Very streamlined process helping a young guy like me who doesnt know much about insurance companies or settlements. I got hurt and had a lot of downtime because of it. Got compensated pretty fairly for it at the end of the day. Excellent medical care provided by the people they work with too. Specifically the attorney Mark and the representative who handled my case Maddy did great work.

I was rear-ended November 2019 by a woman who didn’t have insurance but i of course did. I have never been in an accident before, so i wasn’t sure what or how to handle it other than call my mother. The lack of communication from this office was ridiculous. Not at all forthcoming with information and allowed my daughter to continue to believe that they could help her with property damage along with her injury. Didnt bother to explain the truth until a year later when the case was settled. My daughter had to specifically request copies of documents that she should have had the entire time and even then had to wait 2 weeks for them to be sent to her. Unless you already know the laws and can handle your own case, search elsewhere. Maybe the other Goldberg and Osborne offices are different.
