Daniel Collins is a mind reader! Well, he would be if my husband and I could have had our mind set ahead of time on what kind of house we wanted. First we wanted a property to rent out. Then we wanted something for us to relocate to with totally different requirements. Daniel realized what we really wanted was a second home that we could rent out after our daughter was graduated from NAU. YES! My husband and I didnt want to move to Flagstaff, but our daughter did! Daniel listened to us, but then OBSERVED our reactions to everything we had on our wish list once we saw it in real life. Let me tell you, real life is much different than HGTV.
