After my computer crashed, and I could no longer self diagnose what the issues where. I went to Flagstaff Computers. Working with Scott was a more then pleasant experience. He has the best prices in town and always kept me very updated. It was a week when things were not going well, and then my computer began to die. I called Flagstaff Computers and talked to Scott. He was honest about my options, repair vs new computer, and made it easy to decide to get a totally refurbished computer from him. I saved money over repairing my 7 year old lap top, got one that works perfectly, much quicker than the old one, and is not cluttered with a lot of outdated files. Its great to know I have a computer guy I can depend on now.

I connected with Scott late on Friday night when my son was running into challenges with his first gaming PC build. He was understanding and empathetic and provided a clear list of how he could help over the weekend and the associated costs. As it turns out, my son figured out the issue and we didn’t need to use Scott’s services but I knew that if we did, we would get the problem solved at a reasonable rate. If any other issues arise, Scott will be the first person we reach out to.

Scott was great to work with. He was honest and realistic about what he might be able do. He handled the outsourcing my job required and negotiated a much lower price than originally quoted given the nature of my data recovery request. I would not hesitate to work with Scott for any future computer needs.

My computer was in BAD shape...infected with viruses! Scott was able to get it cleared up and working like new again. I needed help getting documents, photos, etc., backed up to external hard drive...he was able to help with that too. I would recommend Flagstaff Computers.

This company is now my go-to computer repair place. A lot of the reviews on here didnt say anything about people who had custom-builds so I want to put it out there that this guy (Scott) knows what hes doing with pre-built and custom-built systems. First off, he picked up and dropped off my PC for free which was extremely convenient. Scott diagnosed what was wrong with my PC and I decided Id fix it myself once I knew what was wrong with it (corrupted windows installation it turns out). I figured Scott wouldnt give me any pointers about fixing it since I wasnt paying him to fix it, but he told me what needed to be done and I was able to successfully back up my hard drive and reset the operating system.Overall, hes a great guy with a lot of experience in computers and he has excellent customer service.

Great service that went above and beyond for me. My SSD has some rare glitch where it couldnt be read and therefore couldnt boot windows OS. Flagstaff Computers has to run multiple diagnostic checks to determine the issue and then fix it but still charged a fair rate. Would 100% use them again, no questions asked.

We have been in computer hell. My son needs one for his online school, so a daily necessity. We have dealt with companies that do not back their warranties and then take a month to tell you that info. I decided to go local for this latest problem. I called Scott and he returned my call very quickly. I dropped the computer off and he had it ready for pick up before lunch the following day. Very professional and super speedy service. I had an excellent experience with Scott of Flagstaff Computers. My alienware battery started to discharge power, would not recognize the adapter and died. I contacted service online and even another local repair company. They started talking about what they could not take care of and warned that it could be something big and hard to repair. Scott offered to take a look and had some ideas as to what the problem could be. He was helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. He had my system diagnosed within a couple of hours and ready to return to me the next day! I will definitely use Flagstaff Computers again!

We lost an Apple hard drive that was not backed up and were quoted $1,200 by an Apple store to recover the data on it (which they were unable to do on site). Scott was able to recover everything for $149 in less than a week. The whole time Scott had our computer he kept me up to date with screen shots and text messages. He was easy to get a hold of and willing to meet anywhere in town.If Scott is unable to recover your data he has a very small diagnostic fee and can send your hard drive off to a 3rd party for further work.We are super happy with Scott, would use him again, and highly recommend him to anyone with computer issues. Finally, after the fact, I found out my wife and I have a mutual friend with Scott. This mutual friend spoke highly of Scotts character and said he wouldnt hesitate to give Scott his business.

After calling and stopping by several different computer repair businesses around town I happened across Scott of Flagstaff computers. Within an hour of me calling he came to my house and picked up my computer for me. About two or three hours later he had it diagnosed and fixed the problem, as well as sold me some very nice hardware at a significantly reduced price. I had my computer back up and running the next day and I barely even lifted a finger.
