I have not been treated in a manner that I feel the customer should be treated. I dont know if its corporate or if its just the way they direct their staff and company policies. They are in business to provide a service that is customer driven. However they are more then willing to show you that they will control everything, even making you the one that causes them to hang up the phone on you when your questions catch them profiting at your expense.

Not sure why..after 12 plus years with great service etc.now I need help and no answers from mail .stolen properties in shipment from pheonix to Europe

As busy as I am it is hard to make an appointment and it is so easy and flexible with my schedule to be able to email my questions into their office. The representative Adrienne has been very helpful with helping me transfer insurance for my daughters car. I appreciate the professional assistance.
