excited to do them (she wasnt Kim, the lady that usually does eyebrows) after she was done with me I showed her a nail that was messed up (it was shellac) and she kept rubbing it and saying nothing was wrong with it , still trying to hurry up and get to the lady. I just gave up and paid her and said I would call Kim (the owner) the next day and tell her since she wasnt there. When I called Kim today she said it was nothing she could do since I left the shop and I told her she just lost a regular customer and I will be telling others not to go to her. they definitely need to learn customer service. An easy fix just lost her $100s of dollars and a loyal customer. Going to go get these ugly, short nails soaked off and redone. they will never see me or get any of my business again!

Service was fast and everyone is truly I also love the check in service that they won’t have people jumping in line or in front of from others. Great place and I will continue to give them a service every time.

Absolutely the worst customer service today!! I have never had a bad experience here and they are the only nail salon I go to for a pedicure but after today I may never return. I asked for a deluxe pedicure something I get every month. But what I received was a wash and polish change! My toes are garbage and my feet are still rough! After speaking to the manager she never offered to fix my nails and the guy who messed them up tried to cut me off and argue while speaking with her. I didn’t have time to wait because I have a lot of important things to do so I paid and left. But when I called to reason with them. The got bent out of shape and stated she was getting another phone call so she had to go! This is the most unsatisfying experience ever.

Amy did an outstanding job on my nails and my brows that when I return I will request her. Only a cple more things and I will be happy. THANK YOU SO MUCHKEEP UP THE GOOD WORKOH AND NOT TO MENTION THE NEW BUILDING IS BEAUTIFUL.THANKS AGAIN TO ALL

This place is great. I have always made an appointment ahead in order to save time.Great selection of shellac, best pedicure I’ve ever had. Only downside is there are other patrons who seem to get angry when you have an appointment. My suggestion to those would be to make an appointment. Very simple concept.

I love this place. My nails never break and always look good. I went 3 weeks once without getting a fill because of time constraints, and while they were grown out, the actual acrylic looked great. I grew up in the beauty industry and am very, very picky. This place is worth going to! Van is my FAV!
