Tried delivering my package at 10am and 11 am when my business dont open until 12pm. I call and customer service says that its at the customer service building for pick up. I ask her if she is sure its there because I didnt wanna leave work if it indeed was not there for me to pick up. She assured me it was there.. I drive there and after waiting in line I find out its not there and still on the truck.. i ask them to hold it for pick up.. guy at desk says it will be at the customer service building tomorrow for pick up.. so I hurry over there before work the next day only to find out its not there again.. it was delivered to my work..

I see negative ratings that are surprising me. From what I have seen, they are far exceeding FedEx and USPS. I had nothing but problems from those two.... but every package I have had delivered from UPS over the last couple years, has been on time and I really like the track my delivery email they send, so I am in the loop. The main terminal in Flint over by the airport is also friendly and helpful when I need to take a box in to them, to be shipped. I think you guys are doing great! Thank you!

Damon was great! I hadnt been here in years. Had to take packages in for my boss and was a bit nervous as other places often make me feel inadequate or like Im wasting their time. At the UPS terminal I felt like a valued customer.I walked back to my car willing to volunteer to take packages the next time we have to ship them out.

UPS has on more than one occassion not delivered my packages to my home.They leave notices stating they missed me when each time I was actually home. My doorbell was not buzzed. I eventually have to go to a UPS access point to pick up my package, which is inside a store that is not a UPS store. I feel this is ridiculous especially when I was home. Sometimes the package is not at the access point. I really hope that this situation changes, a simple buzzing of the doorbell would rectify the situation. I do usually check for delivery times. if I am not home I dont have a problem picking it up elsewhere.

ZERO STARS !! UPS Driver refuses to deliver packages. Ive been getting UPS deliveries at this address for 25 years. Now I get a driver on the route that wont even try to deliver. Amazon, FedEx, USPS have all delivered item the same day that UPS blames the weather/roads.Customer service is joke, they say they cant force the driver to deliver. UPS should not be in business if only to deliver packages when its convenient for the driver.

If there was 0 stars I would put it there phone number is no help can’t ever talk to a real person and the packages they deliver are never on time, and you can’t ever get a valid time to get it, “anywhere from 9:00am-8:00pm” okay so I’m just going to sit here all day waiting on you that is horrible. I will never get anything from ups again, fedex is way way better then you! And I will from now on pay extra just to have someone ship through fedex. Because your service is so god awful.

The tracking numbers often state delivery attempted but there is never a door tag and I know delivery was not attempted because I was here all day and the door bell never rang and the dogs never barked which they do every time someone pulls in the shop. Several packages said this 3 times then said Final attempt was made ( Not one attempt was actually made ) and I had to drive to the flint location to have them find my package. FedEx never has this issue. I do not ship USP and cringe when incoming packages are UPS

Theyre comfortable there. Seems the process which Im SURE has been analyzed to the second . . But lonely peeps go there to talk, and the counter staff enables that for a short time . . Which slows you down, but is actually one small decency in a mean world.

I have been experiencing a heart condition called a fib. Part of the treatment required me to wear a life vest to monitor my heart activity. When I received the life vest in the hospital I was given a box to return the life vest in. When I was Finished with the life vest I drove to the U P S shipping center to send it back. I took the box inside and handed it to the person at the counter along with a pre paid RETURN label. He looked at the box and handed me the return label and told me that the label I had given to him was not needed, there was a shipping label already on the box. Two days later I got the box delivered back to me, the shipping label on the box was addressed to ME.

UPS Flint has had 4 packages of ours for 2 days now but hasn’t delivered them and now they are closed for the weekend. The tracking numbers said the packages were “out for delivery” yesterday. Then they said they were “out for delivery” today. One of the packages was 2 day air that was guaranteed to arrive yesterday but UPS tracking shows that it arrived at the local hub 2 days ago which was the guaranteed delivery date but it says it won’t be delivered for 3 more days! NEVER EVER use UPS!!!

Love, well, really like our UPS driver! Very efficient and knows exactly what to do with package if were not home. If you have a secure place to leave your package the driver will put it there. I am signed up on the UPS and get notices of delivery or delays etc. Great company to work with.

Had a great experience here! I realized I wasnt going to be home when my cat tower was set to arrive so a few days earlier I logged into their website and changed the item to be held at their facility. Came in, got my item, left happy. My local delivery person is great too. He definitely looks out for me.

Supposed to have a package arriving from a friend. Package was on the truck yesterday morning and never delivered. They Happen to put an emergency warning-could not deliver on the tracking and there was absolutely no reason the package should not have been delivered. I’m STILL waiting!

I really dislike using UPS for my carrier to receive items in the mail. They seem to never be on time or with in the time frame given. I received a package yesterday and they came to the house and didnt knock on the door but left a notice. So then is says we missed you on the 1st attempt and will drop package off at access point the next day which is today. I was told that the package would be dropped off by 1pm. I arrived at the access point at 3pm and they have not been there and was told by the workers that they are never there by that time. They told me to check back by 5 or 6pm. 😶😶😶 I have some expensive items in transit with them and it seems that Im having to try to hard to get my package. I will use FedEx or USPS from now on.UPDATE: SO the notice on the door says they are going to deliver today to the access point. I called UPS and the automated service said the same thing - it should be delivered by 1pm. After going to the access point they told me to check back around 5 or 6pm because they are never there by 1pm. So now the tracking is saying it will be at the access point on Monday instead of today (Saturday). Im growing to hate UPS with a passion. As long as they have been in business you would think that this would not be an issue, SMH...

Absolutely the WORST UPS facility and delivery department in the world!First, they fail to delivery package not one or two days in a row, but 4 days in a row. FOUR!!! each day i got a message saying my package was out for delivery. Each day i never got the package and noticed it arrived at the UPS facilityThey will not deliver to my house before 7pm. However, on a day its raining, and when no one is home (now 6 days later) they apparently delivered my package at 1130am. We will see when I get home.Pathetic!Pictures of proof to follow!

So i realize i have weird hours of work so i sign the back and place back on my front door to void all liability to UPS if anything happens to the package with option B (leave on porch with a signature and printed name) on the first Sorry we missed you note on my door so the next day they pretty much cover the original and dont leave anything and now im forced to go to FLINT MI to pick my package (i only have 2 missed deliveries as well no idea where number 3 went supposed to get 3) up when i gave all the permissions to just leave it and filled out the damn thing, horrid horrid company with zero customer service even while talking to their service line the guy was completely not listening (and blatantly boiling my blood with his no care attitude) to what i was saying so i wanted to speak to a manager which lead to nothing because UPS hates people apparently (also took forever to respond on the phone completely useless)... requiring a signature even after i sign the little ticket seems pretty redundant and absurd your drivers need to learn how to read apparently and look at what the tickets they leave say.

UPS repeatedly claimed to have attempted delivery at my house. Problem is, I have cameras at my house. I could see the UPS truck just pulling in the end of my driveway, turning around and leaving without the driver ever leaving his truck.I recently moved, from one side of the state to the other. At my old residence I also had cameras, and the driver (a different driver) also did this. So a completely different driver did the exact same thing repeatedly. This is a problem within UPS. Perhaps they don’t give their employees enough time to deliver packages so they must lie to make their full delivery, I don’t know.***From this day forward, anytime I order anything, I will be sure to ask them if they use UPS. If they do, I will go somewhere else. I am done with UPS.***

This place is a joke, the customer service isnt from the state, probably not even in the US. Ive been trying to track my package for three days, every rep I speak with tells me something different. On the first day, the first rep tells me its on the truck, out for delivery and it should be delivered before 8pm. The second rep on the first day tells me my package wont be delivered until tomorrow. I call first thing the second day, the first rep tells me no matter what, your package will be delivered today. Five oclock rolls around, I call AGAIN just to make sure my package will be delivered and Im told the truck never left the warehouse, but it should be delivered tomorrow. Here it is, the third day and Im being told it SHOULD be delivered today. The first two days I asked if I could just pick up the package, I was told that was not an option. The first rep I spoke with today asked me if I want to schedule a pickup ...really???? Now that Im two hours away from the warehouse I can schedule a pick-up. Id be more than happy to provide recordings... Thanks alot UPS

Horrible horrible horrible company! Driver did not knock or leave note after not trying to deliver my package. I was home when he “supposedly” came but never knocked. I will NEVER use UPS again. FedEx may give some bent boxes but at least they get to the customer on time and their staff doesn’t argue with the customer because fedex genuinely cares about customers

Worst shipping company I ever had to deal with. I had a packaged ordered and went to pick it up, waited 2 hours for them to tell me they cant find it. They tell me to come back the next day, I was understanding and came back the following day, still cant find my package and they tell me they still dont know where it is and for a third time I have to come back another day! Absolutely unprofessional and organized. This is peoples mail here.

Received an alert while sitting at home saying my package wasnt able to be delivered even though no one attempted to knock on my door. I go out to my front door and theres a note saying i have to pick it up at a liquor store which made me very confused. I called customer service and the lady laughed at me when i was concerned about why i would be picking up my package at a liquor store. She stated it was a certified access point. Why a dumpy gross liquor is a certified access point is beyond me. Very unprofessional. Luckily they were able to change its drop off to the UPS customer center address. Hopefully they know what theyre doing and it will be available there. well see!

I have the biggest problem trying to get packages delivered in Flint! Ups leaves notices and options for you to sign their we missed you paperwork, but NEVER follow through. If you live in Flint, you should avoid using ups all together. The customer service representative told me that Flint was a terrible area and they do NOT leave packages unattended. Even if you work all day every day. Thats ridiculous! My neighbors would not steal my packages. I get them at home all the time through USPS. What in the world is wrong with people??

I was supposed to have my sons expensive birthday gift dropped off yesterday and they came before I got out of class. That was fine whatever, so I call and ask if I can just pick it up and they said they would arrange for me to pick it up and I would receive a call for a pick up location within an hour. Which was 4030 marketplace st. Flint MI. I got that call and they told me I could not pick it up until the next day because the driver wouldnt be back with it before they close. I tried to figure something out so I could get it yesterday and then it turned to all attitude and then her hanging up on me. So I called customer service for a second time reported her and they told me the manager would call within an hour from that location. He called and proceeded to tell me I was lying and that he wasnt gonna help me. So i call customer service again and then they made all notes in my file and was gonna have the supervisor call within an hour. I never got that call from a SUPERVISOR. Needless to say I absolutely hate UPS and will refuse to purchase anything and have it shipped by them. Especially that location. They are extremely rude and unprofessional and have absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. Corporate has been contacted and I hope you all lose your jobs. Your job is not about your convenience, it is about the customers and their needs since everyone is different and has different schedules. Not just that you do not treat your customers with disrespect nor does a manager talk to a customer like that or a supervisor completely avoiding it all together because his employees are out of control. Absolutely bullshit and I will only use FED-EX from now on.

Waiting on a package at our workplace. UPS attempted 2 deliveries during times we were closed, and said they would attempt again the next business day. Waited for 2 hours after closing, no delivery ever showed. Package tracking info has now gone from out for delivery to in transit and the toll-free number damn near refuses to connect you with a human to speak with.
