Republic Services always gives us such wonderful customer service. Brennon Henderson responds to our needs right away. They are very professional and easy to work with. I also love that I am able to pay our invoices online with ease.

At South Baptist Church, Republic Services is our go to company for weekly trash collection. They are always consistent with their weekly pick ups and are always available for any special pick-ups we need. They are clean and their trucks never leave an oily mess as some companies have done in the past. Brenda has been great to work with and very responsive to phone calls and emails. I highly recommend Republic Services .

On June 4 the recycles were not picked up. Republic has made recycling unreliable for an entire city.On May 29 the recycle bin was picked up.Recycling had not been picked up for two weeks. Contacted customer service 5 times at their request. They scheduled 3 consecutive pick ups to correct the problem and did not accomplish any of them. In context they lied each time. The address for their corporate office is 18500 N. Allied Way A202, Attention: Corporate Customer Service, Phoenix, Arizona 85054-6164. Also contact your city and political representatives to report Republic also. Your taxes pay for this service. How can a person contribute to a cleaner environment when the company contracted allows waste to accumulate?

I have been a customer of Republic since the fall of 2015. My sales manager, Brenda VanEtten has been a saint.I had nothing but problems with my other commerical hauler of years.Republic and Brenda Van Etten have been a savory for me. No problems no worries.

Call three times because they missed picking up the recycle.Recycle is only picked up every two weeks not weekly anymore. Each call was a lie.Now I have to wait until two weeks from now to get recycle picked up.Calling is a waste of time.The rating is actually zero stars

Quite hours are from 8pm-8am in the city of flint but this company sends out trucks and between the hours of 4:30am and 6:30am near residential areas. I work second shift and dont get home until nearly midnight. By time I get to bed they bring their trucks around slamming dumpsters and waking up my two babies under the age of two scaring them awake so bad they dont stop crying for hours and none of us get any sleep after that. No respect for the local residence.

I have called 3 times for Republic to pick up my trash! They said I am scheduled for a pick up and it never happens!!! I have been on the phone with them for three days!! Waiting for a representative for 20 minutes a day!! I am glad that they will not be servicing the City of Flint! This company is horrible!!!

I do not recommend them in the slightest. The worst refuge company out there. I called three times last week to get a miss to pick up. The whole block had been picked up except for mine (it has happened before). I put my trash out a day before (always), and it has not been picked up. We are a week later, and tomorrows the scheduled trash day still has not been picked up. Thankfully, I have two receptacles. Its a shame...

Very friendly customer service, Ive even had correspondence with a driver he was polite and knowledgeable. However; this company shows when they want to Ive had trash picked up at 7:30 am Ive had trash picked up at 9 pm. Consistently would be greatly appreciated

They havent picked up our trash in 4 weeks we have 4 weeks of trash outside our house and the refuse to pick it up or even talk to us.this is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional and unhealthy for not only my my family but my neighbors. We have the city after us because of their failure to do there job.

This company is TERRIBLE!!! My trash/recycling gets missed a lot! I sit on the porch and watch them just blow right by the trash/ recycling cans sitting out at the road!! I call the company, (daily) they claim they will schedule a pick up. Never happens.

I am a business owner in Flint and whenever we have had issues I have spoken to a woman named Brenda Van Etten. She has always been very prompt, professional and tried to resolve any issues. Brenda will do everything she possibly can to help you.

Spoke with Jennifer in Customer Service. She was polite, efficient and answered my concerns with accurate information. Our garbage pickup was missed on our street and she arranged for it to be picked up within 24 hours. Very impressed with her!

They wont come on scheduled pick up day..my day is Friday and here it is Friday at 9:06pm and the trash is still out front. So I guess the raccoons will eat well tonight

Ive had a loveseat in front of my house for over 3 weeks now. Ive stopped counting how many times Ive complained about the workers not picking it up. I get thw exact same reply...We will have some one out by the end of the day or tomorrow morning for sure....how many times do to tell a person this day after day consecutively? The company is a JOKE!

Driver knows I am disabled and he will get my cans from the other side of the gate, empty them, and put the cans back so I dont have to go by the road. Also, very punctual with large pick-ups and if i miss getting the trash out, all I have to do is call and they reschedule a pick-up. The call center is also very professional and helpful. I hope the City of Flint does not renew their contract with this company! They are inconsistent and not dependable! I contacted them 3 days in a row regarding a missed pick up. Each time the rep told me I was on the schedule for pick up and no one ever came! My recycles are overflowing and have been sitting at my curb for 4 days waiting for the truck! This is not the first time this has happened! Bad business Republic!!

Always leaving garbage in ditch. Has knocked my can over a few times and didnt get all the bags out of the ditch. They have done this to to my neighbors also. I miss waste management!

Bounced me back and forth from Sales, to City of Flint, back to Republic, back to Sales....no one has any idea what theyre talking about. This is all the result of them letting our lawn bags sit on the curb and disintegrate. They scheduled a pick up day and never showed after me having to call back and forth between all of these entities. They dont take notes on previous calls and claimed I was given a quote to get my lawn bags picked up - City of Flint picks up lawn bags THROUGH REPUBLIC, why do I need to pay again? I dont know, very unprofessional, confused individuals working at Republic. Finally got a hold of a nice woman at the City though.

Lived in Flint for a total of 4 weeks and EVERY week they have not picked up my yard waste bags! For comparison, when I lived in GR and Grand Blanc my yard waste was picked up on time EVERY time.

You have to schedule to have bulky items picked up. We also have a home in Flushing, and I have NEVER had to do this, but we went ahead and scheduled it. They havent showed twice. Maybe we will get lucky the third time?? No wonder people dump in abandoned lots. You pay your taxes, but cant get trash service? Unbelievable.

No exaggeration, the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They drive over my yard every week and refuse to stop and refuse to repair my yard. Every time I call im told that I’ll get a call back within 24 hours and, to no surprise, I never get a call back. This company is literally ran and operated by complete and total morons. Not to mention the fact that they, on a regular basis, don’t even pick up my trash.

Absolutely atrocious. Left a slew of trash from my driveway all the way to my neighbor across the streets driveway. Bottles, empty chip bags, nasty pizza boxes just blowing around in the breeze on my street. 0/10

Every holiday we have to call for a missed pickup. We abide by the holiday schedule to no avail. I gave it extra time this past pick up due to Covid19 but still no pickup 3 days later.

07/16/20 9am the person throwing the garbage into the truck is EXTREMELY unprofessional. All down our street along with a few others just left garbage that didn’t make it into the truck all over the road. Multiple houses has garbage bags and loose trash strewn all over. Didn’t even bother picking anything up.

Always does a great job! I talk to my driver, some routes are 1200 homes, and 30 tons. If you put out a huge pile and it doesnt get all picked up he probably has 780 homes left to pick up. Also some contracts are limited to a certain amount of bulk items, per house he explained. I respect my guy. He does great, and I give him a 20 in a card for Christmas. Keep up the good work Rick!

If I could give a -0- star for this company I would, Customer service people are rude and Clueless, I tried to cancel my service because, of the astronomical price hikes in our bill after contract was over. I was transferred three times only to be told I had to speak with an account manager who would not get back with me for a period of 24 to 48 business hours. I called on a Tuesday and the call center said it could be next week before I am contacted. I am taking my business elsewhere! I advise the same. We are located in Michigan but, the local franchise cannot help. Ridiculous!!!!!!!

I have been calling since June 4th trying to get three bulk items picked up! Every single time I call they tell me they have the notes where it was supposed to be picked up then the order was closed out. Talked to someone yesterday, then again this morning and was told it was getting for sure picked up today. Guess what is still sitting at my curb when I got home from work? You guessed it! The three same things I’ve requested six times to be picked up!!

I want to commend your workers for the job they are doing, especially on our street. Last week the temperatures were scorching. We also live off Center rd and the end of our street is closed at Center. Truck number 2007 actually backed down the entire street, and then began their pickup. Yes, pickup was later than normal. However, the driving skills, and the fact that EVERYTHING was picked up, including a chair neighbor had out, deserves to be congratulated. People are quick to complain, but often forget to praise when it is due. THANK YOU to ALL your employees. Dealing with the extreme heat OR the road closures makes their job much more difficult than normal. To handle BOTH problems so well deserves to hear THANK YOU and WELL DONE.

Worst company I have had the displeasure of having to use. Our city contracts with them and they have missed our trash pickups on the scheduled day several times just in the last 6 months. Calling customer service is useless as they just give you the runaround. I would NOT recommend Republic to anyone. The option of 0 stars should be available. UPDATE: Its been a week and I STILL have not received a call from a manager even thought Ive given my number to 2 different operators and our city manager. Weve now taken steps to get a different trash company to service our city.

They never came too pick up my baulk items, prepayed 34$ to pick up 3 items. Every time I called too wonder why they havent picked them up yet, they just reassured me that it would be the next business day theyll have them picked up. This went on for a week! I must have called them 5 times (once everyday) and talked too 2 supervisors. When finally I had enough and cancelled my services through them and use different services through another company because of how completely unreliable they are. Id highly advice you too look elsewhere if your thinking about getting rid of baulk items.

It is sad it take 3 weeks and still have not had a bulk item put up!! Every time I call they keep telling me we push it to another day!!! This company should just close there doors cause they can’t run it right. I give it 100 -stars!! Dwayne you should be ashamed of working there

We spent the summer remodeling a house on Hastings Street. The driver was extremely helpful and kind taking all the materials collected during the process. We are grateful for a job well done.

My recycling hasnt been picked up in a couple months now. We have called a couple times to notify them of the error and we even scheduled a special pick up time which they still missed.

Missed my trash pickup so I called Republic said they would pickup with in 48hrs, they were a no show 2nd time in a year. Republic stalls you so you have to wait until the next scheduled pickup (1 week) not cool.

Dump garbage in my yard weekly. i am not even a customer. customer service and drivers are rude and do not care. call rick rein i have had not one issue in 3 years. republic is bad business caution stay away. no follow up calls one year later and still no resolution. sad you require me to click a star for it is not earned or deserved

We have had Republic Disposal for years. Our experience is nothing but positive. Theyve taken everything we put out. Many times services are affected by bad weather especially rain. I drove a trash hauler and once they bottom out its very expensive to pull them out. Be patient with them and see if your service doesnt improve.

I have not had my trash picked up for 5 weeks. I have called the call center at least 6 times and my complaint has been escalated 4 times and marked high priority the local supervisor does not call. They are picking up other trash in my neighborhood but thr driver is to lazy to drive down my section of road.

Time and time again the garbage pickup leaves items behind. Today they didnt even bother to leave a note with an explanation so one can only assume it is because the workers are too lazy to get out of the truck.

I took the time to visit your site. I clicked on schedule to see if pickup was delayed. I entered my zipcode and it said it would be 1 day late. I called and she explained it meant for that week. Your schedule is not detailed enough.

Left a table floor rug in the middle of my driveway after picking up all the trash left at end of drive called customer service they claim its a bulky item its not a bulky item when its a 12 by 12 floor rug very dissatisfied with service!!!

If you don pay the driver money or Republic.no pickup.cost me 100.00 when i first moved in.try to rid garbage!
