Brian was a life saver. Got in touch w/ me to let me know he was on the way, got me towed to the dealership in a heartbeat, and was incredibly friendly and sociable. Being new to the area, he even filled me in on good places to eat and visit w/ the family. Definitely a cut above the anyone I have worked with through any other service in the past.

Mother in-laws van broke down and had it towed home by Jerry. Jerry was the kindest guy ever. Just so good at what he did and made it so easy in spite of the bad situation.Couple days later we are ready to get it to the shop and insurance sends Flat Rate out again. We get Bradley. Bradley... same exact service. Super kind, professional, quick. Asked for a number to call the boss he said it wasnt necessary. You hope that you never have to be in a situation that someone blows through a light and T-bones you, totaling you brand new car and setting off all of your air bags. My Ford fusion decided to stop working on the highway and shut off. After we placed the call Richie showed up within 10 minutes and had me hooked up and on my way. He was able to give me a ride back home and got the vehicle into a parking space. Richie was VERY professional and worked very efficiently getting the car on/off the truck. This tow company really came through for a family in need today. The driver Brian was awesome, friendly, polite, and even came out of his own pocket. Prior to meeting up in Hurley parking lot to tow 2 of my vehicles. He called and he asked why I needed two towed. I told him it was obvious sabotage, tires were slashed. We’re up here with a little girl with cancer, we’re very stressed about money, and our path forward. To ease things Brian reimbursed us the entire towing fee and bought us lunch. Used good communication by calling us made sure we were safe and let us know he wasn’t far away. They were awesome..come got my envoy put a new motor in it and I hadnt gave them a dime yet..I paid them almost all the money but was a little short they let me take my truck if I said I would come back and pay off bill..he said no one has ever returned to pay off bill when he lets them take car..but Im going back next week and paying that man..no other garage in my life will go buy a motor put it in,come pick my truck up,without at least half the money..they did it all and I didnt give them a dime..they have my business for life,and my kids and wife,they will come tow you for 35 bucks..everyone else is 55. 60. 80. And they will take it wherever you want.but I recommend you just let them fix it..1300 I paid for them to tow it,take motor out and put new one in..I called around everyone else said 2500up to 3800.and its a 4 wheel drive

You never know what youre going to find when you call a wrecker youre not sure what the experience of the operator will be Ive had a commitment with another company for over 10 years and I have recently had a divorce with that company because their personnel they hired didnt have my regular transportation needs in mind I like this company because flat rate has professional drivers that are not afraid to tell me about something I should know when hooking up to a vehicle when other companies are willing to just throw a connection to your vehicle and hope for the best while they wind up damaging it flat rate towing is educated in the transportation a vehicles I do a lot of purchasing swapping and garage work I like to do what I call mailing trucks cars to people I know good and well flat rate does a decent job their people are considerate cautious of the equipment that Im having transported the owners are Wise job they do and focus hiring people who can represent them in a positive light God save me this should be correct but Google likes to edit I couldnt give this place anything more than five stars its just not possibleSchlosser salvage and recycling.

Brian is the worst‼️ After lying to my face MONDAY, and telling me they would have my car looked at by Friday, it’s now Saturday and STILL, NO CAR. I was told to pay ANOTHER $50-60 to get my car towed home after the business card false advertised $40 towing. Mike lied to me in my face during the first in store visit and over the phone about getting an estimate on my vehicle which he never did. Instead an associate spent me left, and right saying he was busy, and left me on hold for thirty minutes with NO ANSWER. I called back just for the phone to be left off the hook for two hours afterwards. My car had a problem with its ignition switch, and I notified them when they took it to “disconnect the battery” afterwards”. After leaving it connected from Monday-Saturday, I now have no CAR BATTERY, and I’m out of $110 with no service done to my car AT ALL. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS AND EXPECT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Excellent customer service, we were picked up a hour earlier than the road side assistance company estimated. The driver had us off the side of the expressway in 10 minutes and hauled us home. He had to transport our truck and our fur animals we had with us and was super friendly about it. We were dropped off at home about 45 minutes away and was totally impressed with the service we just received. Thank you very much.

Josh was amazing!! My truck would not start, like literally no power. Was having it towed to be looked at which was not for at least 2 days. He put a jump box on my truck and started it. Found the battery cables were barely attached. He tightened them and recommended a place to get a new battery and have it installed. Pretty awesome customer service, no charge at all!!!
