I had my eyebrows micro bladed by Patti. She was so sweet and easy to communicate with. She is very thorough. Her attention to detail is very impressive. Patti corrected the shape of my eyebrows that were poorly done previously. I went from looking angry to having a much more pleasant look. I only wish I had went to her sooner. This has lifted my confidence and changed my inner self. I cant say enough good stuff about Patti! She is a BEAUTIFUL SOUL.

Okay wow. Im trying to sum up what walking in to heaven on earth is. Found this place by chance. They didnt have any openings for eyebrows to be waxed when I called, hearing my disappointment they put me on hold. When the receptionist came back they had squeezed me in! Right before the holiday! Getting there everyone was so friendly and attentive. Especially the receptionist, she just had such a warm, invigorating glow. She talked to me and held such genuine conversation the whole THREE minutes I waited. Then here comes Patty, I was Cinderella and she was the god mother. Her very presence was soothing. And wow I didnt even know eyebrows could be massaged. It should cost more than $18. I had realllllyyyyy screwed my eye brows up and thought there was no hope. I left this salon feeling like a celebrity and so giddy. I cant give enough praise because wow, what a refreshing experience in the world today.TLDR; every employee there is a sweet baby angel. This place is heaven stop reading the reviews and just go!

I went to Macie and I am SO happy! Words cannot describe how in love with my hair I am. I’ve never had this color before and I feel more like “me” than I do with my natural color. She really nailed it :)

The salon was spotless, as always. Wash area had shields in place and decontaminated immediately after use. Waited outside until called in. Everything done to insure client and staff entered a safe place. Great place, excellent staff!

Schedeled an appointment and they scheduled me for the wrong day. How does that even happen? Waisted my time. Not happy.

Kevin is my stylist... hes a genius! And the rest of the staff is always professional and friendly. The facility is clean and inviting, and I am always treated with respect and courtesy. You cannot go wrong.

Macie does almost my entire family now! She is very talented! I would say she has a natural gift with color for sure!

Cindy the owner is fantastic to deal with and such a wonderful person! Even though this is an extremely modern salon with a style and uniqueness that I would expect more in Detroit, the hair stylist and owner treat myself and my kids as family. No one is uppity or rude, only informative and friendly, which a trendy salon like this would normally make me nervous or uncomfortable. As a guy I wasnt sure if they would deal with a conventional Barber hair cut without a ridiculous price attached, but Kevin (the best Barber Ive had) was in fact a $1 cheaper than a previous mens salon I was dissatisfied with! My teenage son has very particular taste and has never had a Barber pay such attention to his requests and be so clear of what he wanted, he left beaming instead of his normal quiet frustration on our ride home. Kevin gave me great tips on touching up my beard at home and even gave me great advice for my first at home beard dye attempt, which was very helpful and saved me from making some embarrassing mistakes. I cant recommend this place enough, along with Kevin and Cindy!

Went to this salon to get a Brazilian blowout and lowlights. My hair was just as frizzy after the first wash as it was when I went in. Even worse my hair was breaking off daily. I emailed the owner and she asked me to come in. I did, and after trying to convince me that nothing was wrong offered me 150$ refund which was half of what I had paid. I agreed, left the chair and walked up front for my refund. Once up to the desk the owner asks me to step outside, she then says Ive changed my mind, Im not giving you a refund. Ive never written a review before but I feel this is beyond shady. Not sure how people like this put their head down at night. Oh, by the way, I was able to find a great salon in Fenton. The owner their did her best to repair my hair. Unfortunately I am out 250$ for a procedure that was either done incorrectly or did not use the correct product.
