Daniel came in and found the problem within 15 minutes. he told me what was wrong and showed me where the part was. we had to leave the damper door open so that I could have a cool refrigerator, but I did have to order the part online and I am awaiting its arrival. I do know how to connect it back and put it back into place and then I will just have to put in two screws and be good to go. There was no way he would have done all of that on the first day because that part had to be ordered and it normally runs around $200 to $250. I was lucky I found it on eBay for $85 brand new.

This was the best repair service I’ve ever received. He’s experienced and very knowledgeable with his work. He even went over and above to make sure I knew what he was doing and shared with me preventive measures to keep my machine working for a long time. I feel like I have a brand new washer & dryer. Daniel is the best. He was able to diagnose the problem with my washer over the phone. I took my agitator to him and he fixed it in 2 minutes. This is the most honest repair man I have ever spoken with. He will let you know if the benefit of fixing a machine is worth it. He is also VERY knowledgeable about different manufacturers and machines and shares that knowledge if a new machine is necessary.

He came to fix my washer once and dryer another time, each time he did a great job. Hes a jokester with a great personality. Very informative and he even let my son help and taught him all about parts and things in the process (which was super awesome to him). His work was quick and Efficient as well as very reasonably priced. I am no longer in MICHIGAN but Id definitely refer him to my family back home. Im actually having my sister call soon!

I called for information about a problem with my oven. He told me how to check to see if different things needed to be replaced, and said I should have a guy check it for me instead because he would understand it better. I told him that was a sexist comment and he said, Yeah, I know but... I hung up on him. Jerk.

My dryer was on the blink. Daniel gave me some suggestions to try first before a service call. When those didnt work, he promptly showed up and got the job done. Hes honest and skilled and his prices are reasonable.

An absolute professional!!!! Had a broken lid switch on my washing machine and he had it fixed in ten minutes tops! Fair price for the repair and he even gave me some advice and opinions on a couple of other issues Im having! If you need a repair done I would highly recommend Daniel!

This man is so knowledgeable as well as patient with those of us whom are cluess about our needed repair (s). He took my phone call very close to closing time while he was reroute someplace, yet he pulled over to help diagnose my refrigerator. His knowledge of several appliances actually blew my mind and he helped me greatly not only on repairing my fridge without spending a nickle but his advice when asked about the new appliaces I soon will be purhasing, was 100% spot on. He didnt have to offer honest opinions when asked nor did he have to tell me exactly how to correct the issue with my refrigerator. Yet he did!
