Came in without an appointment but was looking to have my car detailed that day for a birthday dinner with my wife that evening. I was taken care of in a timely manner and professional attitude. After they were done, my vehicle had not been that clean since I bought it and the price was significantly lower than I would have expected based on the quality of work and attention to detail. What was a latch ditch effort has become my go to detail shop. Strong recommend.

Jose detailed our Jeep and did an outstanding job! We have used the Jeep as a daily driver for years and decided it needed some extra love. He took the time to clean every square inch and this 1999 Cherokee looks brand new. I highly recommend getting the package with the engine detailing included. I have never seen it this clean. They used to charge $50 for a basic mobile auto detailing, now they no longer do mobile detailing services and charge $190 for a basic interior detailing. GTFO. Going to Sedona for a better level of detailing service at half the price.

This shop is located around the corner from Diamond Auto Glass and I found the tint that I like here as well as the quality and professionalism that I look for. They tinted my windshield with the strip and it matched the rest of the truck tint. I currently have a appointment to use the stratos tint and I am very excited to see when it gets done. I will keep you all posted.

Jesse explained the differences in the film and helped me pick a tint % for my needs. I was able to schedule the job the same week. It was done on time, and two weeks later, I’m very happy with it. Quality job!

Inspector’s did an excellent job. They removed old tinting on my rear doors and the rear window, as well as were able to replace my damaged rear window through my insurance so that saved me some money. I also had them do a detail on the car, including steam cleaning the fabric interior. The cleaning was a bit higher in price than other local companies but I am very satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend Inspector’s for window replacement, tint, and auto detailing.

This business is top notch ! Went in on Saturday because of a cracked windshield. I called my insurance and had it approved for replacement. I made an appointment for Tuesday to have them come to my work and replace the windshield. On Monday I received a call from Jessie that my appointment may have to be postponed because of possible inclement weather on Tuesday. (Scheduled day for replacement) I agreed and we left it at that. About 2 hours later Jessie called back and said they could do it today (Monday) so they proceeded to my place of employment and got the job done ! Professionally ! Awesome owners with great service! ordered my lift kit through them, and also had it installed through them. However they were not on time with my estimated pickup time, but for a good reason. They kept my truck for a couple more days than they originally intended because they wanted to make sure everything was tightened down and ready to go, I would have definitely preferred this over some other mechanic shop just slapping on my lift kit without absolutely making sure everything was good to go. The only hiccup I had was when I ordered the lift kit, and I did not receive the phone call that my lift was in it, but not a problem because i called them and then scheduled my appointment.

I definitely recommend this place. I bought a rally innovations light bar, but have no time or space to install it myself. Did some research & found these guys. They installed/wired my light bar on my Subaru Forester & it looks great! Cannot be happier with the amazing service. I will definitely come back for future accessories/mods!

Inspectors auto owner and employees are super professional! I have used this company numerous times and everytime they are on time and the work is prestine perfection. They offer numerous services and their prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting the job done right the first time.

DO NOT take your vehicle here to be detail. They will mess your vehicle up. They damage my car and when asked what they are going to do to fix the problem, I was told take it to the collision center and see if they can find a warranty to repair your car. I questioned if they even steam cleaned the seats and carpet, and was told we tried our best to get it cleaned. The carpet and seats were not damp nor did it smell like they were cleaned and there were stains still on the seat. I was recommended this place and drove up from Phoenix, because I liked how the persons car looked after taking it here, but man they really messed up my car. Dont waste your time taking your vehicle here.We both know 100.00 is nothing compared to what I will have to pay to get my car repaired. Yes, you should NOT have touched the rest of the car if you knew the clear coat was warn.

Awesome Flagstaff biz that does some amazing work. Locally owned, and they put a lot of time into everything. Best detailing you can get, and theyre unreal with their paint protection and ceramic coating. Tint is fantastic, and would go darker if it wouldnt get me pulled over all the time, but noticed an immediate change in keeping heat in when its cold, or out when its hot. No refraction, even with polarized lenses. Great services and good people. Highly recommend.

We started with detailing both vehicles, but they helped me get my passenger window replaced the next day after my truck was broken in to. They really took care of me when I was very distraught over the break in. And so we also had side steps and other accessories added that we had been putting off! Great service and pricing. Took a while to get windows tinted... They forgot to tint a small window but said to bring it back and will finish it...good place to go..

These guys are great! Took my Traverse in to get the headlights sanded and treated. They did a great job but since some of the haze was on the inside of the lense and they couldnt get it off, they didnt charge me anything. Very honest and reputable, I will be back!

Inspector Auto did deluxe auto detail on my black jeep cherokee. I had some tiny white overspray paint all over the body, they did an excellent job getting all of that off, cleaned the inside perfectly. My jeep hasnt looked this good since I bought it in 2015!! would definately use them again.

They do really good quality work. Their ceramic window tint and paint protection film is top notch for the Arizona heat along with my 130 mile commute to keep my car protected. Jesse is great to work with and I recommend him and his business to anyone.

This place is awesome! I was guided here by my car dealership after the company that was painting my apartment got overspray all over my new vehicle. I’ve never had any detail work done here in town, so I was a bit nervous to trust anybody touching it.These guys took care of my car wonderfully! You’d never even know the incident happened in the first place. They were extremely accommodating as well. I was having issues getting in contact with the company who was paying for the service, and they worked with me to get that figured out. They even brought my keys to my work when they were done since I was still working when they closed. And if all that wasn’t enough, to top it all of, it even looked cleaner on the inside! I don’t know if that’s part of the service, but it was unexpected and much appreciated.All in all, I can definitely say I would recommend Inspectors Auto Appearance to anyone! I was very impressed with the whole process from when I made my appointment to get my car cleaned to after I got my car nice and shiny. Jesse, Allen and Jose took care of me with punctuality and most of all with professionalism.The end results where better than what I expected, I love how my car looks. Im a fan of supporting local, but there were a few shortcomings in my experience with my window tinting. My 4pm appointment didnt get started until after 5pm. And when my visor was tinted they removed and disposed of my transponder. Perhaps the employees dont know to recognize and keep these?

Did not complete My bed liner for my truck. Lumps are in liner and its not glued down.

Jesse and everyone at Inspectors do a fantastic job. I called in to get my car detailed in the morning, and they were able to fit me in in the afternoon. I have two very large, very hairy dogs that ride in my backseat often. To my amazement, they were able to get every single strand of dog hair. My car looks brand new again!

Had sub-optimal full detail service due to what I assume was being under staffed on a Saturday but they are more than overcompensating for the inconvenience. Definitely worth doing business with.They offered a full refund but since they are being so professional about it I settled just to have them finish the spots that were missed in the initial detail work.

On my trip to Tennessee, a truck cut me off, kicked up rocks which cracked my windshield. No other company in Flagstaff was able to fix it, but after multiple phone calls, another company pointed me towards Inspectors. I called, and the owner, Allen, answered and told me to bring the car in. Within 1 hour I was set to go, and the work was flawless. The greatest thing was that Allen was straightforward and honest. Brought my 2013 mustang in for the windows to be tinted on 5/5/16 and it came out great! Ill be bringing in my wifes vehicle to be done soon! While my experience wasnt perfect, I was still happy overall with the quality of work and price. My husband loves this place.With that said, there were a few problems. They forgot to put on the strip for the windshield the day of my appointment even though I reminded them. I had to bring the car back to get that done. On the day I brought it in, the guy said it would only take a half hour to complete, so I stayed. It ended up taking about an 1 1/2 hours which was a real drag, especially for one strip of tint. Last but not least, the placement of the strip. I am not fond of it. It doesnt keep the sun out of my face which was the primary reason for getting it. It only covers a very small portion of the top of the windshield, no lower than my visor.

I went in because I got a chip in my windshield.They tried to fill it with resin to get me by but the chip had micro-cracks that expanded when the resin went in. (Even with the microcracks it is in better condition then beforeThe chip repair did not work or stand up to the quality they provide so they did not charge me, and he quoted me for a new windshield.I had already called another company in town and they beat the competitors prices by almost 50% for the fix and the windshield so when its time I will definitely be back to replace the windshield.

This place is a joke! Have been there once for my vehicle (front windows tinted) and they took FOREVER! Took my Husbands car in for back window tint. After spending three hours there they told me they couldnt get the tint to stick and would need to order a special tint. They never called back. Today, I thought Id give them one last chance and call to set up a consultation for the UV tint they do on residential homes. Called, they picked up phone, held it for a few seconds and then hung up on me. You morons just lost out on a BIG job. Ill be calling the valley to have someone qualified come up here and do our home.

They wasted 3 hours of my time to complete the windshield repair. My appointment was at 10:30 am and I did not get out of there til the afternoon. The work was actually done by a guy from SafeLite per the invoice/receipt. They offered no apology for making me wait. They should at least offer a loaner car since I had driven 2 hours from out of town. I had to walk to the bank up on 4th street and all over to kill time. Next time Ill go directly to SafeLite. If I could I would not give them a single star.

Babbitt ford tried to order a dash mat for my new truck thru Inspectors. They initially did contact me, but after 4 emails going unanswered I had to call!!! And they SAID they would order it today and I should have it mid week!!! Well se IF its the right one and if it shows up when they say it will.They really dropped the ball on this one. I will not do any business with them in the future.
