I worked for the company in the Troy district as a custodian, the company honestly wasnt that bad but some of the managers there had a lot of unnecessary arguments because they didnt know how to speak to people correctly. We had a group of albanians that basically worked when they felt like it and management wouldnt do anything about it. The most issues came from the district because they micro managed everything, there were times we didnt have the stock we ordered and the district expected to proform miracles and after the pandemic started The faculty in the school startedAccusing us of a not cleaning properly. I was there 4 years before i left in January for another job after i got demoted because a supervisor wanted to have her friends back and not do her job

The security guard at Hurley Hospital around 9:30 on October 13th almost hit My Girlfriend and her daughter while he was speeding through the parking lot. They were just trying to cross the street in order to get to the emergency room. They need to teach their employees how to drive in a safe manor. We would have been filing a nice sized lawsuit if anything would have happened.

I worked at a school last week that was supposed to be getting cleaned by DM Burr, the custodian hired by them was found sleeping on a couch in a classroom. I swept up a classroom and she couldnt even sweep up the piles I had made, when confronted she told me she cleaned every classroom, I call bologna and it happened at a school in Davison during intersession. Maybe you should be checking this ladies work DM Burr.

Poor Supervision Poor Training Most of the OP manager Live in Flint Area.(they will tell you they hate driving to city area) So they communicate thru text message.(unprofessional) They have no office in area so your interview will be held at a Local Tim Hortons. No shift premium Morning Custodian make more money then Afternoons(never heard of such all my days of working)

Didnt really hate it.just didnt like that my hours were taken from me to give the new guy.I would go back if the hours were 7:30am to 2:30pm or 2:30pm to 6:30pm.
