Amazing Customer Service!!I was offered 2 deer from a farmer with agriculture damage kill tags (an hour + north). It was during the recent heat wave. They were shot in the evening not long before dark. Driving in an absolute downpour, I called Jerry at 9:45 p.m., it went to voicemail but I didnt leave a message. To my surprise, a few minutes later, Jerry was calling me. I explained the situation. Jerry said, get here when you can, dont rush, and call me when you get close. At 12:15 a.m., Jerry was waiting for us and got the deer safely into the cooler. He said, Its too hot to wait till morning.. Processing was perfect, he even delivered the venison to the place that was handling my sausage order. You have a choice in who processes your deer. Pick someone who cares. Choose Jerry Bs!!

Jerry Bs is just the garage of someones house.. but the experience was alright! Dropped a big doe off and got clean meat back, no hair but the cuts werent weighed or labeled specifically but not a big deal. We would go again.

Admittedly, I have high expectations. 99.9% of the time I process my own deer but I was traveling the following day and needed to bring it in. The positives... Jerry seemed like a very nice guy and allowed me to drop off at nearly 11pm on a Sunday. The negatives... nothing was labeled and nothing was weighted. Just looked like the bare minimum was done. Definitely did not meet my expectations based upon the number of 5 star reviews. Unfortunately I won’t be back.

Jerry is a great guy. He got my deer back to me very quickly. I have harvested a lot of deer. I have had them processed many different places. I have never had steaks as good as what he cut. They are so tender. I normally just steak out one quarter and then the backstraps/inner loins whole and the rest burger. Not any longer. I will be having them steaked out from now on.

I called this morning, wondering if they sell salt to cure meat. Didnt even leave a msg. Jerry called me back. He asked what I need it for. He did the entire math in his head and told me how much I would need. He said, I will give you some.When I went there couple hours later, there it was, ready for me to pick up. He didnt ask me what my name was, what I looked like, who I voted for, no questions asked. You know who can do that? Someone whos got an ocean of love in their heart, and treat a human being like one. God bless him, his family, friends, and everyone who works for him, and everyone who ever came in contact with him.I met a real human being today. And for that I am grateful as ever. Thank you Lord.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They really know there stuff, got two deer back in two days wrapped tight and ready to go. They have my business going forward. Small town feel in a big town - I love it. Keep up the good work you have my business and recommendations.

I have been using Jerry B for the past 3 seasons. He has processed multiple deer and an elk for me. Everything is packaged great. I have never found a single hair in any of the deer or the elk. I have recommended him to multiple fellow hunters. His tri-steaks are fantastic.

First deer I have had processed by someone outher then myself in my probably 25 years or so and IAM so disappointed more hair and blue skin then actuall meat cut the rite way so IAM not chewing all night.This is not how a deer is processed stay away from this place.

We have used Jerry Bs for a few years now. The facility is extremely clean, meat last a long in the freezer because of the packaging and the staff is very knowledgeable with their cuts. They are very flexible with their hours too. Just a quick phone call, even late, and we can drop off our deer.I highly recommend them!

Hands down the best spot around ! Blown away with the customer service and the quality of work! I’ve got about 12 hours of driving into dropping off and picking up my 3 deer this season and probably pass 50 processors on the way and I wouldn’t wouldn’t even consider stoping !

I took a 275 pound pig here for processing and smoking of hams and bacon. I was shorted 12 pounds of bacon and over 20 pounds of hams.

I highly recommend Jerry B. He does quality work and his turn around time is the fastest of anyone around, not mention his prices are more than reasonable. My family are avid hunters and we have had processing done at many places, however I get more meat when Jerry does our deer. He is the only guy we will use now. He is by far, the best processor around.

You will not find any hair in your meat and its absolutely cut up right. You get your deer back very quickly. Jerry is a very nice person and easy do deal with. I just cant say enough about him. Jerry has been processing my deer for over 20 years and does a first rate job by not leaving any tallow, fat or tough stringy silver skin on my steaks or in my ground burger. He double wraps with clear and paper which keeps freezer burn at a minimum for many years being frozen. Hes the deer guy.
