I would like to thank Moran Law for helping me! I filed a chapter 7 back in 2014. Since then Im in my 3rd leased vehicle and credit score is well over 700! Just this evening, some company me and said something about a returned check. Right off the rip i felt something wasnt right. This gentleman (Scott) was pretty demanding. Scaring me into trying to pay over $900.00! Threatened to have the courts involved and that it could lead into triple the amount.
